Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a radio frequency radiation immunity experimental device, which is used for testing the immunity of a tested electric energy meter and comprises the following components: a signal source, a standard source and a standard table;
the standard source, the standard meter and the tested electric energy meter are connected with each other, the tested electric energy meter is arranged in the anechoic chamber, and the signal source, the tested electric energy meter and the standard meter are connected to external control equipment through data communication interfaces; wherein,
the signal source receives an external control instruction through the communication interface, electromagnetic interference signals with different frequencies are applied to the measured electric energy meter, the pulse constant of the standard meter is the same as that of the measured electric energy meter, and the measurement data of the standard meter and the measured data of the measured electric energy meter are transmitted to external control equipment through the communication interface to perform a radio frequency radiation immunity experiment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the radio frequency radiation immunity experimental apparatus further includes: power amplifiers, antennas; the antenna is connected to a signal source through a power amplifier.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the radio frequency radiation immunity experimental apparatus further includes: a power meter;
the power amplifier is connected to the communication interface through a power meter.
In the embodiment of the invention, the standard electric energy meter parameters comprise: voltage, current, frequency, active, reactive parameters, pulse constant.
Meanwhile, the invention also provides a radio frequency radiation immunity experiment system for testing the immunity of the tested electric energy meter, wherein the radio frequency radiation immunity experiment system comprises: the radio frequency radiation immunity experiment device comprises a radio frequency radiation immunity experiment device and a main control computer;
the radio frequency radiation immunity experimental device comprises: a signal source, a standard source and a standard table;
the standard source, the standard meter and the measured electric energy meter are connected with each other, the measured electric energy meter is arranged in the anechoic chamber, and the signal source, the measured electric energy meter and the standard meter are connected to the main control computer through data communication interfaces; wherein,
the signal source receives an external control instruction through the communication interface, electromagnetic interference signals with different frequencies are applied to the measured electric energy meter, the pulse constant of the standard meter is the same as that of the measured electric energy meter, and the measurement data of the standard meter and the measured data of the measured electric energy meter are transmitted to the main control computer through the communication interface;
and the main control computer is used for carrying out a radio frequency radiation immunity experiment according to the standard electric energy meter parameters and the measured data of the measured electric energy meter.

The master control computer in the embodiment of the invention comprises:
the error calculation module is used for generating error data according to the standard electric energy meter parameters and the measured data of the measured electric energy meter;
and the curve generation module is used for generating an error curve of the radio frequency radiation immunity experiment according to the error data.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a radio frequency radiation immunity experimental device, which is used for testing the immunity of a tested electric energy meter, and as shown in figure 1, the radio frequency radiation immunity experimental device comprises: a signal source 101, a standard source 102, and a standard table 103;
the standard source 102, the standard meter 103 and the measured electric energy meter 104 are mutually connected, the measured electric energy meter 104 is arranged in an anechoic chamber, and the signal source 101, the measured electric energy meter 104 and the standard meter 103 are connected to external control equipment through a data communication interface 105; wherein,
the signal source 101 receives an external control instruction through the communication interface 105, applies electromagnetic interference signals with different frequencies to the measured electric energy meter 104, the standard meter 103 is connected with the measured electric energy meter 104 to read pulses of the measured electric energy meter, so that pulse constants of the standard meter 103 are the same as those of the measured electric energy meter 104, and measured data of the standard meter and measured data of the measured electric energy meter are transmitted to external control equipment through the communication interface 105 to perform radio frequency radiation immunity experiments.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the radio frequency radiation immunity experiment apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention further includes: power amplifier 106, antenna 108; the antenna 107 is connected to a signal source through the power amplifier 106.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the radio frequency radiation immunity experimental apparatus further includes: a power meter 108;
the power amplifier is connected to the communication interface 104 via a power meter 108.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the measurement data of the standard table includes: voltage, current, frequency, active, reactive parameters, pulse constant.
Meanwhile, the invention also provides a radio frequency radiation immunity experiment system for testing the immunity of the tested electric energy meter, as shown in fig. 3, the radio frequency radiation immunity experiment system comprises: a radio frequency radiation immunity experimental device 202 and a main control computer 201;
the radio frequency radiation immunity experiment apparatus 202 includes: a signal source 101, a standard source 102, and a standard table 103;
the standard source 102, the standard meter 103 and the measured electric energy meter 104 are connected with each other, the measured electric energy meter 102 is arranged in an anechoic chamber, and the signal source 101, the measured electric energy meter 104 and the standard meter 103 are connected to the main control computer 201 through the data communication interface 105; wherein,
the signal source 101 receives an external control instruction through the communication interface 105, applies electromagnetic interference signals with different frequencies to the measured electric energy meter 104, the pulse constant of the standard meter 103 is the same as that of the measured electric energy meter 104, and the measured data of the standard meter and the measured data of the measured electric energy meter are transmitted to the main control computer 201 through the communication interface to perform a radio frequency radiation immunity experiment.
The invention provides an electric energy meter test system integrating metering and a radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test, wherein each step is subjected to an error test in the test process, so that the error test of the electric energy meter in the electromagnetic field radiation disturbance process can be realized; and after the test, generating an error sensitive point curve of the intelligent electric energy meter by external equipment, and analyzing the performances of different intelligent electric energy meters.
The invention has definite cognition on the working states of the intelligent electric energy meter on different frequency points through error data detected in real time in the test process, and provides an effective scheme for purchasing of the intelligent electric energy meter and processing faults.
In order to realize the integration of a measurement detection system and a radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test system, achieve the aim of detecting whether the working state of the intelligent electric energy meter in a radio frequency electromagnetic field environment meets the standard requirement or not in real time, and draw an error curve according to the data of the measurement detection system, so as to facilitate the analysis of sensitive points of the intelligent electric energy meter in the radio frequency electromagnetic field environment and the difference comparison of different manufacturers in the same radio frequency electromagnetic field environment, and provide powerful guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the intelligent electric energy meter in the actual work.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a system for testing immunity based on measurement and radio frequency radiation, and as shown in fig. 4, the system is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present invention, and includes three parts: radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation system, measurement error detecting system, computer control system.
The radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation system is mainly used for applying electromagnetic disturbance signals to the tested intelligent electric energy meter; the metering error detection system realizes error detection and acquisition of the intelligent electric energy meter in an electromagnetic disturbance environment; the computer control system can control the operation steps of the radio frequency radiation immunity system and the metering error detection system and has the functions of data processing, drawing and the like.
The computer control system collects parameters of the electric energy meter: voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, wiring mode, model specification of the meter to be tested and power factor.
The computer control system mainly controls the following equipment: signal source, power meter, standard source, standard table.
The embodiment of the invention consists of an anechoic chamber, a signal source, a power meter, a test antenna and a power amplifier, wherein the signal source test antenna and the tested intelligent electric energy meter are arranged in the anechoic chamber. The signal source is used for applying electromagnetic disturbance signals with the frequency of 80MHz-2GHz, the field intensity of 10V/m and the stepping of 1% to the intelligent electric energy meter in the anechoic chamber.
In this embodiment, the metering error detection system is composed of a standard meter and a standard source, the standard source is used to apply rated voltage and current to the tested intelligent electric energy meter, the standard meter is connected with the standard source for detection, the standard meter reads the pulse reading of the tested electric energy meter, the standard value under the condition without electromagnetic field radiation is measured, and the standard value is transmitted to the computer control system for error calculation, so as to judge whether the tested intelligent electric energy meter meets the standard requirement in the radio frequency electromagnetic field environment. Error calculation formula:wherein x is the relative error; a is an actual measurement value (actual measurement value of the tested intelligent electric energy meter); and b is a standard value (standard value measured by a standard table).
In this embodiment, the computer control system adopts a modular architecture, controls the electromagnetic compatibility control system and the metering detection system based on a bottom-layer VISA protocol, performs data processing, and extracts automatically recorded error data from the database in real time according to the frequency sweeping rate of the electromagnetic compatibility test, so as to achieve the purpose of real-time detection. An error value exists at each frequency point, an error sensitive point curve is drawn according to the error value, the research on the technical performance of the intelligent electric energy meter is facilitated, the quality of the quality and the stability of each intelligent electric energy meter manufacturer can be effectively judged by analyzing according to the error curves of different manufacturers, and the safety, the accuracy and the reliability of the power utilization of users are effectively guaranteed. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing a simple layer structure of a computer control system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 6 is a flow chart of a system for testing radiation immunity based on metrology and RF electromagnetic fields according to an embodiment of the present invention.
1) Preparation before testing:
before the test, whether the internal connection of the measurement and radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test system is correct, firm and reliable should be checked; whether the grounding is good; and according to the test requirements, the connection line of the tested intelligent electric energy meter is correctly connected.
2) Preheating:
and the equipment required by the test is turned on and preheated for 20 minutes, so that the test equipment can stably and reliably operate.
3) Configuring test parameters:
parameters of the tested intelligent electric energy meter are prepared through a test system, a wiring mode is selected, rated voltage and current are applied, and errors and meter time are read.
4) The test was started:
sending a test starting instruction to a radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity system and an error detection system through a computer control system, applying electromagnetic disturbance to the tested intelligent electric energy meter by the radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity system, and feeding back test field intensity to the computer control system through field intensity monitoring equipment to ensure that the test field intensity meets standard requirements; meanwhile, a standard source in the error detection system applies rated current and voltage to the tested intelligent electric energy meter, real-time error data, internal meter data and internal meter clock data of the tested intelligent electric energy meter are detected through the standard meter, and the data are uploaded to the computer control system.
5) Error curves were drawn and analyzed:
the tested error curve is a curve drawn according to real-time errors in the test process, whether the working state of the intelligent electric energy meter in the radio frequency electromagnetic field environment meets the standard requirements or not can be clearly seen according to the error curve, and the frequency point of the tested intelligent electric energy meter, which has the largest fluctuation and the largest influence, can be found according to the trend of the error curve, so that the sensitive point of the intelligent electric energy meter is determined; after the error curves are determined, comparison can be performed according to the error curves of different manufacturers, so that the compatibility of the different manufacturers for the radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test is clearly compared, and a powerful guarantee is provided for bidding and fault processing of the intelligent electric meter.

As shown in fig. 7, which is an error curve diagram according to an embodiment of the present invention, table 1 is a corresponding error data table, and it can be known from fig. 7 and table 1 that the working state of the tested intelligent electric energy meter in the electromagnetic compatibility environment meets the standard requirement, and none of the working states is out of tolerance. The error of the tested intelligent electric energy meter is the largest when 700MHz is adopted, so 700MHz is a sensitive point of the tested intelligent electric energy meter, the electric energy meter is prevented from working near the sensitive frequency point as much as possible in the subsequent installation and working environment, and the stable and reliable operation of the intelligent electric energy meter is ensured.

By utilizing the scheme of the invention, the working states of two different intelligent electric energy meter manufacturers in the same electromagnetic compatibility environment can be intuitively judged through the error comparison curve. As shown in table 2 and fig. 8, neither smart electric energy meter is out of tolerance, but there is a difference in stability in the electromagnetic compatibility environment. Obviously, the quality of the electric energy meter corresponding to the curve 801 is better than that of the electric energy meter corresponding to the curve 802, and the stability of the intelligent electric energy meter corresponding to the curve 801 is higher than that of the electric energy meter corresponding to the curve 802. Because the intelligent electric energy meter is a legal measuring instrument in China, the higher the stability of the intelligent electric energy meter is, the better the stability is, and the smaller the interference of the intelligent electric energy meter from the outside is, the more accurate the electricity utilization information of a user can be measured. If the electric energy meter is bought by bidding, the curve 801 electric energy meter is obviously selected.
