随着生活水平的提高,人们对衣物的舒适度和各种功能的要求越来越高,并不仅仅局限于衣物蔽体的层面,而是向多功能、多元化的方向发展,棉型面料多年来因其穿着舒适,价格低廉而受到广大消费者的青睐。传统的棉型面料表面平平的,没有立体感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种富有立体感的抗菌条纹拉绒面料,提高其保暖性能和防静电抗菌性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种防静电抗菌条纹拉绒面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体上设有若干条纹,所述条纹横竖交叉分布,所述条纹镶嵌于面料本体所在平面,并与面料本体连接为一体,形成凹凸结构,所述条纹和面料本体的背面设置拉绒层,在所述拉绒层的背面设置有防静电面料层,在所述防静电面料层的背面设置有抗菌层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明条纹拉绒面料的凹凸结构增强了面料的立体感,而面料背面的拉绒层增强了面料的保暖性能和防静电抗菌性能。

具体实施方式
参见图1—图2,本发明涉及一种防静电抗菌条纹拉绒面料,包括面料本体1,所述面料本体1上设有若干条纹2,所述条纹2横竖交叉分布。所述条纹2镶嵌于面料本体1所在平面,并与面料本体1连接为一体。所述面料本体1的材质主要为棉,所述条纹2的材质为尼龙。由于面料本体1与条纹2材质的收缩性差异,条纹2的收缩程度大于面料本体1,从而形成条纹2凹陷于面料本体1所在平面的凹凸结构。所述条纹2和面料本体1的背面设置拉绒层3,增强了保暖性能,在所述拉绒层3的背面设置有防静电面料层4,在所述防静电面料层4的背面设置有抗菌层5。
