一种光敏变色手套
技术领域
本发明涉及一种手套,尤其涉及一种可随光线强弱变化而变换颜色的新型手套,属于手套技术领域。
背景技术
手套是手部保暖或劳动保护用品,也可用作装饰。手套按照制作方法分为:缝制、针织和浸胶等,手套是由各种皮革、橡胶、针织物或机织物裁剪缝制而成。常见的针织手套是用各种纺织纤维纯纺或混纺纱线,在手套机上编织,经缝制加工,再经过拉绒或缩绒、热定形整理等工艺而制成成品,针织手套的组织有平针、罗纹、集圈、纱罗等,花式有素色和色织提花等;劳动保护用手套要求比较厚实,有的经过表面涂塑处理,以提高耐磨、防滑、防水性能;装饰手套要求美观,大多经过绣花、钉珠等艺术加工。
手套除了保暖功效外,还时常被用来搭配衣物,彰显个性。而现行的手套只具备一种颜色,只能搭配同一色系的衣物,因此,人们在搭配衣物时不得不准备多种颜色的手套,无形中提高了人们的生活成本。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种光敏变色手套,该手套采用双层面料结构设计,功能独特,表层面料中的光感纤维条使得手套在光线变化时可变换颜色,有效的丰富了手套的功能性,使其更加时尚。
本发明是一种光敏变色手套,该手套的面料采用双层结构设计,包括表层和里层,所述的表层和里层采用粘胶粘合连接,所述的表层为光感变色面料层,所述的里层为天然纤维织物层,所述的表层为光感纤维条和天然棉条织物层,所述的里层为天然棉条和氨纶纤维条的混纺织物层,所述的表层和里层粘合所用的粘胶为PU。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的表层中的光感纤维条和天然棉条百分含量配比为:40%-50%:50%-60%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的光感纤维条的主要成分及其百分含量配比为:光敏变色化合物15%-20%、聚酯切片80%-85%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的光敏变色化合物选用偶氮苯类化合物。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的里层中天然棉条和氨纶纤维条的混纺比例为:90%-95%:5%-10%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的表层的成型厚度约为0.7-0.75mm。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的里层的成型厚度约为0.8-0.9mm。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
图1是本发明实施例光敏变色手套的结构示意图;该手套的面料采用双层结构设计,包括表层1和里层2,所述的表层1和里层2采用粘胶3粘合连接,所述的表层1为光感变色面料层,所述的里层2为天然纤维织物层,所述的表层1为光感纤维条和天然棉条织物层,所述的里层2为天然棉条和氨纶纤维条的混纺织物层,所述的表层1和里层2粘合所用的粘胶3为PU。
本发明提及的光敏变色手套中,表层1中的光感纤维条和天然棉条百分含量配比为:40%-50%:50%-60%;光感纤维条的主要成分及其百分含量配比为:光敏变色化合物15%-20%、聚酯切片80%-85%;光敏变色化合物选用偶氮苯类化合物;光感纤维条采用熔体纺丝工艺进行制备,其丝径约为0.1-0.12mm;所制得的表层1在光线照射下,其颜色会由浅变深;当光线变弱时,其颜色会由深变浅;里层2中天然棉条和氨纶纤维条的混纺比例为:90%-95%:5%-10%;表层1的成型厚度约为0.7-0.75mm;里层2的成型厚度约为0.8-0.9mm。
本发明提及的光敏变色手套的具体制备步骤如下:
a)选材备料,表层包括光感纤维条和天然棉条,天然棉条的丝径为0.2mm,光感纤维条由光敏变色化合物和聚酯切片混合制备而成,光敏变色化合物选用偶氮苯类化合物;里层包括天然棉条和氨纶纤维条,天然棉条的丝径为0.22mm,氨纶纤维条的丝径为0.15mm;
b)制备光感纤维条,光感纤维条采用熔体纺丝工艺进行制备,制备流程如下:首先,对原料进行干燥处理,具体是对聚酯切片进行烘干处理;然后,将光敏变色化合物和聚酯切片倒入螺杆挤出机,两者的百分含量配比为:15%:85%,机箱温度控制在150℃-160℃,原料完全熔融;接着,进行挤出喷丝处理,挤出压力控制在1-1.2Mpa,喷丝板孔径约为0.15mm,孔数为60个;最后,对纤维条进行风冷、水洗、上油、烘干、拉伸、热定型、络筒等处理,络筒速度控制在1000m/min,制得的光感纤维条丝径约为0.1mm;
c)制备表层,表层中的光感纤维条和天然棉条的百分含量配比为:40%:60%,设备选用梭织机,经丝选用光感纤维条,纬丝选用天然棉条,按照2:3的股数比,采用二上三下的右斜纹工艺进行制备,制得的表层的经、纬机织密度为108×96,厚度约为0.7mm;
d)制备里层,里层中天然棉条和氨纶纤维条的混纺比例为:92%:8%,采用并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等工艺制备功能纱线条,纱线条的捻度值为36S/2,丝径约为0.3mm;里层面料采用经纬机织机进行成型加工,经纬股数比为2:1,机织密度为168×148,里层的成型厚度约为0.85mm;
e)面料层的粘合,粘合剂选用PU,粘合过程如下:首先,将粘合剂涂覆在里层上表面,工具使用刮刀,涂覆厚度控制在0.1mm;然后,通过复合辊设备进行面料层贴合操作,辊间压力控制在80N,辊速控制在100mm/min;最后,将面料布在40℃的烘箱内烘干处理1.2小时;通过上述工艺所制得的复合面料布的总厚度约为1.4-1.5mm;
f)手套的成型处理,成型处理包括面料布的缝合、手套的水洗、烘干定型及成品包装等。
本发明揭示了一种光敏变色手套,其特点是:该手套采用双层面料结构设计,功能独特,表层面料中含有的光感纤维条使得手套在光线变化时可变换颜色,使得手套的外观更加时尚,有效的丰富了手套的实用性。

1.一种光敏变色手套,其特征在于,该手套的面料采用双层结构设计,包括表层和里层,所述的表层和里层采用粘胶粘合连接,所述的表层为光感变色面料层,所述的里层为天然纤维织物层,所述的表层为光感纤维条和天然棉条织物层,所述的里层为天然棉条和氨纶纤维条的混纺织物层,所述的表层和里层粘合所用的粘胶为PU。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光敏变色手套,其特征在于,所述的表层中的光感纤维条和天然棉条百分含量配比为:40%-50%:50%-60%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光敏变色手套,其特征在于,所述的光感纤维条的主要成分及其百分含量配比为:光敏变色化合物15%-20%、聚酯切片80%-85%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的光敏变色手套,其特征在于,所述的光敏变色化合物选用偶氮苯类化合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的时尚度型手套,其特征在于,所述的里层中天然棉条和氨纶纤维条的混纺比例为:90%-95%:5%-10%。
