本发明涉及日用化工产品领域的一种防止皂粒氧化变色的添加剂配方。
背景技术
洗衣皂是人们常用的洗衣用品,洗衣皂是以动植物油脂为原料经过皂化制成的,目前使用的洗衣皂放置一段时间会产生氧化变色,影响后续使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决洗衣皂氧化问题,通过对洗衣皂配方中添加抗氧化剂进行改良,提供一种防止皂粒氧化变色的添加剂配方。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防止皂粒氧化变色的添加剂配方,其特征在于:原料按以下重量百分比组成:
皂基99.84%
抗氧化剂0.08%
螯合剂0.08%;
所述的抗氧化剂为HEDP-4Na;所述的螯合剂为EDTA-4Na。
本发明配方生产的洗衣皂具有性能优良和存放过程中不容易氧化变质的特点。
具体实施方式
本发明的目的解决洗衣皂成品氧化问题,通过对洗衣皂得配方进行改良,为了防止皂粒产品的氧化变色,在皂粒生产中添加抗氧化剂。
抗氧化剂添加量比例为:皂基99.84,抗氧化剂(HEDP-4Na):0.08%,
螯合剂(EDTA-4Na):0.08%;通过添加抗氧化剂和螯合剂以后,产品在实际存放过程中,不容易氧化变质。

皂基99.84%
抗氧化剂0.08%
螯合剂0.08%。
