本发明涉及一种封装管,具体涉及一种激光二极管封装管。
背景技术
目前激光二极管封装管封装套容易脱落,所以封装套不能有效利用;封装套内没有滤光片,没有防尘作用,不能有效保护激光二极管受到其他光线影响。
发明内容
本发明提供一种激光二极管封装管,针对现有的激光二极管封装管封装套不能利用的问题,本发明提供一种可以有效利用封装套制作激光模组,有效达到防尘,达到减小激光模组体积和增加激光二极管封装管的散热性能的效果。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种激光二极管封装管,包括激光管座和封装套,所述激光管座上集成激光二极管;所述封装套内集成滤光片;所述封装套与所述激光管座铆接在一起。
所述的激光二极管封装管,其优选方案为,所述封装套材质为铜。
所述的激光二极管封装管,其优选方案为,所述激光管座下部为底座,所述激光管座上部为固定架,所述封装套铆接在固定架上。
所述的激光二极管封装管,其优选方案为,所述激光二极管安装在所述固定架上。
本发明的有益效果如下:结构简单,可以利用封装套制作激光模组,不但能有效达到缩小制作激光模组的体积,还可以有效增加激光二极管封装管的导热性能;封装套上集成滤光片,滤掉干涉激光二极管的光线,达到防尘的作用,使激光二极管稳定发挥作用。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,一种激光二极管封装管,包括激光管座4和封装套1,所述封装套1材质为铜,所述封装套1内集成安装滤光片2;所述激光管座4下部为底座6,所述激光管座上部为固定架5,所述固定架5与所述封装套1铆接在一起;所述激光二极管3安装在所述固定架5上。

1.一种激光二极管封装管,其特征在于,包括激光管座和封装套,所述激光管座上集成激光二极管;所述封装套内集成滤光片;所述封装套与所述激光管座铆接在一起。

3.根据权利要求1所述的激光二极管封装管,其特征在于,所述激光管座下部为底座,所述激光管座上部为固定架,所述封装套铆接在所述固定架上。
