本发明涉及生产用具领域,特别是涉及一种新型中间品周转箱。
背景技术
现有的中间品中转箱多为较硬,不能很好地保护产品,而一些软的,也因为一受力就容易变形,也不能很好地保护产品,缓冲效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种新型的中间品周转箱,其放气的速度慢,缓冲效果好。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种新型中间品周转箱,包括包装箱本体,其特征在于,所述周转箱本体包含外保护层,所述外保护层上,可拆卸地设置有内缓冲层,所述内缓冲层由多个中空的柱体组成,所述柱体上端覆盖有弧形罩,所述弧形罩上开设有小孔,所述小孔的孔径和柱体的内径比为1:10,柱体内部通过小孔连接外界,所述内缓冲层由橡胶材料制成。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有如下技术效果:本发明的新型中间品周转箱,采用能缓慢释放气体的内缓冲层,降低柱体变形的速度,缓冲效果优异,可拆卸,易于更换,不用因为局部损坏而整个废弃。
