Abstract

本发明公开了一种悬臂式电视架集线结构，包括一端铰接在底座上、另一端铰接在电视安装板上的悬臂，所述悬臂的外壁上包覆有矩形集线套，所述集线套的底面设有安装卡口、其余三面与所述悬臂的对应面贴合，所述集线套的上侧面设有一排开口向上的圆弧形卡槽。本发明在悬臂上增设集线套，能够将平板电视以及与平板电视连接的影音设备的信号线和电源线按顺序收纳在卡槽内，使其隐藏在平板电视的背后，杜绝散落在电视下方的电线造成的安全隐患，提高室内整体的美观，另外，集线套的底面设有安装卡口，与悬臂是可拆卸连接，方便损坏时更换。

   本发明涉及家用电器安装领域，具体涉及一种悬臂式电视架集线结构。
背景技术
   悬臂式电视架具有伸缩、旋转的功能，固定在该电视架上的平板电视能够满足用户不同视角的观看，平板电视一般需要和机顶盒DVD等影音播放设备连接，这些设备的连接线众多且与平板电视连接后通常拖落在电视的下方，不仅影响美观还可能会绊倒儿童和家中饲养的宠物，有些宠物甚至会撕咬连接线，易发生触电的危险且会对设备造成损坏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种悬臂式电视架集线结构，能够将影音设备散落的连接线整齐的收纳在电视架的悬臂上，使其隐藏在平板电视的背后，不仅美观而且安全。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
悬臂式电视架集线结构，包括一端铰接在底座上、另一端铰接在电视安装板上的悬臂，其特征在于：所述悬臂的外壁上包覆有矩形集线套，所述集线套的底面设有安装卡口、其余三面与所述悬臂的对应面贴合，所述集线套的上侧面设有一排开口向上的圆弧形卡槽。
本发明进一步的改进方案是，所述集线套采用塑料制成，所述集线套左、右两侧面的底部向内侧水平延伸2-4mm形成集线套底面的安装卡口。
本发明和现有技术性相比具有以下优点：
本发明在悬臂上增设集线套，能够将平板电视以及与平板电视连接的影音设备的信号线和电源线按顺序收纳在卡槽内，使其隐藏在平板电视的背后，杜绝散落在电视下方的电线造成的安全隐患，提高室内整体的美观，另外，集线套的底面设有安装卡口，与悬臂是可拆卸连接，方便损坏时更换。

具体实施方式
   如图1、2所示悬臂式电视架集线结构，包括一端铰接在底座1上、另一端铰接在电视安装板2上的悬臂3，本实施例中，悬臂3分为两段、铰接而成；悬臂3的外壁上包覆有矩形集线套4，集线套4的底面设有安装卡口41、其余三面与悬臂3的对应面贴合，集线套4的上侧面设有一排开口向上的圆弧形卡槽5。
集线套4采用塑料制成，所述集线套4左、右两侧面的底部向内侧水平延伸4mm形成集线套底面的安装卡口41，安装时将撑开的安装卡口41从悬臂3的顶面向下套入使其与悬臂3的底面卡合即可。

1. 悬臂式电视架集线结构，包括一端铰接在底座（1）上、另一端铰接在电视安装板（2）上的悬臂（3），其特征在于：所述悬臂（3）的外壁上包覆有矩形集线套（4），所述集线套（4）的底面设有安装卡口（41）、其余三面与所述悬臂（3）的对应面贴合，所述集线套（4）的上侧面设有一排开口向上的圆弧形卡槽（5）。
2. 如权利要求1所述的悬臂式电视架集线结构，其特征在于：所述集线套（4）采用塑料制成，所述集线套（4）左、右两侧面的底部向内侧水平延伸2-4mm形成集线套底面的安装卡口（41）。
