本发明涉及一种BOPP消光膜。
背景技术
随着人们审美观念的变化,对包装用品的要求不断更新,对包装材料表面呈现多样性的要求,以便从美学、广告等方面产生特殊效果,于是消光膜应运而生。消光膜是一种低光泽高雾度成漫反射消光效果的包装用膜,薄膜表面类似纸面具有非常低的光泽,其表面反射光弱而柔和,具有手感舒适、外观宁静典雅、印刷时色彩能够逼真再现等诸多优点,有类纸包装膜或者自然光光泽膜之称。但现有的消光膜存在着作用时间短,机械性能不足。因此,现有的消光膜有待于进一步的改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种BOPP消光膜,作用时间长,消光效果好,增加了美观度,且使用时间长。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种BOPP消光膜,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
PE9-17份,HDPE8-12份,镁砂3-8份,乌洛托品5-7份,聚氧乙烯4-7份,高岭土6-10份,聚四氟乙烯树脂14份,聚乙烯醇1-4份,消光母料12-18份,滑石粉6-10份,硬脂酸2-6份,油酸酰胺3-5份,木质素1-2份,增塑剂6-8份,硅藻土11-14份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的BOPP消光膜,作用时间长,消光效果好,增加了美观度,且使用时间长。
