Abstract

本发明提供一种软质金属护角复合膜，该复合膜由表至里依次为软质铝金属材料、粘合剂和三层共挤增强膜，该复合膜贴合后表面金属质感明显，且便于材料的裁剪和安装，方便施工，经过特殊处理，能起到良好的保温绝热效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种护角复合膜，具体涉及一种具有金属质感的护角复合膜。
背景技术
目前在汽车车厢、发动机舱、火车车厢、地铁车厢等半封闭场合的施工中用到的护角一般采用金属条，虽然其可以保护起到保护作用，但其施工不方便，又因该金属条的柔韧性较差，容易造成贴合不平整及不易保证阳角的垂直度，不易形成多种角度的阳角甚至是曲线阳角，而且其绝热保温效果也不理想。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种软质金属护角复合膜，该复合膜便于材料的裁剪和安装，方便施工，且经过特殊处理，能起到良好的保温绝热效果。
为实现发明目的，本发明采取的技术方案是：
一种软质金属护角复合膜，由表至里依次为铝金属材料、粘合剂和底材。
作为优选，所述的铝金属材料为软质铝金属材料。
作为优选，所述的软质铝金属材料的厚度为80~100微米。
作为优选，所述的粘合剂为阻燃水性粘合剂。
作为优选，所述的粘合剂的厚度为5~10微米。
作为优选，所述的底材为三层共挤增强膜。
作为优选，所述的三层共挤增强膜由表至里依次为低密度聚乙烯，聚酰胺和高密度聚乙烯。
作为优选，所述的高密度聚乙烯树脂含有抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂。
作为优选，所述的低密度聚乙烯为线性低密度聚乙烯。
作为优选，所述的铝金属材料为双面进行惰性处理的铝金属材料。
作为优选，所述的三层共挤增强膜为双面进行惰性处理的三层共挤增强膜。
本发明的有益效果体现在：
1.利用铝金属材料的特性使贴合后表面金属质感明显，并且表面金属层起到很好的保护底材防撞击防腐蚀的作用。
2.底材选用三层共挤增强膜，加强材料的柔韧性，便于材料的施工裁剪；同时更容易使该材料在与汽车车厢、发动机舱、火车车厢、地铁车厢等半封闭场合的施工中能够平整的贴合在各种死角处。
3、对软质金属AL和三层共挤增强膜进行双面惰性处理，经处理后，本材料能够反射95%的热量，很好的起到绝热保温效果。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行说明。
实施例1
参见图1，一种软质金属护角复合膜，由表至里依次为软质铝金属材料1、粘合剂2和三层共挤增强膜，所述的三层共挤增强膜由里及表依次为高密度聚乙烯3、聚酰胺4和低密度聚乙烯5，所述的软质铝金属材料为双面进行惰性处理的软质铝金属材料，所述的三层共挤增强膜为双面进行惰性处理的三层共挤增强膜，所述的软质铝金属材料的厚度为80~100微米，所述的粘合剂为阻燃水性粘合剂，所述的粘合剂的厚度为5~10微米。所述的高密度聚乙烯树脂含有抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂。所述的低密度聚乙烯为线性低密度聚乙烯。

1.一种软质金属护角复合膜，其特征在于由表至里依次为铝金属材料、粘合剂和底材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质金属护角复合膜，其特征在于所述的铝金属材料为软质铝金属材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质金属护角复合膜，其特征在于所述的软质铝金属材料的厚度为80~100微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质金属护角复合膜，其特征在于所述的粘合剂为阻燃水性粘合剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质金属护角复合膜，其特征在于所述的底材为三层共挤增强膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质金属护角复合膜，其特征在于所述的三层共挤增强膜由表至里依次为低密度聚乙烯，聚酰胺和高密度聚乙烯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质金属护角复合膜，其特征在于所述的高密度聚乙烯树脂含有抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质金属护角复合膜，其特征在于所述的低密度聚乙烯为线性低密度聚乙烯。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质金属护角复合膜，其特征在于所述的铝金属材料为双面进行惰性处理的铝金属材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质金属护角复合膜，其特征在于所述的三层共挤增强膜为双面进行惰性处理的三层共挤增强膜。
