本发明涉及一种基于NFC和二维码的证书防伪鉴定方法及其系统，所述的证书防伪鉴定方法包括下述步骤：1）首先将检测或鉴定信息输入软件系统内，生成唯一的编号与网站链接，并生成含有编号与网站链接的二维码；2）利用一体机将二维码打印到NFC芯片表面，并将信息写入NFC芯片；或者利用分体机进行二维码的打印与NFC信息的读写；在NFC信息的读写过程中，系统自动保存该NFC芯片的出厂序列号，以确定本块NFC芯片的使用来源，将发放的NFC芯片受控。所述的防伪鉴定系统包括计算机、二维码打印设备、NFC读写设备和NFC芯片。本发明的证书防伪鉴定方法及其系统在证书鉴定方面具有非常大的优势。
