本发明公开了一种铜回收电极组,电极组由阳极(1)、阴极(2)、阳极铜排(3)和阴极铜排(4)组成,阳极(1)为析氧型钛阳极,阳极铜排(3)与阳极(1)通过螺丝固定,阴极铜排(4)与阴极(2)通过螺丝固定,阳极铜排(3)和阴极铜排(4)接入直流电源的正负极。本发明操作方便、成本低廉,且回收率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及铜回收装置应用领域,尤其涉及一种操作方便、成本低廉、回收率高的铜回收电极组。
背景技术
目前,PCB行业是消耗铜资源的最多的行业之一,对其产生的微蚀液铜回收有很多方法,如加入化学药剂等,但其铜的回收率并不太高,而且化学药剂的成本也比较高,还具有一定的危害和污染,不利于企业的市场竞争和社会利益。
随着电化学技术的不断发展,其对铜回收行业有了新的突破,电化学中对整体工艺影响较大的主要部件为电极或电极组,而现有开发的电极组大多操作比较复杂,成本也比较高,给企业带来了很大的不便。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种铜回收电极组,已达到使其操作方便、成本低廉,且回收率高的目的。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种铜回收电极组,所述电极组由阳极、阴极、阳极铜排和阴极铜排组成,所述阳极为析氧型钛阳极,所述阳极铜排与阳极通过螺丝固定,所述阴极铜排与阴极通过螺丝固定,所述阳极铜排和阴极铜排接入直流电源的正负极。该电极组采用高性能、长寿命的析氧型钛阳极、与其相连接的阳极铜排,和阴极以及与阴极相连接的阴极铜排,使整体电极组的结构比较简单,操作方便,将该电极组放入铜回收液中,接通直流电源后,即可进行铜的回收,不仅提高了其回收效率,还降低了成本,使企业有利于其市场的竞争。
进一步地,所述阳极表面涂覆有氧化铱、钽、铑、钌、铂涂层。优化阳极,使电极组的回收效率更高。
进一步地,所述阴极由钛板和钛包铜排加工而成。优化阴极,改进其为极板式,提高其导电性能。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
参见附图1所示,本实施例的一种铜回收电极组,电极组由阳极1、阴极2、阳极铜排3和阴极铜排4组成,阳极1为析氧型钛阳极,其表面涂覆有氧化铱、钽、铑、钌、铂涂层,为针对铜回收开发电极,可明显提高铜回收效率,阴极2由钛板和钛包铜排加工而成,提高其导电性能,阳极铜排3与阳极1通过螺丝固定,阴极铜排4与阴极2通过螺丝固定,阳极铜排3和阴极铜排4接入直流电源的正负极。
阴极2由钛板和钛包铜排导电柱焊接而成,阳极1由钛板经喷砂、除油、酸洗、涂覆含铱、钽、铑、钌、铂化合物涂液、高温氧化,再与阴极2的钛包铜排导电柱焊接,将该电极组放入铜回收液中,接通直流电源后,即可进行铜的回收。

1.一种铜回收电极组,其特征在于:所述电极组由若干阳极(1)、若干阴极(2)、阳极铜排(3)和阴极铜排(4)组成,若干所述阳极(1)为析氧型钛阳极,若干所述阳极(1)表面涂覆有氧化铱、钽、铑、钌、铂涂层,若干所述阴极(2)由钛板和钛包铜排加工而成,同一阳极铜排(3)与若干所述阳极(1)通过螺丝固定,同一阴极铜排(4)与若干所述阴极(2)通过螺丝固定,若干所述阴极(2)和若干所述阳极(1)间隔排列,所述阳极铜排(3)和阴极铜排(4)接入直流电源的正负极。
