Abstract
本发明一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板涉及的是一种用于治疗四肢骨折的外科手术内固定植入物之一。一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板包括接骨板本体、螺钉孔、防退锁片孔和防退锁片;所述的接骨板本体上设置有螺钉孔,所述螺钉孔为一球形通孔,螺钉孔在术中按手术要求打入金属接骨螺钉;在螺钉孔一侧设有防退锁片孔,防退锁片孔内装有防退锁片;所述防退锁片由锁片和连接杆组成,在术中防退锁片可压住金属接骨螺钉,防止金属接骨螺钉倒退。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板涉及的是一种用于治疗四肢骨折的外科手术内固定植入物之一。
背景技术
人体四肢骨折是最常见的骨科创伤临床表现之一,骨折内固定是建立于恢复解剖关系、稳定的固定、尽可能保留骨的血供,早期功能性活动基础上的一种综合的治疗。
传统的接骨板,使用螺钉将接骨板固定于骨上,随着螺钉不断拧入,接骨板被压向骨面而产生巨大压力。这种固定的稳定性取决于接骨板与骨之间摩擦力的大小。当施加于骨的外力超过了摩擦力的极限,将造成接骨板与骨之间的相互滑动,最终导致复位的丢失或螺钉松动退出。
而近年来,骨骼健康问题引人关注。骨科手术术中要求及手术恢复效果,都对骨科内固定植入物提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述背景技术的要求,提供了一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板,更好地有效地解决以上传统骨折内固定手术中出现的问题。
一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板是采取以下技术方案实现:
一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板包括接骨板本体、螺钉孔、防退锁片孔和防退锁片。
所述的接骨板本体为一解剖形态或标准形态接骨板。手术中安装在需要进行骨折内固定的部位。
所述的接骨板本体上设置有螺钉孔,所述螺钉孔为一球形通孔,螺钉孔在术中按手术要求打入金属接骨螺钉。
在螺钉孔一侧设有防退锁片孔,所述防退锁片孔为一铆钉孔或螺
纹孔,防退锁片孔内装有防退锁片。
所述防退锁片由锁片和连接杆组成,连接杆为一光杆或螺杆,锁片上开有一字槽。在术中防退锁片可压住金属接骨螺钉,防止金属接骨螺钉倒退。
工作原理
将一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板贴合已完成骨折复位的四肢骨,根据手术要求植入金属接骨螺钉,转动铆接在一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板上防退锁片,使防退锁片压住已经打入的金属接骨螺钉头部即可以加压防退,防止金属接骨螺钉松动退出。

一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板设计合理,结构紧凑,由于在螺钉孔一侧设有防退锁片孔,防退锁片孔内装有防退锁片,使防退锁片压住已经打入的金属接骨螺钉头部即可以加压防退,防止金属接骨螺钉松动退出。一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板能很好的解决了传统的骨折内固定手术中,由于接骨板与骨之间的相对滑动,最终造成的复位丢失或螺钉松动退出的现象。

具体实施方式
参照附图1-4,一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板包括接骨板本体1、螺钉孔2、防退锁片孔4和防退锁片5。
所述的接骨板本体1为一解剖形态或标准形态接骨板。手术中安装在需要进行骨折内固定的部位。
所述的接骨板本体1上设置有螺钉孔2,所述螺钉孔2为一球形通孔,螺钉孔2在术中按手术要求打入金属接骨螺钉3。
在螺钉孔2一侧设有防退锁片孔4,所述防退锁片孔4为一铆钉孔或螺纹孔,防退锁片孔4内装有防退锁片5。
所述防退锁片5由锁片5和连接杆9组成,连接杆9为一光杆或螺杆,锁片5上开有一字槽7。在术中防退锁片5可压住金属接骨螺钉3,防止金属接骨螺钉3倒退。
一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板使用时,将一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板的接骨板本体1贴合安装在已经进行复位好的骨6上,根据手术需要在相应的螺钉孔2内打入金属接骨螺钉3,防退锁片5通过锁片连接杆9装入防退锁片孔4,用防退锁片起子8插入防退锁片5上的防退锁片一字孔7内,转动防退锁片起子8,将防退锁片5压紧在金属接骨螺钉3头部即可以加压防退,防止金属接骨螺钉松动退出。

1.一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板,其特性在于:包括接骨板本体、螺钉孔、防退锁片孔和防退锁片;
所述的接骨板本体上设置有螺钉孔,所述螺钉孔为一球形通孔,螺钉孔在术中按手术要求打入金属接骨螺钉;
在螺钉孔一侧设有防退锁片孔,防退锁片孔内装有防退锁片;
所述防退锁片由锁片和连接杆组成,在术中防退锁片可压住金属接骨螺钉,防止金属接骨螺钉倒退。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板,其特性在于:所述的接骨板本体为一解剖形态或标准形态接骨板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板,其特性在于:所述的防退锁片孔为一铆钉孔或螺纹孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种解剖型股骨近端锁定加压防退接骨板,其特性在于:所述的连接杆为一光杆或螺杆。
