Abstract

本发明公开了一种高效电离商用空气净化器,由前置过滤器、电离区、收集区和后置过滤器顺序组成,并还有紫外线灯。商用空气净化器采用高效电离和收集技术,充分收集气体中的污染物并进行净化处理,同时将经过处理的净化空气直接排入室内。商用空气净化器内置智能高压电源模块,其智能控制电路可实时监控并处理设备运行时的故障。当过滤器组件由于长期使用,而未及时清洗而引起内部打火时,智能控制电路将按照事先设定的每分钟打火次数,判定为故障后,自动断开高压输出,保证净化效果和安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化设备,具体的说涉及一种高效电离商用空气净化器。
背景技术
近年来,环境空气质量下降,直接影响人们的身心健康,对空气质量的改善已经成为必要和可能的事情。但目前现有的空气净化器普遍采用简单过滤技术,只能对空气中的灰尘进行简单净化,而对空气中的有害气体、异味、细菌等很难处理。有些空气净化器增加了负离子功能,但其对空气净化不彻底,而且只针对家用,效率低下。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种高效电离商用空气净化器,可对有害气体、异味、细菌等进行处理,并且效率高,效果好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是按照如下技术方案实现的,一种高效电离商用空气净化器,前置过滤器、电离区、收集区和后置过滤器顺序组成,并还有紫外线灯。
所述的前置过滤器中采用PP棉,对空气进行初步过滤。
所述的电离区利用静电原理,使气流中的微粒带电荷。
所述的收集区借助库仑力的作用,将气流中的微粒捕集在收集装置上。
所述的后置过滤器中采用活性炭,对空气进行再次过滤。
所述的紫外线灯采用紫外线对空气中的细菌进行杀菌处理。
所述的智能高压电源模块,其智能控制电路实时监控并处理设备运行时的故障。当过滤器组件由于长期使用,而未及时清洗而引起内部打火时,智能控制电路将按照事先设定的每分钟打火次数,判定为故障后,自动断开高压输出。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示的一种高效电离商用空气净化器结构图,污染空气依次通过前置滤波器1,电离极2,收集极3,后置滤波器4和紫外线灯5。
前置过滤器1中增加PP棉,对空气进行初步过滤。
电离极2利用静电原理,使气流中的微粒带电荷。
收集极3借助库仑力的作用,将气流中的微粒捕集在收集装置上。
如图1所示的后置过滤器4,采用活性炭,对空气进行再次过滤。
如图1所示的紫外线灯5,对空气中的细菌进行杀菌处理。
如图2所示的智能高压电源模块,其NO端连接指示灯,指示灯亮,表示设备工作正常;指示灯灭,表示设备发生故障,需停机检修。COM端连接零线。PE端连接地线。N端通过电源总开关连接零线。L端通过一个电阻连接到安全保护开关,安全保护开关通过电源总开关连接到火线。收集器输出连接收集器。电离器输出连接电离器。

Claims (7)

1.一种高效电离商用空气净化器,包括前置过滤器、电离区、收集区和后置过滤器顺序组成,并还有紫外线灯,其特征在于,预先对空气进行过滤过滤,采用高效电离和收集技术,充分收集气体中的污染物并进行净化处理,接着再次对空气进行过滤,并使用紫外线灯进行杀菌,最后将经过处理的净化空气直接排入室内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效电离商用空气净化器,在前置过滤器中采用PP棉,对空气进行初步过滤。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效电离商用空气净化器,在电离区利用静电原理,使气流中的微粒带电荷,再通过收集区。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效电离商用空气净化器,在收集区借助库仑力的作用,将气流中的微粒捕集在收集装置上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效电离商用空气净化器,在后置过滤器中采用活性炭,对空气进行再次过滤。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效电离商用空气净化器,对过滤后的空气采用紫外线灯进行杀菌。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效电离商用空气净化器,内置智能高压电源模块,其智能控制电路实时监控并处理设备运行时的故障,当过滤器组件由于长期使用,而未及时清洗而引起内部打火时,智能控制电路将按照事先设定的每分钟打火次数,判定为故障后,自动断开高压输出。
