Description

Rabbit mat
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a rabbit pad for rabbit urine treatment.
Background
Conventionally, for disposal of excrement such as urine from animals such as dogs, cats, and rabbits, it has been known to lay a pet mat or a toilet sand on the inner bottom surface of a container serving as a pet toilet (patent documents 1 and 2).
For example, a rabbit toilet disposed at a corner is common as a rabbit toilet to effectively utilize a limited space in a cage, and a container having an upper opening and a bottom surface in a triangular shape in plan view is widely used.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, if the pet mat is rectangular in plan view as in patent document 1, when the mat is laid on a container having a triangular bottom surface in plan view, the shape of the container cannot be suitably adapted, and there is a problem that excrement splashed on the wall of the container or the like enters between the pet mat and the bottom surface of the container along the wall.
In addition, when the absorption force of the pet mat is insufficient, the container is soiled by the excrement which is not absorbed cleanly, and the bad smell is generated.
When the toilet sand as in patent document 2 is laid on the bottom of the container, although the absorption of excrement is better than that of the pet mat, it is necessary to remove all the sand in the part or the container to which excrement is stuck every time and to dispose the sand, and therefore, there is a problem that time is wasted in the disposal as compared with the pet mat.
In particular, since urine of rabbits contains a large amount of calcium, and is likely to become urinary calculi and adhere to a container, it takes a lot of time to remove the adhering urinary calculi, and thus it is desired to more easily treat excrement.
Means for solving the problems
The invention aims to provide a pad for rabbits, which can more conveniently treat excrement such as urine of rabbits and can maintain the sanitation of a container of a toilet for rabbits.
That is, the present invention has the following configurations [1] to [4 ].
[1] A rabbit pad for absorbing excrement is characterized in that,
the disclosed device is provided with:
an absorber formed in a right-angled triangular sheet shape;
a sheet-like covering material formed in a size larger than that of the absorbent body, covering both sides of the absorbent body; and
and a peripheral edge portion which includes the covering material and is provided at least outside a peripheral edge end of 2 sides forming the right-angled portion of the absorbent body.
[2] The rabbit mat according to the above item 1, wherein,
the absorbent body is provided with a water absorption reinforcing section having further improved water absorption properties at least at the right-angled section.
[3] The pad for a rabbit as set forth in the above item 1 or 2, wherein,
the absorber is provided with a protruding portion extending in a direction away from an opposite side of the rectangular portion at the rectangular portion.
[4] The cushion for rabbits according to any one of the preceding items 1 to 3, wherein,
the cover material includes a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric on both sides of the absorbent body.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the invention described in the above [1], since the absorbent member is provided in the form of a sheet formed in a right triangle, the sheet-like covering material is formed in a size larger than that of the absorbent member and covers both surfaces of the absorbent member, and the peripheral edge portion is provided at least outside the peripheral edge end of 2 sides of the right angle portion forming the absorbent member, if the size of the absorbent member is suitable for the size of the floor of the toilet for rabbits, the peripheral edge portion can be vertically disposed in close contact with or in contact with the wall surface of the toilet for rabbits, and the excrement flowing down along the wall surface can be guided to the absorbent member and absorbed, thus being sanitary and enabling the disposal of the excrement to be more convenient.
If the mat for a rabbit is adapted to the shape of the toilet for a rabbit, the possibility that the mat for a rabbit is bitten by the rabbit or the like to break the mat for a rabbit is reduced, and therefore, the situation that the container is dirty due to the broken mat is avoided, and the mat for a rabbit is very sanitary and can be easily disposed of.
In addition, if the shape of the cushion for a rabbit is triangular or approximately triangular, the cushion can be easily applied to a toilet for a rabbit having a triangular bottom surface without taking a lot of time and labor.
According to the invention as recited in the above item [2], since the absorbent body is provided with the water absorption reinforcing portion having further improved water absorption properties at least at the right angle portion, the water absorption reinforcing portion is disposed at the corner portion of the toilet for rabbits, which is highly frequent in excretion, and thus, excrement can be absorbed more reliably.
According to the invention described in the above [3], since the absorber is provided with the protruding portion extending in the direction away from the opposite side of the rectangular portion at the rectangular portion, by placing the protruding portion in contact with the wall surface of the corner portion of the rabbit litter box having a high frequency of excretion from rabbits, the excrement splashed onto the wall surface of the corner portion of the rabbit litter box is absorbed by the protruding portion, and the excrement is prevented from entering between the rabbit litter box and the rabbit litter box along the wall.
According to the invention described in the above [4], since the cover material includes the liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric on both surfaces of the absorbent body, it is possible to absorb excrement not only from the front surface of the absorbent body but also from the back surface thereof, and therefore even when excrement flows into between the rabbit mat and the bottom surface of the toilet for rabbits, it is possible to reliably absorb excrement from the back surface of the rabbit mat.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a front view and a plan view of a rabbit mat 10 according to a first embodiment, fig. 2A and 2B are explanatory views for explaining a rabbit toilet 50 and a method of using the rabbit mat 10, fig. 3 is a sectional configuration diagram of the rabbit mat 10, fig. 4 is a front view and a plan view of a rabbit mat 20 according to a second embodiment, and fig. 5 is a front view and a plan view of a rabbit mat 30 according to a third embodiment.
The pads 10, 20, and 30 for rabbits of the present invention shown in fig. 1 to 5 are articles for absorbing liquid excreta such as urine of rabbits, and are mainly used as disposable products.
The rabbit mat 10, 20, 30 includes: an absorbent body 1 (a part shown by cross hatching) having water absorbing properties, a sheet-like covering material 2 covering both surfaces of the absorbent body 1, and a peripheral edge part 21 which is a part of the covering material 2 and is provided outside the peripheral edge of the absorbent body 1 are laid on the bottom surface of the toilet 50 for rabbits for use.
As shown in fig. 2A, the rabbit toilet 50 includes: a container with a triangular bottom surface and an open upper portion, and a net-like net body 51 stably placed with the opening closed.
The toilet 50 for rabbits is mainly disposed at the corner of the rectangular cage in plan view.
The rabbit toilet 50 is formed in a right triangle so that it can be placed on the corner of the cage without wasting space.
The rabbit litter box 50 is configured such that when a rabbit is excreted on the net body 51 placed on the opening, the excrement falls on the rabbit mat 10 laid on the bottom surface of the container.
Hereinafter, a rabbit mat 10 according to a first embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
The absorbent body 1 of the pad 10 for a rabbit has water-absorbing properties and is formed in a sheet shape of a right triangle or a nearly right triangle.
For example, in the present embodiment, the absorbent body 1 is formed in a right isosceles triangle.
The absorbent body 1 is formed to have a size approximately equal to the size of the bottom surface of the toilet 50 for rabbits.
As shown in fig. 3, the absorbent body 1 is formed by sequentially laminating a pulp layer 12 and a water-absorbing layer 13 on a water-absorbing paper layer 11 (hereinafter referred to as "lower water-absorbing paper layer 11") including water-absorbing paper, and further laminating a water-absorbing paper layer 14 (hereinafter referred to as "upper water-absorbing paper layer 14").
As the lower water-absorbent paper layer 11 and the upper water-absorbent paper layer 14, highly water-absorbent fibers such as absorbent cotton, toilet paper, and paper towel are used.
Although different materials may be used for the lower water-absorbent paper layer 11 and the upper water-absorbent paper layer 14, the following description will be given using an example in which the same material is used.
Pulp material such as pulp fiber or pulp pulverized material is used for the pulp layer 12.
The water-absorbing layer 13 is a layer for absorbing and retaining excrement, and a water-absorbing polymer, i.e., a super-absorbent resin is used, and examples thereof include a crosslinked product of polyacrylic acid, a graft polymer of starch or cellulose and acrylic acid, a copolymer of vinyl alcohol and acrylic acid, a crosslinked product of carboxymethyl cellulose, and a crosslinked product of polyvinyl alcohol, and at least 1 or more of such water-absorbing resins can be suitably used.
In the absorbent body 1, the protruding portion 4 is provided at the right-angled portion of the right-angled triangle.
As shown in fig. 1, the protruding portion 4 is provided so as to extend in a direction away from the opposite side of the right angle portion.
For example, in the present embodiment, the tip of the protruding portion 4 is formed in a rounded shape.
The protruding portion 4 is also configured by stacking a pulp layer 12, a water-absorbing layer 13, and an upper water-absorbing paper layer 14 in this order on the lower water-absorbing paper layer 11, as in the other portions of the absorbent body 1.
When the absorber 1 is laid on the bottom surface of the rabbit toilet 50, the protruding portion 4 is disposed so as to rise from the bottom surface along the two wall surfaces 50a and 50b forming the corners of the rabbit toilet 50.
When the rabbit mat 10 is laid on the bottom surface of the rabbit toilet 50 in this manner, the dimensions of the rabbit mat 10 are preferably set so as to be limited to a height of the net body 51 placed on the rabbit mat 10 or less so as not to bite the rabbit.
In addition, in the case where the protruding portion 4 is provided, the mat 10 for a rabbit is preferably laid on the bottom surface so that the protruding portion 4 rises along the wall surfaces 50a and 50b of the toilet 50 for a rabbit, but the mat 10 for a rabbit may be laid on the bottom surface so that the protruding portion 4 is folded inward so as to contact the bottom surface.
By configuring the absorber 1 so that the protruding portion 4 extending in the direction away from the opposite side of the rectangular portion is provided in the rectangular portion, the pad 10 for a rabbit is disposed so that the protruding portion 4 comes into contact with the wall surfaces 50a and 50b of the corner portion of the toilet 50 for a rabbit, which is highly frequent for the rabbit to excrete, and thus the excrement splashed on the wall surfaces 50a and 50b of the corner portion of the toilet 50 for a rabbit is absorbed by the protruding portion 4, and the excrement is prevented from entering between the pad 10 for a rabbit and the toilet 50 for a rabbit along the wall surfaces 50a and 50 b.
The absorbent body 1 is provided with a water absorption reinforcing section 3 having further improved water absorption properties, which is represented by dots, at least in a part thereof.
Although the thickness of the water-absorbing reinforcing portion 3 is shown to be emphasized with respect to the thickness of the water-absorbing layer 13, the actual thickness changes slightly.
The water absorption strengthening part 3 is provided at a position where the frequency of excretion from the rabbit is highest, utilizing the characteristic that the rabbit excretes at a predetermined position.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the water absorption reinforcement portion 3 is provided in the protrusion 4 and the periphery thereof, that is, in the right-angled corner portion of the right triangle, and is set in a substantially rectangular region.
Since the water absorption-reinforcing section 3 has higher water absorption property than the other water absorption layer 13, a material having a higher amount of water-absorbent polymer than the other water absorption layer 13 or having higher water absorption property than the other water absorption layer 13 is used.
The water-absorbent polymer used in the water-absorption-reinforcing section 3 is the same as the water-absorbent layer 13, and examples thereof include a crosslinked product of polyacrylic acid, a graft polymer of starch or cellulose and acrylic acid, a copolymer of vinyl alcohol and acrylic acid, a crosslinked product of carboxymethyl cellulose, and a crosslinked product of polyvinyl alcohol, and at least 1 or more of these water-absorbent resins can be suitably used.
For convenience, the "water-absorbent polymer" used in the water-absorbent layer 13 may be referred to as a "first water-absorbent polymer". The "water-absorbent polymer" used in the water absorption-reinforcing section 3 may be referred to as "second water-absorbent polymer".
By configuring the absorber 1 so that the water absorption strengthening portion 3 having further improved water absorption properties is provided at least at the right-angled portion, and disposing the water absorption strengthening portion 3 at the corner portion of the toilet 50 for rabbits having a high frequency of excretion, it is possible to absorb excrement more reliably.
In the case where the water absorption-reinforcing part 3 is provided in the protruding part 4, even when the excrement flows into the bottom surface of the toilet 50 for rabbits, the excrement can be reliably absorbed by the water absorption-reinforcing part 3 when the protruding part 4 is folded inward so as to be in contact with the bottom surface of the toilet 50 for rabbits.
Both sides of the absorbent body 1 are covered with a cover material 2 formed in a sheet shape.
The cover material 2 includes, for example, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric, and as the nonwoven fabric, a nonwoven fabric obtained by hydrophilizing various nonwoven fabrics such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric and a spunbond-meltblown-spunbond (SMS) nonwoven fabric can be suitably used.
The nonwoven fabric 2 is formed to have a size larger than that of the absorbent body 1, and 1 sheet is bonded to each surface of the absorbent body 1.
The nonwoven fabric 2 is bonded to the surface of the absorbent body 1 with an adhesive or the like, and is bonded between end portions extending outside the peripheral end of the absorbent body 1.
The bonded nonwoven fabric 2 has an end portion formed as a peripheral edge portion 21 provided outside the peripheral edge of the absorbent body 1.
The peripheral edge 21 is provided with a constant width over the entire periphery of the peripheral edge of the absorbent body 1.
The width of the peripheral edge 21 can be appropriately set in accordance with the target saturated water absorption amount, the type of the water-absorbent polymer, and the like so as not to cause the water-absorbent polymer and the like to fly out to the outside, in order to prevent the adhesion and peeling of the peripheral edge 21 due to the water-absorbent polymer which swells by absorbing water.
As described above, since the cover material 2 includes the liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric 2 on both surfaces of the absorbent body 1, it is possible to absorb excrement not only from the front surface of the absorbent body 1 but also from the back surface, and therefore even when excrement flows between the rabbit mat 10 and the bottom surface of the rabbit toilet 50, it is possible to reliably absorb excrement from the back surface of the rabbit mat 10.
Hereinafter, an example of a method for manufacturing the rabbit mat 10 will be briefly described.
First, the lower water-absorbent paper is formed into a shape suitable for the shape of the bottom surface of the toilet 50 for rabbits, a pulp material is supplied onto the lower water-absorbent paper, and the pulp layer 12 is laminated on the lower water-absorbent paper layer 11.
Next, with respect to the pulp layer 12, a first water-absorbent polymer is supplied onto this layer 12 to form a water-absorbent layer 13.
Thereafter, the second water-absorbent polymer is supplied onto the water-absorbent layer 13 and only to the protrusions 4 and the peripheral portions of the absorbent body 1, thereby forming water-absorption-strengthened portions 3.
The first water-absorbent polymer and the second water-absorbent polymer may be the same water-absorbent polymer, or water-absorbent polymers having higher water absorption performance may be dispersed in the water absorption enhancing section 3.
At least the water absorption-reinforcing section 3 may have a higher water absorption performance than the water absorption layer 13 dispersed in other portions.
Next, the upper water-absorbent paper is formed to have the same size as the lower water-absorbent paper layer 11, and the upper water-absorbent paper layer 14 is laminated on the water-absorbent layer 13 and the water absorption-reinforcing section 3.
In this case, the absorbent body 1 is formed by laminating the lower water-absorbent paper layer 11, the pulp layer 12, the water-absorbent layer 13, and the upper water-absorbent paper layer 14, and providing the protrusions 4 extending in the direction away from the opposite sides of the right-angled portion at the right-angled portions of the right-angled triangle.
Thereafter, the absorbent body 1 is pressed by pressing or the like, and both surfaces are sandwiched and overlapped by the nonwoven fabric 2 formed to have a size slightly larger than that of the absorbent body 1 and bonded.
For example, the nonwoven fabric 2 is formed by applying a hot-melt adhesive to the surface of the side overlapping the absorbent body 1, and bonding the upper and lower nonwoven fabrics 2 sandwiching the absorbent body 1 to the surface of the absorbent body 1, respectively, so that the absorbent body 1 and the nonwoven fabrics 2 are integrated.
The integrated absorbent body 1 and nonwoven fabric 2 are pressed and bonded more firmly, and a pad 10 for rabbits is provided with the absorbent body 1 and a peripheral edge 21.
Further, the rabbit mat 10 may be manufactured by a manual operation as described above, or may be manufactured by a production line of a factory or the like.
The thus obtained rabbit is folded, etc. and packaged for sale using the mat 10.
Although the water absorption-reinforcing portion 3 of the above-described pad for rabbits 10 is provided only on the protruding portion 4, the water absorption-reinforcing portion may be provided linearly from the protruding portion 4 to the opposite side of the straight corner portion.
In the above description, the projecting portion 4 is provided at the right-angled portion of the right-angled triangle, and the projecting portion 4 is made to serve as the water absorption strengthening portion 3, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration.
The pad for rabbit 10 is preferably provided with the protruding portion 4 and the protruding portion 4 is the water absorption-reinforcing portion 3, but for example, as shown in fig. 4, a pad for rabbit 20 may be provided with only the protruding portion 4, an absorber 1 and a peripheral portion 21 may be provided with the water absorption-reinforcing portion 3 from a right-angled triangle straight corner portion to the opposite side without the protruding portion 4, or as shown in fig. 5, a pad for rabbit 30 may be provided with an absorber 1 and a peripheral portion 21 formed in a right-angled triangle without the water absorption-reinforcing portion 3 and without the protruding portion 4.
Although the above-described rabbit mats 10, 20, and 30 have been described as mats including the liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric 2 on both surfaces, the structure including the liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric 2 on both surfaces is not essential.
The nonwoven fabric 2 is preferably used as the cover material 2 of the absorbent body 1 in terms of cost and the like, but for example, woven fabric, paper and the like may be used as long as the liquid-permeable cover material 2 is used at least on one surface of the absorbent body 1, and other configurations using materials other than the nonwoven fabric 2 are not excluded.
In addition, in order to more easily absorb excrement, it is preferable to use a water-permeable material for both surfaces, but for example, a water-permeable material may be used for one surface and a water-impermeable material may be used for the other surface.
For example, a water-impermeable hydrophobic sheet may be used on the side that contacts the bottom surface of the rabbit toilet 50.
In this case, in order to prevent the excrement splashed on the wall surfaces 50a and 50b of the toilet 50 for rabbits from entering between the pads 10, 20, and 30 for rabbits and the bottom surface of the toilet 50 for rabbits along the walls, the peripheral edge portion 21 having improved water absorption properties by increasing the amount of scattering of the pulp or the water-absorbent polymer may be configured to stand in close contact with the wall surfaces 50a and 50b of the toilet 50 for rabbits.
The absorbent body 1 may be formed by adding additives such as a sterilizing agent and a deodorant.
Alternatively, the surface of the rabbit mat 10, 20, or 30 or the surface of the absorbent body 1 may be printed.
In the case of rabbits, since they have the property of excreting at a predetermined position, it is preferable to perform printing of a fine mesh so as to spread as much as possible from the position where the absorbed liquid is excreted to the entire absorbent body 1, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The peripheral edge 21 is provided on the entire peripheral edge of the absorber 1, but is not limited thereto, and may be provided at least on the 2-side peripheral edge forming the right-angled portion of the rabbit mats 10, 20, 30 so as to rise in contact with the wall surfaces 50a, 50b of the rabbit toilet 50.
Although the above description has been made of a mode in which the water-absorbent polymer is used in the water absorption enhancing section 3 to absorb and hold excrement, the present invention is not limited to this, and a water-absorbent sheet or a plurality of layers of water-absorbent paper may be used.
In addition, similarly to the water-absorbent layer 13, the excrement may be absorbed and retained by using a material other than the water-absorbent polymer.
As described above, the rabbit mats 10, 20, and 30 include: since the absorbent body 1 is formed in a sheet shape having a right triangle shape, the sheet-shaped covering material 2 is formed in a size larger than that of the absorbent body 1 and covers both surfaces of the absorbent body 1, and the peripheral edge portion 21 is provided at least outside the peripheral edge of the 2 sides forming the right angle portion of the absorbent body 1 including the covering material 2, if the size of the absorbent body 1 is suitable for the size of the bottom surface of the toilet 50 for rabbits, the peripheral edge portion 21 can be vertically disposed in close contact with or in contact with the wall surface of the toilet 50 for rabbits, and excrement flowing down along the wall surface can be guided to the absorbent body 1 and absorbed, which is very hygienic, and the disposal of the excrement can be made easier.
If the mats 10, 20, and 30 for rabbits are adapted to the shape of the toilet 50 for rabbits, the possibility that the mats 10, 20, and 30 for rabbits may be damaged by biting, etc. may be reduced, the containers may be contaminated by the damaged mats, etc. may be prevented, and the mats may be sanitary and easily disposed of.
In addition, if the shape of the mat 10, 20, 30 for a rabbit is triangular or approximately triangular, it can be easily and easily applied to a rabbit toilet 50 whose bottom surface is triangular, such as to be folded in a matching manner.
The embodiments described above are merely examples of the present invention, and it is needless to say that the specific configurations and the like may be appropriately modified within the range of achieving the operational effects of the present invention.
This application is an application of priority claims accompanying japanese patent application No. 2014-.
The terms and descriptions used herein are used for the purpose of describing the embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention thereto. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
