Abstract

本发明公开了一种百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀,以解决燃煤电厂现普遍采用的可调缩孔在带粉运行的情况下不能对一次风管道阻力进行有效调节,从而不能对一次风煤粉流量进行有效调节的问题。该百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀包括阀芯(1)、外壳(2)、轴承(3)和执行机构(4);所述阀芯(1)由动叶叶片(5)、转动轴(6)和定叶叶片(7)组成;其特征在于:所述动叶叶片(5)、定叶叶片(7)数量为2‑10个;所述动叶叶片(5)固定在多组转动轴(6)上,所述动叶叶片(5)在管道中可0-180度旋转;所述定叶叶片(7)沿径向固定在外壳(2)内。本发明所述的百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀在带粉运行的情况下,仍可以灵活有效地对管道阻力进行连续地调节,从而能够达到使各一次风管风粉分配更加均匀,使燃烧得到优化的目的。

Description

一种百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃煤锅炉制粉系统中用以对一次风煤粉流量进行调节的百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀。
背景技术
对于燃煤锅炉,一次风管风粉分配均衡对于锅炉运行的安全性、经济性和环保性具有重要影响。一次风粉分配不均会使炉膛火焰中心发生火焰偏斜、炉膛局部区域结渣和炉膛燃烧区域燃烧脉动。这不但会引起燃烧不稳定,甚至将会造成过热器超温爆管。风粉分配的不均匀即降低了锅炉的燃烧效率,又增加了NO x生成量,是电厂安全运行和节能减排急需解决的问题。
对于四角切圆燃烧锅炉,四个燃烧器分别在锅炉的四个角上,送粉管道的长度和弯头等情况各不相同,从而导致各一次风管的管道阻力是不同的,这必然导致了风粉分配的不均匀。各管道阻力是否达到平衡是风粉分配均衡的关键。
然而当前,一次风管阻力调节缺乏灵活、有效的装置。目前,大多数电厂采用冷态调平的方法来解决此问题,即:在各一次风管道内安装可调缩孔,在纯风流动的冷态情况下通过调节各可调缩孔的开孔直径大小来调节各一次风管管道阻力,从而使各一次风管风粉分配达到均衡。
然而,传统的可调缩孔并非是调节一次风管管道阻力最理想的装置。传统的可调缩孔主要存在以下问题。
1. 纯空气达到了阻力均衡,并不能保证输粉情况下也达到阻力均衡
传统可调缩孔开孔直径的大小是在纯风流动的情况下确定的,安装节流孔后,管道阻力可以得到一定均衡,但是由于阻力成分的差异,即使纯空气状态下管道阻力得到良好平衡,并联管带粉运行后仍可能存在明显的偏差。如果这种偏差和节流孔的试验调整误差方向相同,相互叠加,并联管内就会产生明显的流速偏差,给锅炉安全、经济带来不利影响。
2. 带粉运行后,可调缩孔开孔直径无法进行灵活地调整
节流孔的大小根据纯气流状态下的现场试验确定,通过现场试验确定节流孔开孔直径大小,需要反复测量管内风速。带粉运行后,节流孔无法进一步调整。研究表明,即使冷态调平达到了很好的效果,在热态情况下仍然会出现很大的偏差。传统可调缩孔在带粉运行的情况下无法进行灵活有效的调整,从而不能起到很好地调节效果。
3. 传统可调缩孔对煤粉流型的影响不好
传统的可调缩孔在管道适当的地方将孔径变小,当流体流过缩口,流束会变细或收缩,从而起到调节管道阻力和流速的作用。但是这种调节方式将对煤粉流型造成很大的影响,导致煤粉流动的不均匀。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀,在带粉运行的情况下仍可以灵活有效地调节一次风管沿程流动阻力来对一次风速和煤粉浓度分布进行调整,从而实现一次风粉分配均衡进而达到优化燃烧和节能降耗的目的。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀,包括阀芯、外壳、轴承和电动执行机构;所述阀芯由动叶叶片和定叶叶片组成;其特征在于:所述动叶叶片(5)、定叶叶片(7)数量为2-10个;所述动叶叶片(5)固定在多组转动轴上,所述动叶叶片(5)在管道中可0-180度旋转;所述定叶叶片(7)沿径向固定在外壳(2)内。当所述动叶叶片位于煤粉管道径向方向时,认为其转动角度为0度,对应管道流通面积最小,当所述动叶叶片垂直于煤粉管道轴向方向时,认为其角度90度,对应管道流通面积最大。所述定叶叶片沿煤粉管道径向方向固定在管道中。
所述动叶叶片数量为2-10个,动叶叶片成百叶窗状排列在各个转动轴上,各个转动轴可独立转动,改变煤粉流型调节管道阻力以获取较好的流动特性。所述定叶叶片数量为2-10个,定叶叶片成百叶窗状排列在各个动叶叶片后,对改变后的煤粉流型进行梳理以保持较好的流动特性。所述阀芯处外壳内径增大,外壳增大面积为阀芯最小阻挡面积的1-1.5倍,从而保持更好的煤粉流型。所述动叶叶片和定叶叶片其横截面成矩形或两端成向外突出的弧形或椭圆形,从而能够在风粉流动过程中受到较小的阻力以降低磨损。
所述阀芯和外壳由耐磨钢材料制成,所述外壳具有陶瓷内衬,以加强煤粉均衡阀的耐磨性能。
所述轴承带有密封圈,以保证煤粉均衡阀的密封性,从而防止一次风管内的风粉通过缝隙泄露到管道外。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)在带粉运行的情况下,动叶叶片可以在管道内0-180度转动,其阻力可以连续变化且线性度较好。从而可以在带粉运行的情况下灵活地对管道阻力进行调节,从而能够使各一次风管风粉分配均匀,使燃烧得到优化。沿煤粉管道径向方向固定在管道中的定叶叶片可以在带粉运行的情况下灵活地对管道阻力进行连续调节,从而能够使各一次风管风粉分配更加均匀,使燃烧得到优化。
(2)不同于传统可调缩孔改变开孔直径的调节方式,本发明通过动叶叶片对煤粉的改变阻挡,定叶叶片对煤粉流型的梳理。从而,风粉流过节流原件后,煤粉的流动状态将会更加均匀。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明的结构示意图。如图1所示,一种百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀包括阀芯(1)、外壳(2)、轴承(3)和执行机构(4);其中:阀芯(1)由动叶叶片(5)、转动轴(6)和定叶叶片(7)组成,所述动叶叶片(5)、定叶叶片(7)数量为2-10个;所述动叶叶片(5)固定在多组转动轴(6)上,所述动叶叶片(5)在管道中可0-180度旋转;所述定叶叶片(7)沿径向固定在外壳(2)内。所述转动轴(6)通过轴承(3)与外壳(2)连接,各个转动轴(6)之间可独立转动,所述动叶叶片(5)在管道中可0-180度旋转。所述轴承(3)带有密封圈,从而防止一次风管内的风粉通过缝隙泄露到管道外。
图2是本发明动叶叶片转动角度为0度时的俯视图,图3是本发明动叶叶片转动角度为90度时的俯视图。所述动叶叶片在管道中可0-180度旋转,当所述动叶叶片位于煤粉管道径向方向时,认为其转动角度为90度,对应管道流通面积最大,阻力最小;当所述动叶叶片垂直于煤粉管道径向方向时,认为其角度为0度或180度,对应管道流通面积最小,阻力最大。将百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀安装在一次风管道内,通过执行机构带动动叶叶片从0度到90度方向转动,其对应的阻力从大到小变化,从而实现了对管道阻力的调节。
图5是本发明不同形状叶片的横截面图。优选地,叶片形状设计为矩形或两端成向外突出的弧形或椭圆形,从而能够在风粉流动过程中受到较小的阻力以降低磨损。叶片数量设计为2-10个,叶片成百叶窗状排布在各个独立转动的转动轴上以获取合适的阻截面积和较好的流动特性。当叶片数量为10个时,动叶叶片转动角度为0度时,对应阻截面积最大,约占管道总面积的80%;动叶叶片转动角度为90度时,对应阻截面积最小,约占管道总面积的20%。叶片成百叶窗状排布在各个转动轴上,从保证煤粉从任两个叶片间隙流过煤粉均衡阀的机会均等,从而保证流体流动特性较均匀。
优选地,所述阀体和外壳均由耐磨钢材料制成,所述外壳具有陶瓷内衬。以增强百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀的耐磨性能,从而延长其使用寿命。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式做了详细的说明,但是本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以对其作出种种变化。例如,在上述实施方式中,叶片和转动轴一体形成阀芯。显然,本发明所述叶片和转动轴也可以是独立的部件,通过组装形成阀芯。因此,本发明的保护范围当视所提出的权利要求限定的范围为准。

1.一种百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀,包括阀芯(1)、外壳(2)、轴承(3)和执行机构(4);所述阀芯(1)由动叶叶片(5)、转动轴(6)以及定叶叶片(7)组成;其特征在于:所述动叶叶片(5)、定叶叶片(7)数量为2-10个;所述动叶叶片(5)固定在多组转动轴(6)上,所述动叶叶片(5)在管道中可0-180度旋转;所述定叶叶片(7)沿径向固定在外壳(2)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀,其特征在于:所述动叶叶片(5)固定在各个独立转动的转动轴(6)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀,其特征在于:所述转动轴(6)通过轴承(3)与外壳(2)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯(1)处外壳(2)内径增大,外壳(2)增大面积为阀芯(1)最小阻挡面积的1-1.5倍。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀,其特征在于:所述动叶叶片(5)、定叶叶片(7)横截面为矩形。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀,其特征在于:所述动叶叶片(5)、定叶叶片(7)横截面两端成向外突出的弧形。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀,其特征在于:所述动叶叶片(5)、定叶叶片(7)横截面为椭圆形。
8.根据权利要求1所述的百叶窗状煤粉均衡阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯(1)和外壳(2)由耐磨钢材料制成,所述外壳(2)具有陶瓷内衬。
