Abstract

一种游标量具紧固螺钉装置,包括套接在主尺上的游标,所述游标通过螺纹通孔连接有紧固螺钉,所述紧固螺钉的螺纹端面开有盲孔,所述螺纹通孔的底部设有可塞进盲孔并将紧固螺钉下端的外径扩大的钢球。本发明通过设置在游标螺纹通孔内的钢球与紧固螺钉的螺纹端面上的盲孔配合,使紧固螺钉的下端的外径扩大,翻起一个翻边,保证了紧固螺钉在使用过程中不会轻易掉落造成丢失。

本发明涉及测量器具领域,具体是一种游标量具紧固螺钉装置。
背景技术
现有的游标量具,包括游标卡尺,深度游标卡尺,高度游标卡尺,齿厚游标卡尺和万能角度尺等,在使用过程中,游标上的紧固螺钉容易从游标上滑落,从而时常会丢失,使测量器具的使用功能受到影响,并为测量过程造成了一些麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题在于克服上述现有技术之不足,提供一种结构简单,有效防止紧固螺钉滑落的装置。
本发明是以如下方式实现的:一种游标量具紧固螺钉装置,包括套接在主尺上的游标,所述游标通过螺纹通孔连接有紧固螺钉,所述紧固螺钉的螺纹端面开有盲孔,所述螺纹通孔的底部设有可塞进盲孔并将紧固螺钉下端的外径扩大的钢球。
其进一步是:所述盲孔为圆孔。
所述盲孔的高度不小于钢球的直径。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明通过设置在游标螺纹通孔内的钢球与紧固螺钉的螺纹端面上的盲孔配合,使紧固螺钉的下端的外径扩大,翻起一个翻边,保证了紧固螺钉在使用过程中不会轻易掉落造成丢失。

具体实施方式
如图1至图2所示的游标量具紧固螺钉装置,包括套接在主尺4上的游标3,所述游标3通过螺纹通孔31连接有紧固螺钉1,所述紧固螺钉1的螺纹端面开有盲孔11,所述螺纹通孔31的底部设有可塞进盲孔11并将紧固螺钉1下端的外径扩大的钢球2。本发明在游标量具紧固螺钉的螺纹端面开有盲孔,盲孔的尺寸根据紧固螺钉的外径的不同相应会有变化,并且在游标的螺纹通孔的底部,即螺纹通孔下方的主尺上放置有钢球,钢球的尺寸小于螺纹通孔的内径,并且略大于盲孔的内径,同时紧固螺钉位于盲孔处的壁厚方便紧固螺钉的下端在钢球的作用下形成翻边,具体安装时把游标量具的游标从主尺上取下,拿出弹簧,再将游标装在主尺上;这时在游标的螺纹通孔内放入钢球,再旋入开有盲孔的紧固螺钉,将紧固螺钉拧到最下面,这样紧固螺钉的盲孔和钢球互相接触,钢球又和主尺基面相对的另一面互相接触,此时用铜质的小锤敲击紧固螺钉的螺帽,盲孔在外力作用下均匀变形,同时紧固螺钉位于盲孔处的位置形成整齐且美观的“翻帽”,由此便可保证紧固螺钉不能脱落。
如图1至图2所示的游标量具紧固螺钉装置,所述盲孔11为圆孔。所述盲孔11的高度不小于钢球2的直径。本发明的盲孔为圆孔,为保证钢球可以完全进入盲孔内,要求盲孔的高度大于或者等于钢球的直径。

1.一种游标量具紧固螺钉装置,包括套接在主尺(4)上的游标(3),所述游标(3)通过螺纹通孔(31)连接有紧固螺钉(1),其特征在于:所述紧固螺钉(1)的螺纹端面开有盲孔(11),所述螺纹通孔(31)的底部设有可塞进盲孔(11)并将紧固螺钉(1)下端的外径扩大的钢球(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的游标量具紧固螺钉装置,其特征在于:所述盲孔(11)为圆孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的游标量具紧固螺钉装置,其特征在于:所述盲孔(11)的高度不小于钢球(2)的直径。
