Abstract

一种压电陶瓷片正反面电极电气连接装置,包括银浆槽、导电银浆、圆柱棒、轴承、压电陶瓷片、电极,银浆槽内置有导电银浆,银浆槽的一端安装有轴承,圆柱棒一头穿过银浆槽的一端,另一头与银浆槽另一端的轴承固定;压电陶瓷片置于圆柱棒上,且压电陶瓷片的圆面垂直于圆柱棒的长度方向,压电陶瓷片上设有电极。通过使用本装置,电极连接的宽度和深度可以控制,连接的外观一致性好,连接的电气可靠性高,可节省约2/3的银浆耗用量。

技术领域
本发明涉及压电陶瓷技术领域,具体说是一种压电陶瓷片正反面电极电气连接装置。
背景技术
当前压电陶瓷片的应用领域越来越广,特别是在压电超声换能方面。如超声雾化片、超声胎心片、超声美容片等,这类产品大部分都要求压电陶瓷片的正负电极设置在陶瓷的同一个面上进行电气引出。传统的方法是把银浆在塑料布上淌平后,把压电陶瓷片按到银浆内,这种方法外观一致性很差、银浆浪费特别严重。另外一种方法是用毛笔粘银浆后涂刷在需电气连接的区域,这种方法电气连接可靠性达到不要求,并且外观一致性很差。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种压电陶瓷片正反面电极电气连接装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种压电陶瓷片正反面电极电气连接装置,包括银浆槽、导电银浆、圆柱棒、轴承、压电陶瓷片、电极,其特征在于:银浆槽内置有导电银浆,银浆槽的一端安装有轴承,圆柱棒一头穿过银浆槽的一端,另一头与银浆槽另一端的轴承固定;压电陶瓷片置于圆柱棒上,且压电陶瓷片的圆面垂直于圆柱棒的长度方向,压电陶瓷片上设有电极。
本发明的有益效果:通过使用本装置,电极连接的宽度和深度可以控制,连接的外观一致性好,连接的电气可靠性高,可节省约2/3的银浆耗用量。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明的技术内容进行进一步描述。
如图1、2所示,银浆槽1内置有导电银浆2,银浆槽1的一端安装有轴承4,圆柱棒3一头穿过银浆槽1的一端,另一头与银浆槽1另一端的轴承4固定;压电陶瓷片5置于圆柱棒3上,且压电陶瓷片5的圆面垂直于圆柱棒3的长度方向,压电陶瓷片5上设有电极6。
所述圆柱棒3为表面粗糙度2-5级的陶瓷或金属制成,粗糙度要求是为了防止连接操作时打滑。圆柱棒3的直径根据需连接的宽度可任意选择。
所述导电银浆2的用量最少要接触到圆柱棒3的底部,最多不超过圆柱棒3直径的2/3处。

1.一种压电陶瓷片正反面电极电气连接装置,包括银浆槽(1)、导电银浆(2)、圆柱棒(3)、轴承(4)、压电陶瓷片(5)、电极(6),其特征在于:银浆槽(1)内置有导电银浆(2),银浆槽(1)的一端安装有轴承(4),圆柱棒(3)一头穿过银浆槽(1)的一端,另一头与银浆槽(1)另一端的轴承(4)固定;压电陶瓷片(5)置于圆柱棒(3)上,且压电陶瓷片(5)的圆面垂直于圆柱棒(3)的长度方向,压电陶瓷片(5)上设有电极(6)。
