Abstract

Description

阻燃持久抗紫外线可皱褶帘幕
本发明涉及供遮盖与节能,特别是温室使用的一种具有阻燃和持久抗紫外线性能并可皱褶的帘幕以及此类由许多不足100微米厚的柔韧条带运用的钩针织法或机织法和一个线系统组成的连续织物,条带至少组成织物表面的一部分,其中至少有部分条带上有反射光或热或既反射光又反射热的金属箔带,例如低发射金属箔,最好是铝箔。
帘幕,按上所述,用于保护户外和温室内的植物,调节辐射能的进出,从而使植物免遭过强阳光的照射以及过高或过低温度的损害。此种帘幕可以垂直地或水平地或既垂直地又水平地铺放很大面积,譬如就有大到30,000平方米的组合帘幕。这样的一套组合帘幕保护的价值是很大的,因为每一平方米植物的价值可以达到约100美元。收放帘幕使用电动机。此种温室帘幕,欧州专利EP0109951号对其作了描述,它由塑料薄膜的狭窄条带组成。这些条带以供纺织用的线连结在一起,并可以用其一面作了金属化处理的聚酯薄膜制造。
譬如电气系统有毛病,进行诸如焊接之类的修理工作,或者车辆开进帘幕覆盖的温室里,都可能引起帘幕系统着火。业已表明,这样引起的火,可以通过帘幕迅速蔓延很大面积。此种火灾可能伤害在温室内工作的人员并烧毁温室。此外,帘幕所要保护的植物也会烧坏。
改进广为人知的保护植物的帘幕,使之由于在至少4-5年的估计寿命内保持抗紫外线辐射同时具有阻燃性能,而在帘幕收置于一边时体积又不很大,要做到这些也已证明是很难的。
阻燃纺织品用在人们希望小范围的火不致于扩展到大面积的一些环境中。
阻燃纱纺织品,由于制造过程长,生产复杂。这种广为人知的纺织品不反射热,透光度低,积尘吸水。而且,只部分地反射太阳的辐射。且生产成本高而广度受限。这样的阻燃纺织品与温室无缘,不能使用。
近来,在塑料薄膜领域里技术进展很大,阻燃性已经得到满足,但减缓与克服老化现象的大问题依然存在,因此,塑料薄膜只具有一定的使用寿命。困难一直在于:为了提高阻燃性就要添加卤素,而添加卤素就会降低耐紫外线的性能,此种性能降低到了材料不是在制造过程中就是在暴露于紫外线下很短一段时间就破碎的程度。
澳大利亚专利AU-A-79349/91号公开了一种建筑界当作隔热层和阻挡扩散层使用的阻燃层压片。这种阻燃层压片至多只能当卷帘使用,但满足不了温室帘幕的要求,因为这种阻燃层压片不透水,这就是说温室帘幕的水平部分的上面可能积大片大片的水,而温室帘幕系统的尺寸承受不了这些水的重量。阻燃层压片向下的一面可能凝结水珠,滴到植物上会毁坏植物。此种层压片也不具备必备性能,也就是可皱褶的性能,这种性能是把帘幕侧移并将它褶成窄条状而尽量少挡入射光线所必需的性能。
具有减少易燃性化学结构的聚合物,至今造价昂贵。对于保护植物的帘幕来说,还要具有不同程度的透光性能,而对防紫外线的性能却又提出了更高的要求。
要求具备一定的性能,例如能皱褶,可侧移,易安装,还要重量轻体积小,这样,作为帘幕一部分的材料的厚度(在很大程度上是构成条带的那部分材料的厚度)必须很薄。这种要求很难与下面两种要求同时得到满足:对持久的抗紫外线性能的要求和难以燃烧的要求。对前者而言,层压塑料薄膜越厚越容易具备(滤器效应);对后者而言,材料的量影响自灭火性能,材料薄,所含防火剂的数量也少。
本发明的目的是提供一种难燃烧,能持久地抗紫外线,可皱褶的帘幕,它耐气候的变化,没有上面所说的那些缺点,而生产成本又不高。
为实现本发明上述目的,根据本发明制造的帘幕具有以下特点:由含卤素或磷的塑料薄膜组成;至少在某些条带上层压着所述的金属箔带;线系统至少有一部分是由阻燃材料组成的,例如是由变性聚丙烯腈或者聚酯或它们的混合物组成的。
帘幕可以分成若干个可燃材料带与阻燃材料带的纵向区。
本发明是为了达到保护植物的目的而制成的一种可皱褶的帘幕。这种帘幕包括若干柔韧条带,运用钩针织法或者机织法和一个线系统形成一个连续的织物。
至少某些条带上有反射光或反射热或既反射光又反射热的箔带,例如低发射金属箔,最好是铝箔。
这种箔带被含有卤素或磷的聚合物,诸如聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚三氟氯乙烯,聚氟乙烯、聚偏二氟乙烯、氟化乙丙烯、乙烯加四氟乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯之类制成的塑料薄膜带上。有些条带可能透明,这样,受到的紫外线照射,就会比具有铝箔的条带或类似的层压条带多得多。这些透明条带用内部含有卤素成份能持久地抗紫外线的聚合物制造。
至少有些塑料条带要层压上铝箔条带。这些塑料薄膜条带的厚度应少于100微米,最好是20到30微米,金属箔的厚度应少于30微米,最好是9微米。
塑料簿膜和铝箔用以聚氨酯为基质添加含磷酸盐的酯类的粘结剂层压在一起。或者塑料薄膜和铝箔的层压件也可通过双向挤压、挤出层压等等得到。
如果金属箔帘幕由大量柔韧塑料薄膜条带组成,成为一个连续的钩针织物,而塑料薄膜条带至少构成织物表面的一部分,那末,有层压层的条带至少可以用位于条带一平面上的线设置成沿产品的纵向延伸。
如果是机织物,可以用线沿织物经线方向或纬线方向或既沿经线又沿纬线方向将有层压层的条带至少顺着经线方向排列于织物上。
在这两种情况下,线系统都可以至少有部分是用难以燃烧的材料,例如变性聚丙烯腈或聚酯或这两者的混合物制成的。或者,至少有一部分线可以用难以燃烧的材料,例如含有卤素的聚合物制造。线的密度达到每厘米1-10根。这就是说落到帘幕上的液滴能为线系统吸入。
帘幕的条带不需要全都由难以燃烧的材料组成,但难燃材料的条带与易燃材料的条带要相间排列,可以一条间一条,也可以若干条相间。实用测试非常出人意料地表明,所选材料在火里产生大量阻燃气体,即使附近的织物部分也可得到保护。而且还可以把箔幕分为若干纵向相间的易燃和难燃材料区。
例如:帘幕的条带可以有白色反光条带、透光条带和含金属粉,末的聚合物条带等数种。
条带也可以用难燃材料制造的非机织薄膜与反射光、反射热或既反射光又反射热的金属箔(例如低发射金属箔,最好是铝箔)的层压件制成。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,还可以在下面的权利要求所说的范围内想象出其它很多的变型。

Claims (15)

1.一种阻燃持久抗紫外线可皱褶帘幕,由不足100微米厚的柔韧条带组成,运用钩针织法或机织法和一个线系统形成连续织物的帘幕,其中条带至少构成织物表面的一部分,至少有些条带是由反射光或反射热或既反射光又反射热的箔条制成,其特征在于:所述的条带由含卤素或磷的塑料薄膜组成,并且至少在某些条带上层压着上述金属箔条;线系统至少有一部分由阻燃材料组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的帘幕,其特征在于:所述箔条是低发射金属箔条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的帘幕,其特征在于:所述箔条是铝箔条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的帘幕,其特征在于:至少有某些条带透光并用内含卤素成分具有持久抗紫外线性能的聚合物制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的帘幕,其特征在于:贴附箔条的塑料薄膜条带是含卤素的聚合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的帘幕,其特征在于:所述聚合物是聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚氟乙烯、聚偏二氟乙烯、氟化四乙烯、聚四氟乙烯或乙烯加四氟乙烯。
7.根据权利要求5的帘幕,其特征在于:塑料薄膜条带厚度小于100微米;层压片中金属箔的厚度小于30微米。
8.根据权利要求7的帘幕,其特征在于:塑料薄膜条带厚度在20-30微米之间;层压片中金属箔的厚度为9微米。
9.根据权利要求4的帘幕,其特征在于:塑料薄膜和金属箔用阻燃粘结剂贴在一起。
10.根据权利要求1的帘幕,其特征在于:织物用经编法织成;具有层压层的条带至少沿织物经线方向或纬线方向或既沿经线方向又沿纬线方向排列。
11.根据权利要求1的帘幕,其特征在于:织物用机织法织成;用线沿织物的经线方向或纬线方向或既沿经线方向又沿纬线方向将具有层压层的条带顺经线方向排列于织物上。
12.根据权利要求1的帘幕,其特征在于:线至少有一部分是用难以燃烧的材料制成的。
13.根据权利要求12的帘幕,其特征在于:所述难以燃烧的材料是添加卤素或磷的混合物、玻璃纤维的聚合物。
14.根据权利要求1的帘幕,其特征在于:难燃材料的具有层压层的条带与易燃材料的条带相间排列,可以一条间一条,也可以若干条相间。
15.根据权利要求1的帘幕,其特征在于:帘幕纵向相间地分为若干个易燃材料区和阻燃材料区。
