    为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种减肥餐盘，可让肥胖患者每天就餐时都能知道自己的身体的脂肪含量，能让减肥者每天看到自己的减肥成果。
本发明所采用的技术方案是一种减肥餐盘，由把手测量处、显示屏和就餐区组成，其特点在于：就餐区在餐盘中间，把手测量处就餐区两旁的把手上，显示屏显示使用者的人体脂肪含量。
所述把手测量处，采用瘦体导电测量法，测量时流出微弱的检测电流可测定身体瘦体（非脂肪）体重，从而得知脂肪含量。
所述显示屏，需要输入自己的体重后，方可显示脂肪含量。
本发明的有益效果是旋转景观灯，通过人转动，逐渐变亮，给有需要的人提供观景。既能节约电力，又能提供人们观景需求。

 下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
 如图1所示，一种减肥餐盘，由把手测量处（1）、显示屏（2）和就餐区（3）组成。减肥者两手握住把手测量处（1）后，把手测量处（1）流出微弱的检测电流可测定身体瘦体（非脂肪）体重，从而得知脂肪含量，将脂肪含量显示在显示屏（2）里。

1.一种减肥餐盘，由把手测量处（1）、显示屏（2）和就餐区（3）组成，其特点在于：就餐区（3）在餐盘中间，把手测量处（1）就餐区（3）两旁的把手上，显示屏（2）显示使用者的人体脂肪含量。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种减肥餐盘，所述把手测量处（1），采用瘦体导电测量法，测量时流出微弱的检测电流可测定身体瘦体（非脂肪）体重，从而得知脂肪含量。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种减肥餐盘，所述显示屏（2），可显示患者脂肪含量和标准脂肪含量，帮助患者每天得知自己的脂肪含量。
