本发明属一种整形提升埋没导引套管针,其特点是:针管一侧设有刻度,一端与操作柄内圆锥孔同中心线、凹凸配合、固定连接,另一端固有针头,针头呈扁头钝刃形,其一侧斜面上有出线孔,针管内有可往返运动的针芯,针芯上端有手柄,手柄与操作柄间设有定位凸台,针芯与出线孔间隙配合,针芯前端与斜面斜度相同、并相平,该套管针可精确选择插入长度,既易剥离、扎入,又不易刺破血管引起血肿或青紫,不易损伤神经,引起面瘫或感觉障碍,组织损伤小,恢复快,适合美容行业整形提升推广使用。

整形提升埋没导引套管针
技术领域
本发明涉及医用套管针,是一种美容使用的整形提升埋没导引套管针。
背景技术
目前,锯齿线面部提升术应用越来越广泛,但是没有专用的埋没导引套管针,目前所应用的套管针,全部是外科穿刺套管针或吸脂所用的钝针,是由针管和可在针管腔往返运动的针芯组成,针管前端均为斜面锋尖形,另一端有与注射器配套的连接器,针芯前端与锋尖斜面相同,针芯另一端有针柄,这种前端斜面锋尖形套管针,在实际操作中易刺破大血管引起血肿,刺破小血管引起青紫,易损伤神经,引起面瘫或感觉障碍,组织损伤大,回复慢;最近出现了一种植入药体用的斜面钝尖套管针,这种套管针较斜面锋尖套管针使用性能有所改善,但是效果不太明显;还有一种是半球形尖套管针,针管一侧有出线孔,这种套管针针头太钝,扎入后在皮肤行走时很费力,同时,针管一侧开孔锯齿线不易穿出,也不好用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种整形提升埋没导引套管针,以解决现有斜面锋尖形套管针,易碰到大血管引起血肿,碰到小血管引起青紫,易损伤神经,引起面瘫或感觉障碍,组织损伤大,恢复慢;斜面钝尖形套管针使用性能效果不太明显;半球形尖套管针太钝,扎入后在皮肤行走时很费力,针管一侧开孔锯齿线不易穿出,都不适用于美容整形提升埋没的问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:该整形提升埋没导引套管针,是由针管和针芯组成,其特点是,针管一端有操作柄,另一端固有针头,针头呈扁头钝刃形,其一侧斜面上有出线孔,针管内有可往返运动的针芯,针芯上端有手柄,手柄与操作柄间设有定位凸台,针芯与出线孔间隙配合,针芯前端与针管斜面斜度相同、并相平。
针头呈圆锥钝尖形,其中心线上有出线孔。
操作柄内圆锥孔与针管同中心线、凹凸配合、固定连接。
针管上设有刻度。
该发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:(1)针头呈扁头钝刃形,较半球形尖套管针针头锋利,易剥离、扎入;较斜面锋尖形套管针针头钝,不易刺破大血管引起血肿,刺破小血管引起青紫,不易损伤神经,引起面瘫或感觉障碍,组织损伤小,恢复快;(2)针芯与出线孔间隙配合,扎入时不会有组织进入针芯,也不会从出线孔沿针芯出血;(3)操作柄内圆锥孔与针管同中心线、凹凸配合、固定连接,内孔平滑,锯齿线穿入方便;(4)(4)针头呈圆锥钝尖形,其中心线上有出线孔,较针管一侧开孔锯齿线易穿出;(5)针管上设有刻度,可根据需要准确选择插入长短,既减少痛苦,又保证整形提升质量。

具体实施方式
图1-2中:针管1一侧自下往上均布有刻度8,针管一端与操作柄2的内圆锥孔9同中心线、凹凸配合、固定连接,另一端固有针头7,针头呈扁头钝刃形或圆锥钝尖形,当针头呈扁头钝刃形时,扁头在针管中心线上或中心线一侧,扁头宽度≥针管直经,在扁头一侧斜面上有出线孔6;当针头呈圆锥钝尖形时,其中心线上有出线孔6,针管1内有可往返运动的针芯5,针芯上端固有手柄3,手柄3下侧面上有定位凸台4,操作柄2上有与定位凸台4相配合的凹槽,针芯5与出线孔6间隙配合,当针头呈扁头钝刃形时,针芯前端与针管斜面斜度相同、并相平,当针头呈圆锥钝尖形时,针芯前端与针头圆锥钝尖弧度相同。
使用说明:先用医用锐尖针扎开口,再将整形提升埋没导引套管针扎入需要的长度,然后拔出针芯,穿入锯齿线,按压住锯齿线,拔出整形提升埋没导引套管针,即可将锯齿线留置组织内。

Claims (4)

1.一种整形提升埋没导引套管针,是由针管(1)和针芯(4)组成,其特征在于:针管(1)一端有操作柄(2),另一端固有针头(7),针头呈扁头钝刃形,其一侧斜面上有出线孔(6),针管(1)内有可往返运动的针芯(5),针芯上端有手柄(3),手柄(3)与操作柄(2)间设有定位凸台(4),针芯与出线孔间隙配合,针芯前端与针管斜面相斜度相同、并相平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整形提升埋没导引套管针,其特征在于:针头(7)呈圆锥钝尖形,其中心线上有出线孔(6)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的整形提升埋没导引套管针,其特征在于:操作柄(2)内圆锥孔(9)与针管(1)同中心线、凹凸配合、固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的整形提升埋没导引套管针,其特征在于:针管(1)上设有刻度(8)。
