技术领域
本发明涉及骨科医疗设备的技术领域。
背景技术
髓内钉是一种医疗用的骨科内固定器械,包括杆状的构成髓内钉主体结构的钉杆,以及设置在钉杆上的近端定位孔和远端定位孔,近端定位孔设置在钉杆的头端,而远端定位孔则设置在钉杆上距钉杆末端较近的远端,手术中通过近端定位孔和远端定位孔同时对髓内钉进行固定和定位。但由于髓内钉一般上粗下细,所以现有的髓内钉在针对股骨、胫骨骨干中段骨折的特定髓内钉手术中经常会出现髓内钉远端定位固定不稳定,不易定位的弊病,而且在用锁紧块稳固髓内钉时存在锁紧块不易定位、不易操作的问题,导致髓内钉手术完成后出现各种后遗症,大大影响了手术效果,增加了对病人身心的打击。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是针对上述存在的技术不足,提供一种带有锁紧机构的髓内钉,解决了髓内钉远端锁紧块不易定位、不易操作的问题,降低了手术的难度,提高了手术的稳定性。
本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种带有锁紧机构的髓内钉,它包括有髓内钉本体、锥形头、锁紧块、髓内钉本体内设置有与锁紧块相配合的滑槽;锥形头呈圆锥状,且固定在髓内钉本体的远端;髓内钉本体内设有A通道,A通道近端借助螺纹配合有A螺栓,A螺栓下端与A牵引绳的一端连接,A牵引绳的另一端经由A通道与锁紧块连接固定;髓内钉本体的近端设有空腔,空腔上端螺纹配合有封盖。
进一步优化本技术方案,带有锁紧机构的髓内钉包括尖部向上的圆锥头,锥形头由至少四个有弹性的膨胀条组成,锥形头内设置有与圆锥头形状配合的工位槽,圆锥头位于锥形头的工位槽内且与锥形头同轴设置;髓内钉本体中心设有贯穿髓内钉本体的B通道,B通道近端借助螺纹配合有B螺栓,B螺栓下端与B牵引绳的一端连接,B牵引绳的另一端经由B通道与圆锥头的尖端连接固定。
进一步优化本技术方案,带有锁紧机构的髓内钉在锥形头外部罩有弹力帽。
进一步优化本技术方案,带有锁紧机构的髓内钉的封盖下部的空腔呈内六角状。
发明与传统髓内钉相比,其有益效果在于:1、将髓内钉固定好以后,横向打入锁紧块,由于滑槽形状较大,可以较为简单的定位和操作,然后通过向上转动A螺栓,借助A牵引绳,带动锁紧块向上运动,直到与锁紧块接触,为固定锁紧块提供条件。这样简化了插入锁紧块的步骤和难度。2、将髓内钉本体注入骨髓后,通过向上转动B螺栓,借助B牵引绳,带动圆锥头向上运动,将锥形头打开,这样便可以将髓内钉的远端牢牢的固定在骨内,解决了髓内钉远端定位固定不稳定,不易定位的问题,降低了手术的难度,降低了手术风险,减小了患者的痛苦,提高了手术的稳定性;完成固定后,拧紧封盖,将髓内钉本体的空腔封闭,防止骨结构进入空腔,增大取髓内钉的难度,这样使得手术设备更加完善,增加发明的可用性。3、锥形头外部罩有弹力帽,锥形头在工作后,膨胀条之间存在空隙,弹力帽可以防止骨组织进入锥形头,如果骨组织进入锥形头,会使得锥形头难以收缩,增加回收的难度,弹力帽的存在可以有效防范这一现象的发生,大大增加了发明的应用范围,提高发明的可靠性。4、空腔呈内六角状,在拧封盖前,可以用内六角扳固定好空腔,这样可以避免在拧封盖时,髓内钉本体跟着转动,影响发明的使用,降低了手术难度。

如图1、2、3所示,带有锁紧机构的髓内钉,它包括有髓内钉本体1、锥形头2、锁紧块15、髓内钉本体1内设置有与锁紧块15相配合的滑槽16;锥形头2呈圆锥状,且固定在髓内钉本体1的远端;髓内钉本体1内设有贯穿髓内钉本体1的A通道12,A通道12近端借助螺纹配合有A螺栓13,A螺栓13下端与A牵引绳14的一端连接,A牵引绳14的另一端经由A通道12与锁紧块15连接固定;髓内钉本体1的近端设有空腔10,空腔10上端螺纹配合有封盖8。
带有锁紧机构的髓内钉包括尖部向上的圆锥头7锥形头2由至少四个有弹性的膨胀条3组成,锥形头2内设置有圆锥头7设置有与圆锥头7形状配合的工位槽11,圆锥头7位于锥形头2的工位槽11内且与锥形头2同轴设置;髓内钉本体1中心设有贯穿髓内钉本体1的B通道4,B通道4近端借助螺纹配合有B螺栓5,B螺栓5下端与B牵引绳6的一端连接,B牵引绳6的另一端经由B通道4与圆锥头7的尖端连接固定。锥形头2外部罩有弹力帽9。封盖8下部的空腔10呈内六角状。
如图1、2、3所示,值得注意的是,发明在具体使用前,锥形头2处于闭合状态,圆锥头7位于锥形头2的工位槽11内;将髓内钉打入骨髓,利用内六角扳作用空腔10固定好发明,使其不能转动,向上转动B螺栓5,带动B牵引线6向上运动,从而带动圆锥头7向上运动,打开锥形头2,完成髓内钉的固定;打入锁紧块,向上转动A螺栓13,借助A牵引绳14,带动锁紧块15向上运动,直到与锁紧块接触,即完成锁紧块的固定;最后拧紧封盖8,完成对发明的封闭。

1.一种带有锁紧机构的髓内钉,其特征在于:包括有髓内钉本体(1)、锥形头(2)、圆锥头(7)、锁紧块(15)、髓内钉本体(1)内设置有与锁紧块(15)相配合的滑槽(16);锥形头(2)呈圆锥状,且固定在髓内钉本体(1)的远端;髓内钉本体(1)内设有A通道(12),A通道(12)近端借助螺纹配合有A螺栓(13),A螺栓(13)下端与A牵引绳(14)的一端连接,A牵引绳(14)的另一端经由A通道(12)与锁紧块(15)连接固定;髓内钉本体(1)的近端设有空腔(10),空腔(10)上端螺纹配合有封盖(8);
圆锥头(7)呈尖部向上;锥形头(2)由至少四个有弹性的膨胀条(3)组成,锥形头(2)内设置有与圆锥头(7)形状配合的工位槽(11),圆锥头(7)位于锥形头(2)的工位槽(11)内且与锥形头(2)同轴设置;髓内钉本体(1)中心设有贯穿髓内钉本体(1)的B通道(4),B通道(4)近端借助螺纹配合有B螺栓(5),B螺栓(5)下端与B牵引绳(6)的一端连接,B牵引绳(6)的另一端经由B通道(4)与圆锥头(7)的尖端连接固定;
锥形头(2)外部罩有弹力帽(9)。
