本发明提供一种空气净化器,包括机箱(6)、设于机箱(6)两端的后盖(8)与前盖(9)、设于机箱(6)内部靠近后盖(8)一侧的滤网(7)、设于机箱(6)内部靠近前盖(9)一侧的马达(2)、及位于滤网(7)与马达(2)之间连接于马达(2)上的离心风轮(4)。所述后盖(8)与前盖(9)上分别设有网孔;所述马达(2)带动离心风轮(4)转动,使机箱(6)内部的离心风轮(4)所在的区域形成真空,从而将空气从后盖(8)的网孔吸入机箱(6)内部,进入机箱(6)内部的空气经过滤网(7)净化后,进入离心风轮(4)的周边区域,并直接从前盖(9)的网孔被挤压出,风量损失小,净化效率高,生产成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,尤其涉及一种空气净化器。
背景技术
自进入2013年以来,全国中东部地区长期陷入严重的雾霾和污染天气中,受影响最严重的京津冀地区不断发布大雾橙色预警,多条高速被封、多地机场关闭,严重影响居民的安全出行。同时,雾霾天气频发使得医院的呼吸道疾病患者明显增多。雾霾是指空气中的灰尘、硫酸与硫酸盐、硝酸与硝酸盐、有机碳氢化合物等粒子使大气浑浊、视野模糊并导致能见度恶化的现象,其典型特征是因非水成物组成的气溶胶系统造成的视程障碍。形成雾霾天气的主要原因是PM2.5浓度上升。PM2.5是空气动力学当量直径小于或等于2.5μm的细颗粒物的总称。随着人们对PM2.5的毒害性越来越清晰,当室外空气因风吹入会影响室内空气品质时,人们对净化室内空气的技术需求急剧增加。因此,一些适用于家庭、办公室等多种场合的空气净化器也应运而生。
目前的空气净化器主要包括以下两种结构:一种是采用前向离心风轮加风道的设计,进风口与出风口的方向垂直90度,但交流离心风轮的能效比不高,而EC离心风机的成本又较高。另一种是采用后向离心风轮加风道的设计,进风口与出风口的方向垂直90度,但产品的风道会使风量产生损失,降低空气净化效率。
因此,有必要提供一种空气净化器,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种空气净化器,风量损失小,净化效率高,生产成本低。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种空气净化器,包括机箱、设于机箱两端的后盖与前盖、设于机箱内部靠近后盖一侧的滤网、设于机箱内部靠近前盖一侧的马达、及位于滤网与马达之间连接于马达上的离心风轮;
所述后盖与前盖上分别设有网孔;所述马达带动离心风轮转动,使机箱内部的离心风轮所在的区域形成真空,从而将空气从后盖的网孔吸入机箱内部,进入机箱内部的空气经过滤网净化后,进入离心风轮的周边区域,并直接从前盖的网孔被挤压出。
所述离心风轮为后向离心风轮。
所述机箱内部靠近后盖的一侧设有支架,所述支架上设有固定座,所述马达设于所述支架与固定座之间。
所述马达为内转子轴流马达;所述内转子轴流马达为电容马达、罩极马达、无刷直流马达、有刷直流马达、单相异步马达、三相异步马达等。
所述离心风轮的入风侧设有导风圈,所述导风圈固定于所述机箱上。
所述前盖上设有显示窗、及开关;所述显示窗为触控显示屏或非触控显示屏;所述开关为按键开关、旋钮开关、或声控开关。
所述机箱底部设有万向轮、单向轮、脚垫、或底座。
所述滤网包括活性炭过滤网、HEPA过滤网、抗菌滤网中的一个或多个。
所述空气净化器还包括罩设于所述机箱上的外壳。
所述滤网与离心风轮之间于所述机箱的底部、顶部、或中间位置设有紫外光杀菌组件。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的空气净化器,采用后向离心风轮,配合无刷直流马达,并采用无风道的设计,马达带动离心风轮转动,使机箱内部的离心风轮所在的区域形成真空,从而将空气从后盖的网孔吸入机箱内部,进入机箱内部的空气经过滤网净化后,进入离心风轮的周边区域,并直接从前盖的网孔被挤压出,风量损失小,净化效率高,生产成本低。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图1至图4,本发明提供一种空气净化器,包括机箱6、设于机箱6两端的后盖8与前盖9、设于机箱6内部靠近后盖8一侧的滤网7、设于机箱6内部靠近前盖9一侧的马达2、及位于滤网7与马达2之间连接于马达2上的离心风轮4。
所述后盖8与前盖9上分别设有网孔;所述马达2带动离心风轮4转动,使机箱6内部的离心风轮4所在的区域形成真空,从而将空气从后盖8的网孔吸入机箱6内部,进入机箱6内部的空气经过滤网7净化后,进入离心风轮4的周边区域,并直接从前盖9的网孔被挤压出。
具体的,所述离心风轮4为后向离心风轮,使空气从后盖8的网孔进入机箱6,并经过滤网7净化后,直接从前盖9的网孔被挤压出,通过采用无风道的结构,有效减少了风量损失,提高了净化效率。
具体的,所述机箱6内部靠近后盖9的一侧设有支架1,所述支架1上设有固定座3,所述马达2设于所述支架1与固定座3之间。
具体的,所述马达2为内转子轴流马达,可选自但不限于电容马达、罩极马达、无刷直流马达、有刷直流马达、单相异步马达、三相异步马达等,并配合后向离心风轮,与交流离心风机相比能效比更高,同时与EC离心风机相比,生产成本更低。
具体的,所述离心风轮4的入风侧设有导风圈5,所述导风圈5固定于所述机箱6上,可使入风更加集中,减小进风的阻力。
进一步的,所述前盖9上还可以设有显示窗10、及开关11。所述显示窗10可以是触控显示屏,也可以是非触控显示屏,用于显示空气净化器的工作状态。所述开关11可以是按键开关、旋钮开关、或声控开关等,用于对空气净化器的开关机进行控制。
进一步的,所述机箱6底部还可以设有万向轮12、单向轮、脚垫、或底座等。
具体的,所述滤网7可以包括活性炭过滤网71、HEPA过滤网72、抗菌滤网中的一个或多个。所述活性炭过滤网71可去除烟雾和异味,处理甲醛、苯、二甲苯等。所述HEPA过滤网72可以去除PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、宠物的皮屑、烟雾和其他室内空气污染物。所述抗菌滤网可以起到抑菌抗菌的效果。
进一步的,所述空气净化器还包括罩设于所述机箱6上的外壳13,对机箱6及其内部结构进行保护,同时起到美观的作用。
进一步的,所述滤网7与离心风轮4之间于所述机箱6的底部、顶部、或中间位置还可以设有紫外光杀菌组件14,可利用紫外光的照射实现消毒杀菌的功能。
综上所述,本发明的空气净化器,采用后向离心风轮,配合无刷直流马达,并采用无风道的设计,马达带动离心风轮转动,使机箱内部的离心风轮所在的区域形成真空,从而将空气从后盖的网孔吸入机箱内部,进入机箱内部的空气经过滤网净化后,进入离心风轮的周边区域,并直接从前盖的网孔被挤压出,风量损失小,净化效率高,生产成本低。

1.一种空气净化器,其特征在于,包括机箱(6)、设于机箱(6)两端的后盖(8)与前盖(9)、设于机箱(6)内部靠近后盖(8)一侧的滤网(7)、设于机箱(6)内部靠近前盖(9)一侧的马达(2)、及位于滤网(7)与马达(2)之间连接于马达(2)上的离心风轮(4);
所述后盖(8)与前盖(9)上分别设有网孔;所述马达(2)带动离心风轮(4)转动,使机箱(6)内部的离心风轮(4)所在的区域形成真空,从而将空气从后盖(8)的网孔吸入机箱(6)内部,进入机箱(6)内部的空气经过滤网(7)净化后,进入离心风轮(4)的周边区域,并直接从前盖(9)的网孔被挤压出。
2.如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述离心风轮(4)为后向离心风轮。
3.如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述机箱(6)内部靠近后盖(9)的一侧设有支架(1),所述支架(1)上设有固定座(3),所述马达(2)设于所述支架(1)与固定座(3)之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述马达(2)为内转子轴流马达;所述内转子轴流马达为电容马达、罩极马达、无刷直流马达、有刷直流马达、单相异步马达、三相异步马达等。
5.如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述离心风轮(4)的入风侧设有导风圈(5),所述导风圈(5)固定于所述机箱(6)上。
6.如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述前盖(9)上设有显示窗(10)、及开关(11);所述显示窗(10)为触控显示屏或非触控显示屏;所述开关(11)为按键开关、旋钮开关、或声控开关。
7.如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述机箱(6)底部设有万向轮(12)、单向轮、脚垫、或底座。
8.如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述滤网(7)包括活性炭过滤网(71)、HEPA过滤网(72)、抗菌滤网中的一个或多个。
9.如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,还包括罩设于所述机箱(6)上的外壳(13)。
10.如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述滤网(7)与离心风轮(4)之间于所述机箱(6)的底部、顶部、或中间位置设有紫外光杀菌组件(14)。
