本发明公开了一种高韧性PE管,采用以下原料重量配比制成:PE100级原料50~63%、PE再生料25~38%、黑色母1~2%、消泡剂1~2%、PE高压再生料25%。与现有技术相比,本发明采用PE100级原料和PE再生料为主要原料,配有黑色母、消泡剂以及PE高压再生料,使得原料选择和其配比都更加合理,生产出的PE管韧性高,可以用在对管韧性有特殊要求的场合,使得PE管的适用范围更广。

本发明涉及管材技术领域,具体涉及一种高韧性PE管。
背景技术
PE(聚乙烯)管道是最常见的管道之一,其具有低温抗冲击性、耐化学腐蚀、耐磨等优点,在给水、排水、供热、供燃气、农业灌溉、水利工程及各种工业装置中都得到广泛应用。聚乙烯为典型的热塑性塑料,由于其具有无臭、无味、无毒的特点,受到推广普及使用,但是在一些环境较恶劣的环境中,或一些其他的重要设施工程中,针对承载量更大或是更重的一些重要场所,PE管的抗拉强度并没有到达要求,不能满足实际生产及使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种高韧性PE管。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高韧性PE管,采用以下原料重量配比制成:PE100级原料50~63%、PE再生料25~38%、黑色母1~2%、消泡剂1~2%。
作为优选,所述原料里还设有25%PE高压再生料。
作为优选,所述原料重量优选配比为:PE100级原料62.5%、PE再生料37.5%、黑色母1.5%、消泡剂1.5%。
作为优选,所述原料重量优选配比为:PE100级原料50%、PE再生料25%、黑色母1.5%、消泡剂1.5%、PE高压再生料25%。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明采用PE100级原料和PE再生料为主要原料,配有黑色母、消泡剂以及PE高压再生料,使得原料选择和其配比都更加合理,生产出的PE管韧性高,可以用在对管韧性有特殊要求的场合,使得PE管的适用范围更广。
