Abstract

本发明公开了一种多路节能灌溉阀门,包括阀体、封体和出水阀,阀体内部的挡板通过支撑杆连接封体,封体与阀体内壁之间设有密封环,封体上开设有相互连通的进水孔和出水通道,封体通过穿过螺套的螺杆安装有手动转盘,出水阀安装在阀体侧壁上的出水口上,出水口内设有密封垫和出水管,出水阀与出水管之间的连接杆上套设有弹簧,出水阀中心通过锥形接管连接有接头,出水阀的边缘也连接有多个接头,出水阀的内部开设有与接头连通的分水通道,出水阀上的接头上也安装有手动控制阀。本发明阀门结构采用三级阀门设置,提高灌溉效率可以有效防止阀门失灵而产生漏水情况,实现节约型灌溉的目的,节约水资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,具体是一种多路节能灌溉阀门。
背景技术
在灌溉系统中,经常使用阀门连接软管进行输水和输水控制。而使用普通阀门与软管连接,不仅连接操作麻烦,而且连接的牢固性能差,极易出现漏水和发生接头滑脱。随着节约型思想的倡导,节水灌溉意识越来越为广大农户所接受并重视。因此在灌溉工程中,对园林树木以及农田的灌溉就涉及到节水问题。现有的节水灌溉阀主要采用铸铁制作,因此易腐蚀,使用寿命短,而且和地下管网配接不方便,现有的节水灌溉阀的阀芯密封性差,容易在开关处漏水;而且灌溉时不能对出水的流量和流速进行控制,造成水资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多路节能灌溉阀门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种多路节能灌溉阀门,包括阀体、封体和出水阀,所述阀体内部下端活动安装有挡板,所述挡板顶端通过支撑杆连接封体,所述封体与阀体内壁之间设有密封环,所述封体底端开设有多个进水孔,且进水孔关于支撑杆呈中心对称,所述封体中心还开设有与进水孔连通的出水通道,且出水通道与进水孔垂直,所述阀体顶端安装有螺套,所述封体顶端连接有穿过螺套的螺杆,所述螺杆顶端安装有手动转盘,所述阀体侧壁上还设有出水口,所述出水口内设有密封垫,密封垫内设有与出水通道连通的出水管,所述出水阀安装在出水口上,所述出水阀与出水管之间安装有连接杆,所述连接杆上套设有弹簧,所述出水阀的中心连接有锥形接管,锥形接管安装有手动控制阀,锥形接管上安装有接头,所述出水阀的边缘上呈环形均匀连接有多个接头,出水阀的内部开设有与接头连通的分水通道,所述出水阀上的接头上也安装有手动控制阀。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述手动转盘上安装有对称的两个摇手。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述出水阀上的接头设有六个,且接头的口径均不相同。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明阀门结构采用三级阀门设置,先通过挡板控制进水,再通过出水通道与出水管的连通控制出水,最后通过手动控制阀门控制出水,通过这种结构可以有效防止阀门失灵而产生漏水的情况,实现了节约型灌溉的目的;同时通过设置的不同口径的接管,可以根据实际情况进行选择具体口径的接管,从而达到有效灌溉的目的,节约水资源;同时还可以同时选择多个接管进行灌溉,从而提高灌溉效率。

请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种多路节能灌溉阀门,包括阀体1、封体3和出水阀17,阀体1内部下端活动安装有挡板2,挡板2顶端通过支撑杆7连接封体3,封体3与阀体1内壁之间设有密封环4,封体3底端开设有多个进水孔5,且进水孔5关于支撑杆7呈中心对称,封体3中心还开设有与进水孔5连通的出水通道6,且出水通道6与进水孔5垂直,阀体1顶端安装有螺套9,封体3顶端连接有穿过螺套9的螺杆8,螺杆8顶端安装有手动转盘10,手动转盘10上安装有对称的两个摇手11。
阀体1侧壁上还设有出水口14,出水口14内设有密封垫12,密封垫12内设有与出水通道6连通的出水管13,出水阀17安装在出水口14上,出水阀17与出水管13之间安装有连接杆15,连接杆15上套设有弹簧16,出水阀17的中心连接有锥形接管20,锥形接管20安装有手动控制阀19,锥形接管20上安装有接头18;出水阀17的边缘上呈环形均匀连接有六个接头18,且接头18的口径均不相同,出水阀17的内部开设有与接头18连通的分水通道21,出水阀17上的接头18上也安装有手动控制阀19。
通过手动控制手动转盘10或摇手11,使得挡板2和封体3向上移动,出水通道6与出水管13连通,水通过进水孔5进入出水通道6,再进入出水管13,最后进入出水阀17中,根据实际情况在出水阀17的接头18上连接不同的口径的水管,并通过手动控制手动控制阀19,从而控制出水的速率和流量。

1.一种多路节能灌溉阀门,包括阀体、封体和出水阀,其特征在于,所述阀体内部下端活动安装有挡板,所述挡板顶端通过支撑杆连接封体,所述封体与阀体内壁之间设有密封环,所述封体底端开设有多个进水孔,且进水孔关于支撑杆呈中心对称,所述封体中心还开设有与进水孔连通的出水通道,且出水通道与进水孔垂直,所述阀体顶端安装有螺套,所述封体顶端连接有穿过螺套的螺杆,所述螺杆顶端安装有手动转盘,所述阀体侧壁上还设有出水口,所述出水口内设有密封垫,密封垫内设有与出水通道连通的出水管,所述出水阀安装在出水口上,所述出水阀与出水管之间安装有连接杆,所述连接杆上套设有弹簧,所述出水阀的中心连接有锥形接管,锥形接管安装有手动控制阀,锥形接管上安装有接头,所述出水阀的边缘上呈环形均匀连接有多个接头,出水阀的内部开设有与接头连通的分水通道,所述出水阀上的接头上也安装有手动控制阀。
