所述人参皂甙Rh2的合成方法制得:取1Kg含有70%人参皂甙Rg3的原料,悬于30L30%乙醇溶液中,加入200g纤维素酶,回流水解48小时后,冷却至室温,用2KgD101大孔树酯吸附,10L70%乙醇洗脱,洗胶液浓缩至干后,得900g产品,其中人参皂甙Rh2含量为35%,人参皂甙Rg3含量为20%,皂苷元含量为5%。

1.所述人参皂甙Rh2的合成方法,是采用含有70%人参皂甙Rg3为原料,在30%乙醇溶液中,加入纤维素酶水解48小时后,用D101大孔树酯吸附,然后用70%乙醇溶液洗脱,洗脱液浓缩至干,得产品。
2.如权利要求所述人参皂甙Rh2的合成方法,其特征在于:所述采用含有70%人参皂甙Rg3为原料,不单指70%人参皂甙,其范围为40%到70%。
3.如权利要求所述人参皂甙Rh2的合成方法,其特征在于:所述30%乙醇溶液,不单指30%乙醇溶液,其范围为10%到90%。
