一种节日氛围装饰灯,包括灯座、设置于灯座内的灯泡,和开关装置,所述灯座内设置有旋转机构,所述旋转机构输出端连接有内罩,所述内罩罩设于所述灯泡,内罩表面镂空形成有图案孔,所述灯座上还固设有透明的灯罩,所述灯罩罩设于内罩外;由于内罩设置在灯泡和透明的灯罩之间,通过开关装置,灯泡通电发光,而旋转机构启动而驱动内罩转动,内罩表面的图案孔相对于灯泡转动,从而使灯泡发出的光穿透所述图案孔所形成的光斑在灯罩内壁转动,而观赏者透过透明的灯罩所观赏到的转动的光斑在灯罩表面游动,生动形象,表达形式丰富,装饰效果良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具技术领域,特别涉及一种节日氛围装饰灯。
背景技术
如圣诞节等各种节日中,氛围灯往往用以增加节日气氛。不同于普通照明灯具,氛围灯多具有装饰效果,其中一类氛围灯是通过灯光体现装饰效果,如在灯壳上装饰图案,或在灯泡上装饰图案,通过灯光照射于装饰图案所产生的光影投影体现装饰效果。
但现有的氛围灯,其装饰图案多固定于灯壳或灯泡,图案效果是投影效果,表达形式单一,装饰效果不佳。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述问题,提供一种表达形式丰富,装饰效果好的节日氛围装饰灯。
一种节日氛围装饰灯,包括灯座、设置于灯座内的灯泡,和开关装置,所述灯座内设置有旋转机构,所述旋转机构输出端连接有内罩,所述内罩罩设于所述灯泡,内罩表面镂空形成有图案孔,所述灯座上还固设有透明的灯罩,所述灯罩罩设于内罩外。
在其中一个实施例中,所述旋转机构包括驱动电机、齿轮减速组件和安装座,所述齿轮减速组件的输入端连接于驱动电机的输出端,所述安装座枢设于灯座内并连接于所述齿轮减速组件的输出端,所述内罩固接于所述安装座。
在其中一个实施例中,所述灯泡的安装轴心垂直于所述灯座,所述内罩的枢转轴心与所述灯泡的安装轴心同轴设置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述灯罩与内罩均呈球形且均以所述灯泡中心为球心同心设置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装座顶端面开始有环槽,所述内罩可分离地卡合于所述环槽。
在其中一个实施例中,所述灯罩为玻璃灯罩,可分离地固接于所述灯座。
在其中一个实施例中,所述灯罩内层或外层覆设有着色层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述灯罩内表面形成有磨砂漫反射层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述开关装置包括声光控制开关。
在其中一个实施例中,所述灯座设置有悬挂装置,所述悬挂装置包括设置于灯罩顶部的挂钩,所述挂钩下缘向下延伸有多个固定条,所述固定条下端连接于所述灯座,固定条对称分布于灯罩周缘。
上述节日氛围装饰灯,由于内罩设置在灯泡和透明的灯罩之间,通过开关装置,灯泡通电发光,而旋转机构启动而驱动内罩转动,内罩表面的图案孔相对于灯泡转动,从而使灯泡发出的光穿透所述图案孔所形成的光斑在灯罩内壁转动,而观赏者透过透明的灯罩所观赏到的转动的光斑在灯罩表面游动,生动形象,表达形式丰富,装饰效果良好。

如图1和图2所示,一种节日氛围装饰灯,包括灯座10、设置于灯座10内的灯泡20,和开关装置,所述灯座10内设置有旋转机构30,所述旋转机构30输出端连接有内罩40,所述内罩40罩设于所述灯泡20,内罩40表面镂空形成有图案孔410,所述灯座10上还固设有透明的灯罩50,所述灯罩50罩设于内罩40外。
上述节日氛围装饰灯,由于内罩40设置在灯泡20和透明的灯罩50之间,通过开关装置,灯泡20通电发光,而旋转机构30启动而驱动内罩40转动,内罩40表面的图案孔410相对于灯泡20转动,从而使灯泡20发出的光穿透所述图案孔410所形成的光斑在灯罩50内壁转动,而观赏者透过透明的灯罩50所观赏到的转动的光斑在灯罩50表面游动,生动形象,表达形式丰富,装饰效果良好。
如图3所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述旋转机构30包括驱动电机310、齿轮减速组件320和安装座330,所述齿轮减速组件320的输入端连接于驱动电机310的输出端,所述安装座330枢设于灯座10内并连接于所述齿轮减速组件320的输出端,所述内罩40固接于所述安装座330。通过驱动电机310输出转动动力,并经齿轮减速组件320降低转速而带动安装座330转动。齿轮减速组件320传动可靠,结构简单,生产成本低。所述驱动电机310可由外部电源供电,亦可通过在灯座10内设置电池等内部电源来供电,驱动电机310可与灯泡20接通同一电源。
如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述灯泡20的安装轴心垂直于所述灯座10,所述内罩40的枢转轴心与所述灯泡20的安装轴心同轴设置。例如,若灯座10水平设置,则灯泡20竖向安装于灯座10,即灯泡20的安装轴心竖向设置,内罩40的枢转轴心亦为与灯泡20安装轴心同轴的竖向轴心,即是说内罩40水平转动,光斑在灯罩50表面亦为水平游动,图案流转规整,观赏效果好。
在其中一个实施例中,所述灯罩50与内罩40均呈球形且均以所述灯泡20中心为球心同心设置。如此,灯泡20所发出光线经内罩40的各个镂空图案孔410穿透至灯罩50的距离相等,所形成的光斑不会变形,且在转动过程中亦不会变形,进一步提高了图案规整性,观赏效果好。
如图4所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述安装座330顶端面开始有环槽331,所述内罩40可分离地卡合于所述环槽331。如此,当需要更换内罩40时,可将内罩40自所述环槽331内脱出即可,便于更换不同图案孔410的内罩40,一个灯即可观赏不同的装饰图案,提高了本氛围装饰灯的适用范围。应当理解的是,可分离的卡合连接是装配连接技术领域中成熟的连接方式,这里不赘述其具体结构和原理。
在其中一个实施例中,所述灯罩50为玻璃灯罩50,可分离地固接于所述灯座10。玻璃的透视、透光性能良好,且由于玻璃的分子排列是无规则的,其分子在空间中具有统计上的均匀性,故而其如折射率、硬度、弹性模量、热膨胀系数、导热率在各方向都是相同的。以玻璃制成的灯罩50,光斑投射至灯罩50内表面后,观赏者从灯罩50外表面所观赏的图案以及图案的转动均不易变形,规整形好,且具有晶莹剔透之感,观赏效果更好。
在其中一个实施例中,所述灯罩50内层或外层覆设有着色层。由于设置着色层,灯泡20经图案孔410投射在灯罩50内表面的光斑,经灯罩50透射而在灯罩50外表面所形成的图案,与被内罩40未镂空区遮蔽所形成的阴影对比更明显,提高了图案清晰度,进一步提高了观赏效果。
在其中一个实施例中,所述灯罩50内表面形成有磨砂漫反射层。通过设置漫反射层,光线经灯罩50透射更均匀,所形成的图案规整性进一步提高。
在其中一个实施例中,所述开关装置包括声光控制开关。如此,通过声音或光线变化,即可控制旋转机构30的开启和灯泡20的启闭,提高了用户体验感。
如图1所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述灯座10设置有悬挂装置60,所述悬挂装置60包括设置于灯罩50顶部的挂钩610,所述挂钩610下缘向下延伸有多个固定条620,所述固定条620下端连接于所述灯座10,固定条620对称分布于灯罩50周缘。通过所述悬挂装置60,可将本节日氛围装饰灯悬挂起来,同时,所述悬挂装置60亦可将灯罩50约束于灯座10,提高了装配强度,提高了使用可靠性。
以上所述实施方式仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为不脱离本发明的保护范围。

1.一种节日氛围装饰灯,包括灯座、设置于灯座内的灯泡,和开关装置,其特征在于:所述灯座内设置有旋转机构,所述旋转机构输出端连接有内罩,所述内罩罩设于所述灯泡,内罩表面镂空形成有图案孔,所述灯座上还固设有透明的灯罩,所述灯罩罩设于内罩外。
2.根据权利要求1所述节日氛围装饰灯,其特征在于,所述旋转机构包括驱动电机、齿轮减速组件和安装座,所述齿轮减速组件的输入端连接于驱动电机的输出端,所述安装座枢设于灯座内并连接于所述齿轮减速组件的输出端,所述内罩固接于所述安装座。
3.根据权利要求2所述节日氛围装饰灯,其特征在于,所述灯泡的安装轴心垂直于所述灯座,所述内罩的枢转轴心与所述灯泡的安装轴心同轴设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述节日氛围装饰灯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述灯罩与内罩均呈球形且均以所述灯泡中心为球心同心设置。
5.根据权利要求4所述节日氛围装饰灯,其特征在于,所述安装座顶端面开始有环槽,所述内罩可分离地卡合于所述环槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的节日氛围装饰灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩可分离地固接于所述灯座。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的节日氛围装饰灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩内层或外层覆设有着色层。
8.根据权利要求7所述节日氛围装饰灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩内表面形成有磨砂漫反射层。
9.根据权利要求8所述节日氛围装饰灯,其特征在于,所述开关装置包括声光控制开关。
