a sending module, configured to send the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information to a network device, so that the network device adjusts an additional pilot channel parameter corresponding to the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information according to the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information, and/or selects a cell in which an additional pilot is located to schedule data.
2. The UE of claim 1, wherein the sending module is further configured to:

9. The UE of claim 1, wherein the sending module sends the at least one additional pilot channel information to a network device, comprising:
the sending module sends the at least one additional pilot channel information to the base station NodeB through a dedicated physical control channel HS-DPCCH, wherein the additional pilot channel information comprises a channel quality indicator CQI of a corresponding additional pilot channel.
10. A network device, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive at least one additional pilot channel information sent by a user equipment UE, where the additional pilot channel information at least includes any one or a combination of signal quality of an additional pilot channel, an identifier of the additional pilot channel, location information of the additional pilot channel, and measurement time information;
and adjusting an additional pilot channel parameter corresponding to the at least one additional pilot channel information according to the at least one additional pilot channel information, and/or selecting a cell in which an additional pilot is located to schedule data.
11. The network device of claim 10, wherein the receiving module is further configured to:
before receiving at least one piece of additional pilot channel information sent by User Equipment (UE), receiving indication information sent by the UE, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that the network equipment has the additional pilot channel information for the UE.
12. The network device of claim 11, further comprising:
a first sending module, configured to send a notification message to the UE after the receiving module receives the indication information sent by the UE, where the notification message is used to notify the UE to send pilot channel information to the network device.
13. The network device of claim 10, further comprising:
a second sending module, configured to send a notification message to the UE, where the notification message is used to notify the UE to send additional pilot channel information to the network device.
14. The network device of claim 10, wherein the receiving module receives at least one additional pilot channel information sent by a User Equipment (UE), and comprises:
the receiving module receives the at least one additional pilot channel information sent by the UE through a Radio Resource Control (RRC) dedicated message, a cell update message, an RRC connection completion message, a measurement report message or a UE information report message.
15. The network device of any of claims 10-14, wherein the signal quality of the additional pilot channel is a received signal code rate or a signal-to-noise ratio.
16. Network device according to any of claims 10 to 14, wherein the signal quality of the additional pilot channel is: and comparing the signal value received by the UE with a preset threshold.
17. The network device of claim 16, wherein the first sending module or the second sending module is further configured to:
and sending the preset threshold to the UE before additional pilot channel information is obtained.
18. The network device of claim 10, wherein the network device is a base station NodeB, and the receiving module receives at least one additional pilot channel information sent by a user equipment UE, including:
receiving the at least one additional pilot channel information sent by the UE through a dedicated physical control channel (HS-DPCCH), wherein the additional pilot channel information comprises a Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) of an additional pilot channel;
and generating an additional pilot frequency measurement result according to the CQI of the additional pilot frequency channel corresponding to the additional pilot frequency channel information.
19. The network device of claim 18, wherein the first sending module or the second sending module is further configured to:
and after the receiving module generates an additional pilot frequency measurement result according to the CQI of the additional pilot frequency channel corresponding to the at least one piece of additional pilot frequency channel information, sending the additional pilot frequency measurement result to a Radio Network Controller (RNC).
20. The network device of claim 19, wherein the sending module sends the additional pilot measurement result to a Radio Network Controller (RNC), comprising:
and sending the additional pilot measurement result to the RNC through a primitive or an IUB port dedicated message or an IUB port common measurement report message or a resource state indication or an IUB frame.
21. The network device according to any of claims 18 to 20, wherein the receiving module generates an additional pilot measurement result according to the CQI of an additional pilot channel corresponding to the at least one additional pilot channel information, and comprises:
taking the CQI of the additional pilot channel corresponding to the additional pilot channel information as an additional pilot measurement result; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
taking the CQI and the additional pilot frequency identification of the additional pilot frequency channel corresponding to the additional pilot frequency channel information as an additional pilot frequency measurement result; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and taking the CQI, the additional pilot identifier and the cell identifier of the additional pilot channel corresponding to the additional pilot channel information as the additional pilot measurement result.
22. A User Equipment (UE), comprising:
a processor, configured to measure an additional pilot channel of a cell to obtain at least one additional pilot channel information, where the additional pilot channel information at least includes any one or a combination of signal quality of the additional pilot channel, an identifier of the additional pilot channel, location information of the additional pilot channel, and measurement time information;
a transmitter, configured to send the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information to a network device, so that the network device adjusts an additional pilot channel parameter corresponding to the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information according to the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information, and/or selects a cell in which an additional pilot is located to schedule data.
23. The user equipment of claim 22, wherein the transmitter is further configured to:
after obtaining the additional pilot channel information, the processor sends indication information to the network device, where the indication information is used to indicate to the network device that the UE has the additional pilot channel information.
24. The user equipment of claim 23, further comprising:
a first receiver, configured to receive a notification message sent by the network device after the transmitter sends the indication information to the network device, where the notification message is used to notify the UE to send the additional pilot channel information to the network device.
25. The user equipment of claim 22, further comprising:
a second receiver, configured to receive a notification message sent by the network device, where the notification message is used to notify the UE to send additional pilot channel information to the network device.
26. The UE of claim 22, wherein the transmitter transmits the at least one additional pilot channel information to a network device, comprising:
the transmitter controls RRC dedicated messages or cell update messages or
And the RRC connection completion message or the measurement report message or the UE information report message sends the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information to the network equipment.
27. The UE of claim 22, wherein the transmitter transmits the at least one additional pilot channel information to a network device, comprising:
the transmitter transmits the at least one additional pilot channel information to the base station NodeB over a dedicated physical control channel HS-DPCCH, the additional pilot information comprising a channel quality indication CQI of the corresponding additional pilot channel.
28. A network device, comprising:
a receiver, configured to receive at least one additional pilot channel information sent by a user equipment UE, where the additional pilot channel information at least includes any one or a combination of signal quality of an additional pilot channel, an identifier of the additional pilot channel, location information of the additional pilot channel, and measurement time information;
and the processor is used for adjusting the additional pilot channel parameters corresponding to the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information according to the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information and/or selecting the cell where the additional pilot is located to schedule data.
29. The network device of claim 28, wherein the receiver is further configured to:
before receiving at least one piece of additional pilot channel information sent by User Equipment (UE), receiving indication information sent by the UE, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that the network equipment has the additional pilot channel information for the UE.
30. The network device of claim 29, further comprising:
a first transmitter, configured to send a notification message to the UE after the receiver receives the indication information sent by the UE, where the notification message is used to notify the UE to send the additional pilot channel information to the network device.
31. The network device of claim 28, further comprising:
a second transmitter, configured to send a notification message to the UE, where the notification message is used to notify the UE to send the additional pilot channel information to the network device.
32. The network device of claim 28, wherein the receiver receives at least one additional pilot channel information sent by a UE, comprising:
the receiver receives the at least one additional pilot channel information sent by the UE through a Radio Resource Control (RRC) dedicated message, a cell update message, an RRC connection completion message, a measurement report message or a UE information report message.
33. The network device of claim 28, wherein the receiver receives at least one additional pilot channel information sent by a UE, comprising:
receiving the at least one additional pilot channel information sent by the UE through a dedicated physical control channel (HS-DPCCH), wherein the additional pilot channel information comprises a Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) of an additional pilot channel;
and generating an additional pilot frequency measurement result according to the CQI of the additional pilot frequency channel corresponding to the at least one additional pilot frequency channel information.
34. A method for transmitting additional pilot channel information, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that User Equipment (UE) measures an additional pilot channel of a cell to obtain at least one piece of additional pilot channel information, wherein the additional pilot channel information at least comprises any one or the combination of the signal quality of the additional pilot channel, the identification of the additional pilot channel, the position information of the additional pilot channel and measurement time information;
and the UE sends the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information to network equipment, so that the network equipment adjusts additional pilot channel parameters corresponding to the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information according to the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information, and/or selects a cell where an additional pilot is located to schedule data.
35. The method of claim 34, wherein after obtaining the additional pilot channel information, the UE further comprises:
and the UE sends indication information to the network equipment, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the network equipment that the UE has additional pilot channel information.
36. The method of claim 35, wherein after the UE sends the indication information to the network device, the method further comprises:

the network equipment receives at least one piece of additional pilot channel information sent by User Equipment (UE), wherein the additional pilot channel information at least comprises any one or the combination of the signal quality of an additional pilot channel, the identification of the additional pilot channel, the position information of the additional pilot channel and the measurement time information;
and the network equipment adjusts the additional pilot channel parameters corresponding to the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information according to the at least one piece of additional pilot channel information, and/or selects a cell where the additional pilot is located to schedule data.
44. The method of claim 43, wherein before the network device receives at least one additional pilot channel information sent by the UE, further comprising:
and the network equipment receives indication information sent by the UE, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the network equipment that the UE has additional pilot channel information.
45. The method of claim 44, wherein after the network device receives the indication information sent by the UE, the method further comprises:

and the NodeB generates an additional pilot frequency measurement result according to the CQI of the additional pilot frequency channel corresponding to the at least one piece of additional pilot frequency channel information.
52. The method of claim 51, wherein after the NodeB generates additional pilot measurement results according to CQI of an additional pilot channel corresponding to the at least one additional pilot channel information, the method further comprises:
