Abstract

本发明涉及一种包括柳叶、番茄叶和花椒的桃蛀螟防治农药,使用植物源药物,对环境友好,无毒,无农药残留,三种植物源药物协同作用,对桃蛀螟防治效果良好,甚至超过了乐果的桃蛀螟防治效果,且原料易得,成本低廉,制备方法简单,易于生产。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及农药领域,具体涉及一种植物源高效无毒的桃蛀螟防治农药。
背景技术
[0002]桃蛀螟,又名桃班螟,俗称桃蛀心虫,桃蛀野螟,鳞翅目,草螟科,寄主有高粱、玉 米、谷子、向日葵、蓖麻、姜、棉花、桃、柿、核桃、板栗、无花果、松树等。近年随着果树和经济 种植面积的扩大,为桃蛀螟提供了充足的食物来源,另外由于全球变暖等气候因素的影响, 为桃蛀螟提给了适宜的越冬环境,使得桃蛀螟的危害呈加重趋势,在一些省区的高粱、杂交 油葵、玉米等作物上大面积爆发。
[0003]目前对于桃蛀螟的防治主要使用化学农药,如BT乳液、辛硫磷、高效氯氟氰菊酯、 灭幼脲、磷胺乳油、乐果乳油等,大量化学农药的使用,一方面增加了防治的成本,导致了抗 药性的产生,另一方面较大的农药使用量也会导致更高的农药残留。而随着人们生活水平 的提高及检测手段的改进,食物中农药残留向题已越来越多的受到人们的关注。农药残留 可导致急慢性中毒,包括头痛、头晕、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等症状,甚至各类癌症、白血病、乳腺 癌、儿童及智力低下以及记忆力差、脑膜炎、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、不孕不育等疾病也与农 药残留存在或多或少的联系。因此,食物中的农药残留问题亟待解决。
[0004]植物源农药由于其低毒的优点,己经越来越多的应用于各类虫害的防治,使用较 为广泛的包括苦参、藜芦、夹竹桃、蛇床子、百部、烟草等,主要用于防治蚜虫等各类虫害,但 针对于桃蛀螟的植物源农药报道较少,而桃蛀螟的危害却日渐增大,因此,需要研制针对于 桃蛀螟的高效无毒的植物源农药。
发明内容
[0005]本发明提供了一种高效、无毒的植物源桃蛀螟的防治农药。
[0006] —方面本发明的高效、无毒的植物源桃蛀螟的防治农药,其包括柳叶、番茄叶和花 椒。
[0007]优选的其包括柳叶20-30份、番茄叶10-20份、花椒20-30份。
[000S]更优选的其包括柳叶30份、番茄叶20份、花椒30份。
[0009]进一步的本发明中花椒为川椒。
[0010]另一方面,本发明的高效、无毒的植物源桃蛀螟的防治农药还可以包括苦参丨0一20 份、烟叶5-10份,以进一步增强其桃蛀螟的防治效果。
[0011]本发明高效、无毒的植物源桃蛀螟的防治农药的制备方法包括:
[0012] (1)备料,按处方称取各原料药;
[0013] (2)花椒外原料药的提取,处方中除花椒以外的原料药加40-50%乙醇3—5倍煎煮 l-2h,过滤得滤液1,药渣再次加40-50 %乙醇2-3倍煎煮l-2h,过滤得滤液2; ……

[0017]、花拉丁名为Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.,别名櫻、大椒、秦椒、蜀椒、川椒 或山椒,为云香科、花椒属落叶灌木或小乔木,可孤植又可作防护刺篱,其果皮可作为调味 料,并可提取芳香油,又可入药,种子可食用,也可加工制作肥皂。

[0046]采用直径12cm的培养皿,在每个培养皿底部垫上滤纸,每个培养皿中放置桃蛀螟 幼虫3〇头,所述桃蛀螟幼虫在待测物溶液中浸渍Is后即放入培养皿中,将培养皿至于恒温 培养箱,于25°C、8〇 %湿度下培养,分别于1小时、2小时、4小时、8小时、12小时、24小时统计 桃蛀螟的死亡情况。待测物溶液包括:(1)将实施例1、2、3的农药分别以清水稀释至5g生药/ L; (2)分别按照实施例1的制备方法制备柳叶提取物、番茄叶提取物、花椒提取物、柳叶+番 茄叶提取物、柳叶+花椒提取物、番茄叶+花椒提取物,并分别以清水稀释至5g生药/L; (3)清 水;(4) 48%乐果乳液,以清水稀释1000倍,实验结果参见表【

3. 权利要求1所述的农药防治桃蛀螟的用途。
4.权利要求1所述的农药的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: (1) 备料,按处方称取各原料药; (2) 花椒外原料药的提取,处方中除花椒以外的原料药加40-50%乙醇3-5倍煎煮i-2h, 过滤得滤液1,药渣再次加40-50%乙醇2-3倍煎煮l-2h,过滤得滤液2; (3) 花椒的提取,取处方量的花椒,加水5-10倍,水蒸气蒸馏l-2h,得花椒精油,蒸馏剩 余溶液过滤后得滤液3,合并滤液1-3并浓缩至无醇味,加入花椒精油即得。
