Abstract
本发明的实施例公开了一种数据处理方法、通信设备和系统。该方法包括通信设备使用非授权频谱资源,通过混合自动重传过程向接收节点传输数据包;该通信设备确定该非授权频谱资源不可用,且该混合自动重传过程中存在未发送成功的数据包;该通信设备为该未发送成功的数据包触发自动重传。本发明实施例的方法、通信设备和系统能够在非授权频谱资源不可用时,及时有效地传输数据。
