Abstract
The present invention relates to a photograph album management method, a photograph album management apparatus, and terminal equipment, wherein the method includes: determining whether a first command for managing a face to be treated contained in at least one image in a photograph album to be treated is received; detecting whether the photograph album to be treated has the first image, when the first command is received, wherein a similarity between characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and characteristic information of the face to be treated is larger than a first preset threshold; when the photograph album to be treated has the first image, according to the first command, processing the first image. The first image is processed according to the first command if the photograph album to be treated has the first image, so an image corresponding to a face, a similarity between which and the face to be treated and selected by the user is larger than the first preset threshold, can be identified from the photograph album to be treated and then processed on the basis of the first command. Therefore, the speed of photograph album management is improved, and great convenience is brought to the user.

Background
The face photo album refers to a photo album obtained by classifying and sorting images in a cloud photo album on the cloud server or a photo album on the terminal equipment according to faces by using an image analysis technology.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an album management method according to an exemplary embodiment, where the album management method may be executed by an album management apparatus, and the album management apparatus may specifically be an application app installed on a smart terminal such as a mobile phone terminal or a PAD. The photo album management device can also be a cloud server corresponding to an intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone terminal and a PAD. The album management method shown in the present exemplary embodiment may include the following steps:

The faces to be processed may be faces of other users appearing in the album of a certain user. The face album in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be, for example, a face album, a pet face album, or the like. In one embodiment, the face album includes images with the same face features, for example, a three-page face album includes images with three faces. But sometimes, due to misclassification and the like, images with small plum faces and/or other faces instead of three faces may be included in the face album. In one embodiment of the disclosure, a user may edit an album through operations such as a touch screen or a key, so that the terminal device can recognize a first instruction of the user according to a touch pressing operation or a key operation of the user. The first instructions may include, for example: the mark of the face to be processed and the mark of the photo album to be processed. The terminal equipment can identify the photo album selected by the user according to the touch pressing operation or the key operation of the user, and the identification of the photo album is used as the identification of the photo album to be processed; the terminal device can identify the image selected in the album by the user and the face in the selected image according to the touch pressing operation or the key operation of the user, and the identification of the face is used as the identification of the face to be processed.

The characteristic information of the face to be processed may include: a plurality of feature vectors of the face. In one embodiment, the determination of the first predetermined threshold value may be obtained through a number of experimental analyses. In an embodiment, the first image obtained in step 102 includes at least one face similar to or identical to the face to be processed, so that the first image may be processed in the same processing manner, but the disclosure is not limited thereto, and the first image and the face to be processed may also be processed differently. Wherein the first image acquired comprises at least one image. As shown in fig. 3, the first image is selected or deleted, wherein three images including a small plum face and no three faces are selected.
In an embodiment, the first instruction may further include moving the face to be processed into another album. According to the first instruction, the face management method can also be used for transferring the first image to an album into which the face to be processed is moved. In this embodiment, the user may manually select the face to be processed and the album into which the first image is moved.
In an embodiment, the album management apparatus may calculate an album matching the face to be processed, and may create an album of the face to be processed when the matching album does not exist, which is not limited by the present disclosure. The photo album matched with the face to be processed and the newly-built photo album of the face to be processed are, for example, photo albums to be moved in. In one embodiment, according to the first instruction, the first image can be moved to the album to be moved.
In an embodiment, the process of obtaining the album matched with the face to be processed may be: according to a third preset threshold value, comparing the characteristic information of the face to be processed with the characteristic information of each face in each image of other albums except the album to be processed respectively to obtain the album matched with the face to be processed; the number of third images included in the photo album matched with the faces to be processed is larger than or equal to a fourth preset threshold, and the similarity between the feature information of at least one face in the third images and the feature information of the faces to be processed is larger than the third preset threshold.
In an embodiment, the fourth preset threshold may be set to be two thirds, three fourths, four fifths, and so on of the total number of images in the album matching the face to be processed. For example, if the total number of images included in the album matching the face to be processed is 100, the fourth preset threshold may be set to 67, 75, 80, or the like. Of course, the fourth preset threshold may also be set to other values according to different specific applications, and the disclosure does not limit this.
In the exemplary embodiment, whether a first instruction is received or not is judged, wherein the first instruction is used for managing faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are contained in at least one image in an album to be processed; when a first instruction is received, detecting whether a first image exists in the album to be processed; the similarity between the characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and the characteristic information of the face to be processed is larger than a first preset threshold; when a first image exists in the photo album to be processed, the first image is processed according to the first instruction, so that the image corresponding to the face with the similarity larger than the first preset threshold value selected by the user in the photo album to be processed can be identified according to the first instruction to be processed, the arranging speed of the photo album is improved, and great convenience is brought to the user.
As an example, with reference to fig. 4 in combination, on the basis of the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 1, step 102 may comprise the following steps:
in step 1021, when the first instruction is received, the feature information of the faces to be processed and the feature information of each face in each image in the album to be processed are obtained.
The method for acquiring the feature information of the face can be a neural convolution algorithm, and the neural convolution method is a deep learning algorithm based on a neural network.
In step 1022, according to a first preset threshold, the feature information of the faces to be processed is respectively identified with the feature information of each face in each image in the album to be processed, so as to detect whether the first image exists in the album to be processed.
In the exemplary embodiment, whether a first instruction is received or not is judged, wherein the first instruction is used for managing faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are contained in at least one image in an album to be processed; when a first instruction is received, acquiring feature information of a face to be processed and feature information of each face in each image in the album to be processed; according to a first preset threshold value, the feature information of the face to be processed is respectively identified with the feature information of each face in each image in the album to be processed, so that whether a first image exists in the album to be processed is detected; the similarity between the characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and the characteristic information of the face to be processed is larger than a first preset threshold; when a first image exists in the photo album to be processed, the first image is processed according to the first instruction, so that the image corresponding to the face with the similarity larger than the first preset threshold value selected by the user in the photo album to be processed can be identified according to the first instruction to be processed, the arranging speed of the photo album is improved, and great convenience is brought to the user.
As an example, with reference to fig. 5 in combination, on the basis of the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 1, the method may comprise the following steps:
in step 501, it is determined whether a first instruction is received, where the first instruction is used to manage faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are included in at least one image in the album to be processed.
In step 502, detecting whether a first image exists in the album to be processed or not when a first instruction is received; the similarity between the feature information of at least one face in the first image and the feature information of the face to be processed is larger than a first preset threshold.
In step 503, when the first image exists in the album to be processed, the age information of the face to be processed and the age information of at least one face in the first image are acquired.
The process of obtaining the age information of the face to be processed may be that the face to be processed is identified, the feature vectors of the organs in the face to be processed are obtained, the feature vectors of the organs in the face to be processed are compared with the pre-stored feature vectors of the corresponding organs at each age stage, and the age information of the face is determined according to the comparison result.
The process of obtaining the age information of at least one face in the first image may be to identify a face in the first image whose similarity is greater than a first preset threshold, obtain a feature vector of each organ in the face in the first image whose similarity is greater than the first preset threshold, compare the feature vector of each organ in the face in the first image whose similarity is greater than the first preset threshold with a pre-stored feature vector of a corresponding organ at each age stage, and determine the age information of a face in the first image whose similarity is greater than the first preset threshold according to a comparison result.
In step 504, according to a second preset threshold, the age information of the face to be processed is respectively identified with the age information of at least one face in the first image, and a second image is obtained from the first image; the difference between the age information of the face in the second image and the age information of the face to be processed is smaller than a second preset threshold.
The album management device can identify the age information of the face to be processed and the age information of the face with the similarity greater than a first preset threshold in the first image respectively, and acquire a second image from the first image; and the difference between the age information of the face with the similarity larger than the first preset threshold value in the second image and the age information of the face to be processed is smaller than a second preset threshold value.
In step 505, the second image is processed according to a first instruction.
In the exemplary embodiment, whether a first instruction is received or not is judged, wherein the first instruction is used for managing faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are contained in at least one image in an album to be processed; when a first instruction is received, detecting whether a first image exists in the album to be processed; the similarity between the characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and the characteristic information of the face to be processed is larger than a first preset threshold; when a first image exists in the photo album to be processed, acquiring age information of the face to be processed and age information of at least one face in the first image; according to a second preset threshold, identifying the age information of the face to be processed and the age information of at least one face in the first image respectively, and acquiring a second image from the first image; the difference between the age information of the face in the second image and the age information of the face to be processed is smaller than a second preset threshold; according to the first instruction, the second image is processed, so that the similarity of the to-be-processed faces selected by the user in the to-be-processed photo album can be larger than a first preset threshold according to the first instruction, the image corresponding to the face with the age information difference smaller than a second preset threshold is identified and processed, the arranging speed of the photo album is improved, and great convenience is brought to the user.
As an example, with reference to fig. 6 in combination, on the basis of the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 1, the method may comprise the following steps:
in step 601, it is determined whether a first instruction is received, where the first instruction is used to manage faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are included in at least one image in the album to be processed.
In step 602, detecting whether a first image exists in the album to be processed or not when a first instruction is received; the similarity between the feature information of at least one face in the first image and the feature information of the face to be processed is larger than a first preset threshold.
In step 603, when the first image exists in the album to be processed, acquiring the gender information of the face to be processed and the gender information of at least one face in the first image.
The process of acquiring the gender information of the face to be processed can be that the face to be processed is identified, the feature vector of each organ in the face to be processed is acquired, the feature vector of each organ is compared with the pre-stored feature vector of the corresponding organ of the male or female, and the gender information of the face to be processed is determined according to the comparison result.
The process of obtaining the gender information of at least one face in the first image may be that the face with the similarity greater than the first preset threshold in the first image is identified, the feature vector of each organ in the face with the similarity greater than the first preset threshold in the first image is obtained, the feature vector of each organ is compared with the pre-stored feature vectors of corresponding organs of males or females, and the gender information of the face with the similarity greater than the first preset threshold in the first image is determined according to the comparison result.
In step 604, the gender information of the face to be processed is respectively identified with the gender information of at least one face in the first image, and a second image is obtained from the first image; and the difference between the gender information of the face in the second image and the gender information of the face to be processed is smaller than a second preset threshold.
Wherein, the gender of the face can be male or female. When the gender of the face is male, the gender information of the face can be a set value corresponding to the gender male; when the gender of the face is female, the gender information of the face can be a set value corresponding to the gender of the female. For example, the setting value for gender male is 50, and the setting value for gender female is 10, and the second preset threshold may be less than 40 and greater than 0. The second preset threshold may be set according to a setting value corresponding to a sex male and a sex female.
In one embodiment, the difference between the gender information of the face in the second image and the gender information of the face to be processed is a positive number. In another embodiment, all differences in this disclosure are absolute differences, being positive numbers.
In step 605, a second image of the first images is processed according to a first instruction.
In addition, it should be noted that, step 603 may be replaced by: and acquiring age information and gender information of the face to be processed, and the age information and the gender information of the at least one face in the first image.
Correspondingly, step 604 may also be replaced by: according to a second preset threshold value, respectively identifying the age information and the gender information of the face to be processed with the age information and the gender information of the at least one face in the first image, and acquiring a second image from the first image; and the difference between the age information and the gender information of at least one face in the second image and the age information and the gender information of the face to be processed is smaller than a second preset threshold value.
In the present example, the second image is determined by considering the difference between the age information of the face to be processed and the age information of at least one face in the first image, and considering the difference between the sex information of the face to be processed and the sex information of at least one face in the first image, thereby improving the sorting speed and accuracy of the face album.
In one embodiment, the second image may be determined by determining the age information first and then determining the gender information, or by determining the gender information first and then determining the age information. However, the disclosure is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the second image may be determined according to the age information and the gender information at the same time. For example, the second image may be determined by determining a difference between the sum of age information and gender information of the face to be processed and the sum of age information and gender information of the at least one face in the first image.
In the exemplary embodiment, whether a first instruction is received or not is judged, wherein the first instruction is used for managing faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are contained in at least one image in an album to be processed; when a first instruction is received, detecting whether a first image exists in the album to be processed; the similarity between the characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and the characteristic information of the face to be processed is larger than a first preset threshold; when a first image exists in the photo album to be processed, acquiring gender information of the face to be processed and gender information of at least one face in the first image; respectively identifying the gender information of the face to be processed and the gender information of at least one face in the first image, and acquiring a second image from the first image; the difference between the gender information of the face in the second image and the gender information of the face to be processed is smaller than a second preset threshold; according to the first instruction, the second image in the first image is processed, so that the similarity of the faces to be processed selected by the user in the photo album to be processed is larger than a first preset threshold value according to the first instruction, the images corresponding to the faces with the same gender information are identified and processed, the sorting speed of the photo album is improved, and great convenience is brought to the user.
It should be noted that the second preset threshold and the third preset threshold in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be obtained through a large number of experimental analyses. This experimental analysis is similar to the determination of the first predetermined threshold and will not be described herein.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods. For details not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present disclosure, refer to the embodiments of the method of the present disclosure.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating an album management apparatus which can implement the above-described method by software, hardware, or a combination thereof according to an exemplary embodiment. The album management apparatus may include:
a determining module 71 configured to determine whether a first instruction is received, where the first instruction is used to manage faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are included in at least one image in the album to be processed;
the detection module 72 is configured to detect whether a first image exists in the album to be processed or not when receiving a first instruction; the similarity between the characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and the characteristic information of the face to be processed is larger than a first preset threshold;
and the processing module 73 is configured to process the first image according to a first instruction when the first image exists in the album to be processed.
The faces to be processed can be other faces appearing in the face album of a certain user. For example, the faces of plumes appear in a face album for Zhao, as shown in FIG. 2.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, a user may edit an album through operations such as a touch screen or a key, so that the terminal device can recognize a first instruction of the user according to a touch pressing operation or a key operation of the user. The first instructions may include: the mark of the face to be processed and the mark of the photo album to be processed. The terminal equipment can identify the photo album selected by the user according to the touch pressing operation or the key operation of the user, and the identification of the photo album is used as the identification of the photo album to be processed; the terminal device can identify the image selected by the user in the album and the face defined in the selected image according to the touch pressing operation or the key operation of the user, and the identification of the defined face is used as the identification of the face to be processed.
The determination of the first preset threshold value may be obtained through a large number of experimental analyses. For example, an initial first preset threshold is set, whether the obtained first image is consistent with the actual image to be processed is determined by analysis, the initial first preset threshold is adjusted according to the analysis result, and the first preset threshold is obtained through multiple times of analysis and adjustment.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the detection module 72 includes: a first acquisition unit 721 and a recognition unit 722;
a first obtaining unit 721 configured to obtain feature information of a face to be processed, and feature information of each face in each image in the album to be processed;
the identifying unit 722 is configured to perform identification processing on the feature information of the faces to be processed and the feature information of the faces in each image in the album to be processed respectively according to a first preset threshold value, so as to obtain the first image from the album to be processed.
The method for acquiring the feature information of the face to be processed can be a neural convolution algorithm, and the neural convolution method is a deep learning algorithm based on a neural network. The characteristic information of the face to be processed may include: a plurality of feature vectors of the face. The album management apparatus may specifically calculate cosine similarity or euclidean distance between a plurality of feature vectors of the faces to be processed and feature vectors of the faces in each image in the album to be processed, and determine the cosine similarity or the euclidean distance as the similarity between the feature information of the faces to be processed and the feature information of the faces in each image in the album to be processed.
In the exemplary embodiment, whether a first instruction is received or not is judged, wherein the first instruction is used for managing faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are contained in at least one image in an album to be processed; when a first instruction is received, detecting whether a first image exists in the album to be processed; the similarity between the characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and the characteristic information of the face to be processed is larger than a first preset threshold; when a first image exists in the photo album to be processed, the first image is processed according to the first instruction, so that the image corresponding to the face with the similarity larger than the first preset threshold value selected by the user in the photo album to be processed can be identified according to the first instruction to be processed, the arranging speed of the photo album is improved, and great convenience is brought to the user.
As an example, with reference to fig. 9, on the basis of the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 7, the apparatus further includes: an acquisition module 74 and a first identification module 75;
the processing module 73 includes: the first processing unit 731;
the acquisition module 74 is configured to acquire age information and/or gender information of the face to be processed, and age information and/or gender information of at least one face in the first image;
the first identification module 75 is configured to identify and process age information and/or gender information of the face to be processed and age information and/or gender information of at least one face in the first image respectively according to a second preset threshold, and acquire a second image from the first image; the difference between the age information and/or the gender information of the face in the second image and the age information and/or the gender information of the face to be processed is smaller than a second preset threshold;
a first processing unit 731 configured to process the second image according to the first instruction.
The process of obtaining the age information of the face to be processed may be that the face to be processed is identified, the feature vectors of the organs in the face to be processed are obtained, the feature vectors of the organs in the face to be processed are compared with the pre-stored feature vectors of the corresponding organs at each age stage, and the age information of the face is determined according to the comparison result.
The process of obtaining the age information of at least one face in the first image may be to identify a face in the first image whose similarity is greater than a first preset threshold, obtain a feature vector of each organ in the face in the first image whose similarity is greater than the first preset threshold, compare the feature vector of each organ in the face in the first image whose similarity is greater than the first preset threshold with a pre-stored feature vector of a corresponding organ at each age stage, and determine the age information of a face in the first image whose similarity is greater than the first preset threshold according to a comparison result.
The process of obtaining the gender information of the face to be processed may be that the face to be processed is identified, the feature vector of each organ in the face to be processed is obtained, the feature vector of each organ is compared with the pre-stored feature vector of the corresponding organ of the male or female, and the gender information of the face to be processed is determined according to the comparison result.
The process of obtaining the gender information of at least one face in the first image may be that the face with the similarity greater than the first preset threshold in the first image is identified, the feature vector of each organ in the face with the similarity greater than the first preset threshold in the first image is obtained, the feature vector of each organ is compared with the pre-stored feature vectors of corresponding organs of males or females, and the gender information of the face with the similarity greater than the first preset threshold in the first image is determined according to the comparison result.

As an example, with reference to fig. 10 in combination, on the basis of the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 7, the processing module 73 comprises: a second processing unit 732;
a third processing unit 732 configured to perform a selection or deletion process on the first image according to the first instruction.
As an example, with reference to fig. 11 in combination, on the basis of the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 7, the processing module 73 comprises: a second acquisition unit 733 and a first migration unit 734;
the second obtaining unit 733, configured to obtain, according to the first instruction, the album into which the face to be processed is moved;
the first transferring unit 734 is configured to transfer the first image to the album into which the face to be processed is moved.
As an example, with reference to fig. 12 in combination, on the basis of the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 7, the processing module 73 comprises: a third acquisition unit 735 and a second migration unit 736;
a third obtaining unit 735 configured to obtain, according to the first instruction, an album into which the face to be processed is to be moved;
and a second migration unit 736 configured to migrate the first image to the album to be migrated.
As an example, with combined reference to fig. 13, on the basis of the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 12, the third obtaining unit 735 includes: a pair subunit 7351;
the comparison subunit 7351 is configured to compare, according to a third preset threshold, the feature information of the face to be processed with the feature information of each face in each image of the albums other than the album to be processed, respectively, to obtain the album to be moved in; the number of third images included in the photo album to be moved in is larger than or equal to a fourth preset threshold, and the similarity between the feature information of at least one face in the third images and the feature information of the face to be processed is larger than the third preset threshold.
In the exemplary embodiment, whether a first instruction is received or not is judged, wherein the first instruction is used for managing faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are contained in at least one image in an album to be processed; when a first instruction is received, detecting whether a first image exists in the album to be processed; the similarity between the characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and the characteristic information of the face to be processed is larger than a first preset threshold; when a first image exists in the photo album to be processed, the first image is selected or deleted according to the first instruction, or the first image is moved to the photo album into which the face to be processed is moved, or the first image is moved to the photo album into which the face to be processed corresponds, so that the image corresponding to the face with the similarity higher than a first preset threshold value selected by a user in the photo album to be processed can be identified according to the first instruction to be processed, the sorting speed of the photo album is improved, and great convenience is brought to the user.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 14 is a block diagram illustrating a terminal device 140 according to an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 14, terminal device 140 may include one or more of the following components: processing components 142, memory 144, power components 146, input/output (I/O) interfaces 148, and communication components 1410.
The processing component 142 generally controls the overall operation of the terminal device 140, and the processing component 142 may be specifically configured to determine whether a first instruction is received, where the first instruction is used to manage faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are included in at least one image in the album to be processed;
when a first instruction is received, detecting whether a first image exists in the album to be processed; the similarity between the characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and the characteristic information of the face to be processed is larger than a first preset threshold;
and when the first image exists in the album to be processed, processing the first image according to the first instruction.
The processing components 142 may include one or more processors 1420 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 142 may include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 142 and other components. For example, the processing component 142 may include a communication module to facilitate interaction between the communication component 1410 and the processing component 142.
The memory 144 is configured to store various types of data and executable instructions of the processing component 142 to support operation of the terminal device. Examples of such data include application-related programs, instructions or operational data, and the like. The memory 144 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 146 provides power to the various components of the terminal device 140. The power components 146 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with the terminal device 140.
The I/O interface 148 provides an interface between the processing component 142 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. The communication component 1410 is configured to facilitate communication between the terminal device 140 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The terminal device 140 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1410 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1410 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the terminal device 140 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described album management method.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium is also provided, such as the memory 144, including instructions executable by the processor 1420 of the terminal device 140 to perform the above-described method. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, instructions in which, when executed by a processor of a terminal device 140, enable the terminal device 140 to perform the above-described album management method.

Claims (11)
1. An album management method, comprising:
judging whether a first instruction is received or not, wherein the first instruction is used for managing faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are contained in at least one image in the album to be processed;
when the first instruction is received, detecting whether a first image exists in the photo album to be processed; the similarity between the characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and the characteristic information of the face to be processed is greater than a first preset threshold;
and when the first image exists in the photo album to be processed, processing the first image according to the first instruction.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein detecting whether a first image is present in the album to be processed comprises:
acquiring the feature information of the faces to be processed and the feature information of each face in each image in the album to be processed;
according to the first preset threshold value, the feature information of the face to be processed is respectively identified with the feature information of each face in each image in the photo album to be processed, so that whether the first image exists in the photo album to be processed is detected.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring age information and/or gender information of the face to be processed and the age information and/or gender information of the at least one face in the first image;
according to a second preset threshold, identifying and processing the age information and/or the gender information of the face to be processed and the age information and/or the gender information of the at least one face in the first image respectively, and acquiring a second image from the first image; the difference between the age information and/or the gender information of at least one face in the second image and the age information and/or the gender information of the face to be processed is smaller than a second preset threshold;
the processing the first image according to the first instruction includes:
and processing the second image according to the first instruction.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein processing the first image according to the first instruction comprises:
according to the first instruction, selecting or deleting the first image; or,
according to the first instruction, acquiring the photo album into which the face to be processed is moved, and moving and storing the first image into the photo album into which the face to be processed is moved; or,
and acquiring the photo album into which the face to be processed is to be moved according to the first instruction, and moving and storing the first image into the photo album to be moved.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the obtaining, according to the first instruction, the album into which the face to be processed is to be moved comprises:
according to a third preset threshold value, comparing the characteristic information of the face to be processed with the characteristic information of each face in each image of other albums except the album to be processed respectively to obtain the album to be moved in; the number of third images included in the photo album to be moved in is larger than or equal to a fourth preset threshold, and the similarity between the feature information of at least one face in the third images and the feature information of the face to be processed is larger than the third preset threshold.
6. An album management apparatus comprising:
the processing system comprises a judging module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the judging module is configured to judge whether a first instruction is received, the first instruction is used for managing faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are contained in at least one image in an album to be processed;
the detection module is configured to detect whether a first image exists in the album to be processed or not when the first instruction is received; the similarity between the characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and the characteristic information of the face to be processed is greater than a first preset threshold;
and the processing module is configured to process the first image according to the first instruction when the first image exists in the photo album to be processed.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the detection module comprises: a first acquisition unit and a recognition unit;
the first acquisition unit is configured to acquire feature information of the faces to be processed and feature information of each face in each image in the album to be processed;
the identification unit is configured to identify the feature information of the faces to be processed and the feature information of each face in each image in the album to be processed respectively according to the first preset threshold, and detect whether the first image exists in the album to be processed.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising: the device comprises an acquisition module and a first identification module;
the processing module comprises: a first processing unit;
the acquisition module is configured to acquire age information and/or gender information of the face to be processed and age information and/or gender information of the at least one face in the first image;
the first identification module is configured to respectively identify and process the age information and/or the gender information of the face to be processed and the age information and/or the gender information of the at least one face in the first image according to a second preset threshold, and acquire a second image from the first image; the difference between the age information and/or the gender information of at least one face in the second image and the age information and/or the gender information of the face to be processed is smaller than the second preset threshold;
the first processing unit is configured to process the second image according to the first instruction.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the processing module comprises:
a second processing unit configured to perform selection or deletion processing on the first image according to the first instruction; or,
the second obtaining unit is configured to obtain the photo album into which the face to be processed is moved according to the first instruction;
the first transfer unit is configured to transfer the first image to the photo album into which the face to be processed is transferred; or,
the third obtaining unit is configured to obtain the photo album into which the face to be processed is to be moved according to the first instruction;
the second transferring unit is configured to transfer the first image to the album to be transferred.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the third obtaining unit comprises: a ratio pair subunit;
the comparison subunit is configured to compare the feature information of the face to be processed with the feature information of each face in each image of the other photo albums except the photo album to be processed respectively according to a third preset threshold value, and acquire the photo album to be moved in; the number of third images included in the photo album to be moved in is larger than or equal to a fourth preset threshold, and the similarity between the feature information of at least one face in the third images and the feature information of the face to be processed is larger than the third preset threshold.
11. A terminal device, comprising:
a processing component;
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processing component;
wherein the processing component is configured to,
judging whether a first instruction is received or not, wherein the first instruction is used for managing faces to be processed, and the faces to be processed are contained in at least one image in the album to be processed;
when the first instruction is received, detecting whether a first image exists in the photo album to be processed; the similarity between the characteristic information of at least one face in the first image and the characteristic information of the face to be processed is greater than a first preset threshold;
and when the first image exists in the photo album to be processed, processing the first image according to the first instruction.
