Abstract

止回阀涉及一种多阀瓣的快闭止回阀。主要是为解决现有的快闭止回阀阻力大,噪声大;而多阀瓣止回阀不能快速关闭的问题而设计的。它包括阀体,阀体由左、右两个壳体组成,左壳体上有进水口,右壳体上有出水口;左壳体内有内阀体固定板,内阀体固定板周围与左壳体内壁焊接密封,内阀体固定板上有若干个过水口,每个过水口面向右壳体一侧都固定一个筒体,筒体上连接的支架中央有导向孔,对应每个过水口上都有一个阀瓣,阀瓣的中央固定有垂直于阀瓣的导向轴,导向轴装在支架中央的导向孔中,螺旋弹簧套装在导向轴外面,螺旋弹簧一端固定在支架上,另一端顶在阀瓣上。各阀瓣上安装的螺旋弹簧的弹力不同。优点是可依次关闭,噪声小,水锤小。

一种止回阀
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种止回阀,特别是涉及一种多阀瓣的快闭止回阀。可用于给、排水及石油、化工、电站、冶金等的管路系统。
背景技术:
现有的快闭止回阀都是单阀瓣或双阀瓣的,这两种阀只适用于小口径管道,如用于大口径管道,则会因为阀瓣加大加厚而变重,阻力大,噪声大;现有的多阀瓣止回阀(指3个或3个以上阀瓣的)都是旋启式的,不能快速关闭,是在回水倒流时关闭,有较大的水锤产生,对管道系统有破坏作用,并且噪声大。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适于各种口径管道,关闭快,噪声小,水锤小的止回阀。
上述目的是这样实现的:它包括阀体,阀体由左、右(或称上、下)两个壳体组成,两个壳体通过法兰连接固定,左壳体上有进水口,右壳体上有出水口;在左、右两壳体连接处附近的左壳体内设有内阀体固定板,内阀体固定板周围与左壳体内壁焊接密封,内阀体固定板上设有若干个过水口,每个过水口面向右壳体一侧都固定一个筒体,筒体上连接有支架,支架中央有导向孔,对应每个过水口上都有一个阀瓣,阀瓣的中央固定有垂直于阀瓣的导向轴,导向轴装在支架中央的导向孔中,导向轴能够在支架中央的导向孔中滑动,螺旋弹簧套装在导向轴外面,螺旋弹簧一端固定在支架上,另一端顶在阀瓣上。
为了能让各阀瓣不是同时关闭,而是依次关闭,在各阀瓣上安装的螺旋弹簧的弹力不同,如在各阀瓣上安装的螺旋弹簧的弹力可分别为5公斤、6公斤、7公斤等。
本发明的优点是:由于可以根据止回阀口径的大小确定阀瓣的数量,单个阀瓣的体积、重量较小,且可以依次关闭,而非同时关闭,所以噪声小,产生的水锤小,由于阀瓣的关闭不靠回水,而是用弹簧控制,所以关闭快,在回水到来之前就已经关闭了。

具体实施方式:
参照图1、2,它包括阀体,阀体由左、右(或称上、下)两个壳体组成,两个壳体通过法兰连接固定,左壳体1上有进水口,右壳体2上有出水口;在左、右两壳体连接处附近的左壳体内设有内阀体固定板3,内阀体固定板周围与左壳体内壁焊接密封,内阀体固定板上设有若干个过水口4,每个过水口面向右壳体一侧都固定一个简体5,简体上连接有支架6,支架中央有导向孔7,对应每个过水口上都有一个阀瓣8,阀瓣的中央固定有垂直于阀瓣的导向轴9,导向轴装在支架中央的导向孔中,导向轴能够在支架中央的导向孔中滑动,螺旋弹簧10套装在导向轴外面,螺旋弹簧一端固定在支架上,另一端顶在阀瓣上。
为了能让各阀瓣不是同时关闭,而是依次关闭,在各阀瓣上安装的螺旋弹簧10的弹力不同,如在各阀瓣上安装的螺旋弹簧的弹力可分别为5公斤、6公斤、7公斤等。

1.一种止回阀,包括阀体,阀体由左、右两个壳体组成,两个壳体通过法兰连接固定,左壳体(1)上有进水口,右壳体(2)上有出水口;在左、右两壳体连接处附近的左壳体内设有内阀体固定板(3),内阀体固定板周围与左壳体内壁焊接密封,内阀体固定板上设有若干个过水口(4),其特征是:每个过水口面向右壳体一侧都固定一个筒体(5),筒体上连接有支架(6),支架中央有导向孔(7),对应每个过水口上都有一个阀瓣(8),阀瓣的中央固定有垂直于阀瓣的导向轴(9),导向轴装在支架中央的导向孔中,导向轴能够在支架中央的导向孔中滑动,螺旋弹簧(10)套装在导向轴外面,螺旋弹簧一端固定在支架上,另一端顶在阀瓣上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的止回阀,其特征是:在各阀瓣上安装的螺旋弹簧(10)的弹力不同。
