Abstract

本发明公开一种脊柱可调限深击入器,包括调节杆、挡板、击入器本体,击入器本体中空,击入器本体内下部设有螺纹杆,螺纹杆与击入器本体下部内壁适配,螺纹杆顶部开设凹槽,所述调节杆从击入器本体顶部插入凹槽内,调节杆下部为非旋转体,调节杆下部与凹槽适配,调节杆底面与凹槽底部之间有间隙,调节杆顶部连接推柄,推柄的横向尺寸大于击入器本体内径,击入器本体侧壁设有轴向槽,挡板穿过轴向槽,挡板的一端设有齿,齿与螺纹杆的螺纹配合,挡板的另一端位于击入器本体外。本发明使钛网等植入物位置更加完美,防止向前滑脱移位,可防止击入过程中钛网向后损伤脊髓。

脊柱可调限深击入器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种脊柱可调限深击入器。
背景技术
在传统的脊柱手术中,多需要植入钛网,椎间融合器等植入物,植入钛网等植入物过程中,无对应的器械,手术中多以“螺丝刀”、“骨刀”等替代,随意性很高,危险性大。因力度不容易掌握,很容易将植入物击入过深,向后损伤脊髓,造成灾难性后果。若敲击过程中力度不够,则植入物位置不佳,容易向前滑脱移位。击入过程中不易掌握力度,学习曲线长。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种脊柱可调限深击入器,使钛网等植入物位置更加完美,防止向前滑脱移位,可防止击入过程中钛网向后损伤脊髓。
为达到上述目的,本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
本发明公开的脊柱可调限深击入器,包括调节杆、挡板、击入器本体,所述击入器本体中空,击入器本体内下部设有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆与击入器本体下部内壁适配,螺纹杆顶部开设凹槽,所述调节杆从击入器本体顶部插入凹槽内,调节杆下部为非旋转体,调节杆下部与凹槽适配,调节杆底面与凹槽底部之间有间隙,调节杆顶部连接推柄,所述推柄的横向尺寸大于击入器本体内径,击入器本体侧壁设有轴向槽,所述挡板穿过轴向槽,挡板的一端设有齿,所述齿与螺纹杆的螺纹配合,挡板的另一端位于击入器本体外。。
优选的,所述调节杆下部的横向尺寸大于凹槽的开口尺寸。
优选的,所述推柄的顶面为向上凸的弧面。
优选的,所述凹槽的横截面为长方形,所述调节杆下部为片状,所述片状的宽度小于长方形的长边但大于长方形的短边,片状的厚度小于长方形的短边。
优选的,所述螺纹杆的长度大于轴向槽的长度。
优选的,所述挡板与螺纹杆垂直。
优选的,所述挡板位于击入器本体部分的宽度大于轴向槽的宽度。
本发明的使用方法如下:将钛网置于击入器本体底部,挡板位于临近节段的椎体上方,由于调节杆和凹槽的特定配合方式,使得调节杆可以在凹槽内上下伸缩,只有调节杆旋转时,才可以调节旋转下部的螺纹杆,进而带动挡板上下移动,当调节到合适的深度时,无需拔出调节杆,向下按压推柄,使推柄贴紧击入器本体的顶面即可,这样击入钛网时,即使用力过猛,有挡板贴在椎体上,击入器也不会向椎体后方移动过多,钛网也不会向后猛烈移动损伤脊髓。若觉得钛网击入深度不够,还需向后击入,则旋转调节杆,让挡板向推柄方向移动,增加合适距离,继续击入,直至击入位置完美。
本发明创造性的设计出脊柱可调限深击入器,让这一高风险手术操作变得简单易行,安全可靠,大大降低了脊柱外科医生的学习曲线和操作难度,使广大患者受益:具体到的,具有下述效果:
1、击入深度可调,操作简单方便,随病人个体需要调节,使钛网等植入物位置更加完美,防止向前滑脱移位;
2、限制最大击入深度,防止击入过程中钛网向后损伤脊髓,造成灾难性后果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明公开的脊柱可调限深击入器,包括调节杆2、挡板6、击入器本体1,击入器本体1中空,击入器本体1内下部设有螺纹杆10,螺纹杆10与击入器本体1下部内壁适配,螺纹杆10顶部开设凹槽3,调节杆2从击入器本体1顶部插入凹槽3内,调节杆下部4为非旋转体,调节杆2下部凹槽3适配,调节杆下部4的横向尺寸大于凹槽3的开口尺寸,调节杆2底面与凹槽3底部之间有间隙,调节杆2顶部连接推柄5,推柄5的顶面为向上凸的弧面,击入器本体1侧壁设有轴向槽8,螺纹杆2的长度大于轴向槽8的长度,挡板6穿过轴向槽8,挡板6的一端设有齿9,齿9与螺纹杆10的螺纹7配合,挡板6与螺纹杆2垂直,挡板6的另一端位于击入器本体1外,挡板6位于击入器本体1部分的宽度大于轴向槽8的宽度。
作为一种优选,调节杆下部4的横向尺寸大于凹槽3的开口尺寸。
作为另一种优选,凹槽3的横截面为长方形,调节杆下部4为片状,片状的宽度小于长方形的长边但大于长方形的短边,片状的厚度小于长方形的短边。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.脊柱可调限深击入器,其特征在于:包括调节杆、挡板、击入器本体,所述击入器本体中空,击入器本体内下部设有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆与击入器本体下部内壁适配,螺纹杆顶部开设凹槽,所述调节杆从击入器本体顶部插入凹槽内,调节杆下部为非旋转体,调节杆下部与凹槽适配,调节杆底面与凹槽底部之间有间隙,调节杆顶部连接推柄,所述推柄的横向尺寸大于击入器本体内径,击入器本体侧壁设有轴向槽,所述挡板穿过轴向槽,挡板的一端设有齿,所述齿与螺纹杆的螺纹配合,挡板的另一端位于击入器本体外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱可调限深击入器,其特征在于:所述调节杆下部的横向尺寸大于凹槽的开口尺寸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱可调限深击入器,其特征在于:所述推柄的顶面为向上凸的弧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱可调限深击入器,其特征在于:所述凹槽的横截面为长方形,所述调节杆下部为片状,所述片状的宽度小于长方形的长边但大于长方形的短边,片状的厚度小于长方形的短边。
5.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱可调限深击入器,其特征在于:所述螺纹杆的长度大于轴向槽的长度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱可调限深击入器,其特征在于:所述挡板与螺纹杆垂直。
