Abstract

本发明公开了一种浮球阀,分为上阀体、中阀体和下阀体三部分,上阀体设有带外螺纹的进水口和出水口;所述中阀体上方具有管口,管口与进水口相连通,管口底部具有出水孔,出水孔上置有滤网;所述中阀体下方具有出水通道,出水孔位于出水通道中间;所述下阀体为空心的阀腔,底部设有定位柱和通水口,下阀体内置有塑料浮球,塑料浮球下方具有定位槽,与定位柱相配合;所述塑料浮球上方内置一磁铁,磁铁吸附一圆柱顶杆,圆柱顶杆上端置于中阀体的出水通道内,圆柱顶杆上端设有顶杆硅胶。本发明的塑料浮球置于阀门内部,取消了连杆结构,浮球活动更加灵活,阀门整体的通断切换更加迅速,且可有效防止阀门漏水问题。

一种浮球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别涉及一种浮球阀。
背景技术
浮球阀利用杠杆原理通过水位控制进水的阀门开关。现有的浮球阀的浮球通过连杆与阀门相连,工作时,浮球始终都要漂在水上,当水面上涨时,浮球也跟着上升,带动连杆也上升,连杆与另一端的阀门相连,当上升到一定位置时,连杆支起橡胶活塞垫,封闭水源;当水位下降时,浮球也下降,连杆又带动活塞垫开启。这种阀门和浮球分离的浮球阀结构复杂,安装使用不方便,长时间使用后,浮球与连杆老化,容易发生漏水问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种结构简单、安装方便,浮球置于阀门内的浮球阀。
为此,本发明的技术方案是:一种浮球阀,分为上阀体、中阀体和下阀体三部分,上阀体设有带外螺纹的进水口和出水口;其特征在于:所述中阀体上方具有管口,管口与进水口相连通,管口底部具有出水孔,出水孔上置有滤网;所述中阀体下方具有出水通道,出水孔位于出水通道中间;所述下阀体为空心的阀腔,底部设有定位柱和通水口,下阀体内置有塑料浮球,塑料浮球下方具有定位槽,与定位柱相配合;所述塑料浮球上方内置一磁铁,磁铁吸附一圆柱顶杆,圆柱顶杆上端置于中阀体的出水通道内,圆柱顶杆上端设有顶杆硅胶。
进一步地,所述中阀体的管口处还设有隔膜片,隔膜片与隔膜支撑片套接成一体,隔膜支撑片上设有进水通孔,所述隔膜片套在管口,隔膜片下方设有隔膜弹簧。
本发明安装在水箱内,通过进水口连接外部进水,水流的压力挤压隔膜片,从而挤压隔膜弹簧,使得水流从隔膜支撑片的进水通孔流入,经过滤网过滤后,从管口的出水孔流出,再从下阀体的通水口流到水箱内,当水箱内的水压上升后,塑料浮球也随之上升,当水位到达水箱的预定最高位时,塑料浮球上升到最高位,塑料浮球通过磁铁吸附圆柱顶杆,将圆柱顶杆向上顶,顶杆硅胶堵住出水通道中间的出水孔,浮球阀停止进水;当水箱内的水位降低时,塑料浮球随水位下降,顶杆硅胶离开出水孔,水箱重新进水至最高位。本发明的塑料浮球置于阀门内部,取消了连杆结构,浮球活动更加灵活,阀门整体的通断切换更加迅速,且可有效防止阀门漏水问题。

具体实施方式
参见附图。本实施例分为上阀体1、中阀体2和下阀体3三部分,上阀体1设有进水口4和出水口5;所述中阀体2上方具有管口,管口底部具有出水孔6,出水孔6上置有滤网7;隔膜片11与隔膜支撑片12套接成一体,隔膜支撑片12上具有进水通孔13,所述隔膜片11套在管口,隔膜片11下方设有隔膜弹簧14;所述中阀体2下方具有出水通道8,出水孔6位于出水通道8中间;所述下阀体3为空心的阀腔,底部设有定位柱9和通水口10,下阀体3内置有塑料浮球15,塑料浮球15下方具有定位槽16,与定位柱9相配合;所述塑料浮球15上方内置一磁铁17,磁铁17吸附一圆柱顶杆18,圆柱顶杆18上端置于中阀体2的出水通道8内,圆柱顶杆18上端设有顶杆硅胶19。
本实施例工作时安装在水箱内,通过进水口4连接外部进水,水流的压力挤压隔膜片11,从而挤压隔膜弹簧14,使得水流从隔膜支撑片12的进水通孔13流入,经过滤网7过滤后,从管口的出水孔6流出,再从下阀体3的通水口10流到水箱内,当水箱内的水压上升后,塑料浮球15也随之上升,当水位到达水箱的预定最高位时,塑料浮球15上升到最高位,塑料浮球15通过磁铁17吸附圆柱顶杆18,将圆柱顶杆18向上顶,顶杆硅胶19堵住出水通道8中间的出水孔6,浮球阀停止进水;当水箱内的水位降低时,塑料浮球15随水位下降,顶杆硅胶19离开出水孔6,水箱重新进水至最高位。

1.一种浮球阀,分为上阀体、中阀体和下阀体三部分,上阀体设有带外螺纹的进水口和出水口;其特征在于:所述中阀体上方具有管口,管口与进水口相连通,管口底部具有出水孔,出水孔上置有滤网;所述中阀体下方具有出水通道,出水孔位于出水通道中间;所述下阀体为空心的阀腔,底部设有定位柱和通水口,下阀体内置有塑料浮球,塑料浮球下方具有定位槽,与定位柱相配合;所述塑料浮球上方内置一磁铁,磁铁吸附一圆柱顶杆,圆柱顶杆上端置于中阀体的出水通道内,圆柱顶杆上端设有顶杆硅胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种浮球阀,其特征在于:所述中阀体的管口处还设有隔膜片,隔膜片与隔膜支撑片套接成一体,隔膜支撑片上设有进水通孔,所述隔膜片套在管口,隔膜片下方设有隔膜弹簧。
