背景技术
手动打蛋器常见的为不锈钢材质，用于打发奶油、蛋白等。结构为不锈钢丝交叉结构，以增加打蛋效率，但是在不锈钢丝的交叉地方很难清洗到，容易残留蛋液，不够卫生。
发明内容
本发明为解决打蛋器不锈钢丝交叉地方难清洗问题，采用的技术方案为：一种打蛋器，其特征在于由两层以上的手柄组成，所述手柄之间可以相互旋转，所述手柄上连接一个细丝。
所述细丝采用不锈钢材质。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明使用方便，使用时旋转手柄使细丝交叉，便可以打蛋，用完清洗时再次旋转手柄使细丝平行，清洗方便干净。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明。如图1所示一种打蛋器，其特征在于由两层以上的手柄1组成，所述手柄1之间可以相互旋转，所述手柄1上连接一个细丝2；所述细丝采用不锈钢材质。
使用时旋转手柄1使细丝2交叉，便可以打蛋，用完清洗时再次旋转手柄1使细丝2平行，清洗方便干净。
