本发明公开了一种双管自清洁水龙头,包括外管和内管,外管的内部同轴固接有连接管,内管与连接管均有一端封闭,内管的封闭端伸入到连接管内并与连接管的封闭端同轴连接;连接管的侧壁上开有外管进水孔,内管的外侧壁上开有水槽,水槽内设置有内管出水孔,内管能够在连接管内转动以打开或关闭外管进水孔,内管与外管之间存在间隙。本发明通过相互连接且可相对转动的内、外管将开关与出水口合二为一,结构简单且无需设置单独的开关手柄;出水时对人手接触过的区域进行冲洗,具有自清洁的作用。

一种双管自清洁水龙头
技术领域
本发明属于机械装置技术领域,具体涉及一种双管自清洁水龙头。
背景技术
水龙头的应用比较广泛,如家用水龙头、工业用水龙头、公共场所用水龙头等等。这些常用水龙头的控制方式有机械式开关和采用红外或者超声检测进行控制的非接触式开关。常用的机械式开关的水龙头一般都设置有一个专门的手柄,其不仅内部结构复杂,并且手柄处不能自清洁、易受污染;非接触式开关的水龙头结构更加复杂,并且容易漏电、故障率高、安装繁琐,且在停电的情况下无法使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双管自清洁水龙头,解决现有机械式水龙头结构复杂且手柄开关处无法自清洁、容易受污染的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种双管自清洁水龙头,包括外管和内管,外管的内部同轴固接有连接管,内管与连接管均有一端封闭,内管的封闭端伸入到连接管内并与连接管的封闭端同轴连接;连接管的侧壁上开有外管进水孔,内管的外侧壁上开有水槽,水槽内设置有内管出水孔,内管能够在连接管内转动以打开或关闭外管进水孔,内管与外管之间存在间隙。
本发明一种双管自清洁水龙头的特点还在于:
内管与连接管通过螺钉连接,螺钉的螺纹部分拧入到连接管内,螺钉的光杆部分套在内管内。
内管为圆柱体状。
内管由不同直径的两段圆柱体同轴固连而成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种双管自清洁水龙头通过相互连接且可相对转动的内、外管将开关与出水口合二为一,结构简单且无需设置单独的开关手柄;出水时对人手接触过的区域进行冲洗,具有自清洁的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
本发明一种双管自清洁水龙头,如图1所示,包括外管2和内管3,外管2的内部同轴固接有连接管8,内管3与连接管8均有一端封闭,内管3的封闭端伸入到连接管8内并与连接管8的封闭端通过螺钉1同轴连接,螺钉1的螺纹部分拧入到连接管8内,螺钉1的光杆部分套在内管3内以使内管3能够在连接管8内转动;连接管8的侧壁上开有外管进水孔5,内管3的外侧壁上开有水槽7,水槽7内设置有内管出水孔4,转动内管3可将内管出水孔4转动到与外管进水孔5相对应的位置处,内管3封闭端的最大外径处与连接管8的内径相匹配,内管3与外管2之间存在间隙。内管3可为圆柱体状,也可为直径不等的台阶式的两段圆柱体(如图2所示的形状)。外管2不与内管3相连的一端的外侧壁上设置有管螺纹6,以便与管接头连接。
本发明的双管自清洁水龙头在使用时,转动内管3,当内管出水孔4转动到与外管进水孔5对应的位置时,内管出水孔4与外管进水孔5相连通,此时,水从外管进水孔5流向内管出水孔4。大部分水流经过内管出水孔4后进入到内管3中,然后从内管3中流出;还有一小部分水流经过水槽7沿着内管3的外壁流下,这部分水流可以对内管3的外壁起到清洁作用,将人手接触过的区域冲洗干净。关闭水龙头时也只需转动内管3,当内管出水孔4转动到与外管进水孔5错开的位置时,内管出水孔4与外管进水孔5不连通,水龙头便关闭上。
本发明的双管自清洁水龙头将开关与出水口合二为一,结构简单且无需设置单独的开关手柄;出水时对人手接触过的区域进行冲洗,具有自清洁的作用。

1.一种双管自清洁水龙头,其特征在于,包括外管(2)和内管(3),外管(2)的内部同轴固接有连接管(8),所述内管(3)与连接管(8)均有一端封闭,内管(3)的封闭端伸入到连接管(8)内并与连接管(8)的封闭端同轴连接;连接管(8)的侧壁上开有外管进水孔(5),内管(3)的外侧壁上开有水槽(7),水槽(7)内设置有内管出水孔(4),所述内管(3)能够在连接管(8)内转动以打开或关闭外管进水孔(5),所述内管(3)与外管(2)之间存在间隙,所述内管(3)与连接管(8)通过螺钉(1)连接,螺钉(1)的螺纹部分拧入到连接管(8)内,螺钉(1)的光杆部分套在内管(3)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双管自清洁水龙头,其特征在于,所述内管(3)为圆柱体状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双管自清洁水龙头,其特征在于,所述内管(3)由不同直径的两段圆柱体同轴固连而成。
