Abstract
The invention provides a sealing structure for a supporting wheel. The sealing structure is used for sealing of the supporting wheel of a harvester crawler. The sealing structure comprises a bolt (1), a shaft end check ring (2), a supporting sleeve (3), a supporting wheel shaft (4), a guide end cover (5), a guide wheel oil seal (6), a bearing (7) and the supporting wheel (8); the guide end cover (5) is composed of a round disk with a large external diameter and a round neck with a small external diameter which are in the same internal hole diameter, the guide end cover (5), the guide wheel oil seal (6) and the supporting sleeve (3) are coaxially arranged on the supporting wheel shaft (4), the round neck with the small external diameter of the guide end cover (5) is sleeved with the guide wheel oil seal (6), and one end of the supporting sleeve (3) is connected with the bottom of the round disk with the large external diameter of the guide end cover (5); the shaft end check ring (2) is fastened to the supporting wheel shaft (4) through the bolt (1); a layer of an elastic sealing ring is arranged on the internal hole wall of the guide end cover (5); the sealing structure for the supporting wheel is simple in structure, low in cost and good in sealing effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sealing structure, in particular to a sealing structure of a thrust wheel of a full-feeding harvester.
Background
The track thrust wheel is a key part of a walking mechanism of the track harvester and has the function of transmitting the weight of the harvester to the ground through the track and rolling on the track to prevent the track from transversely moving relative to the frame. Because of the harsh working environment, the thrust wheel works in muddy land for a long time, and the sealing property directly influences the use performance of the thrust wheel.
The sealing device for the thrust wheel of the existing crawler-type harvester comprises an end cover and a muddy water oil seal, wherein the end cover and the thrust wheel are fixedly connected during installation and are sealed through the muddy water oil seal. For example, chinese patent CN203142833U discloses a sealing device for a thrust wheel, which includes a sealing mechanism on the inner side of the thrust wheel and a sealing mechanism on the outer side of the thrust wheel. Because crawler-type harvester thrust wheel is when reaping, and operating condition is abominable, and muddy water passes through sealing device very easily and gets into in the thrust wheel bearing, and sealed effect is poor, leads to the bearing wearing and tearing fast, and life is short, and the fault rate of thrust wheel is higher, causes great economic loss in the season of reaping.
Therefore, how to solve the sealing problem of the thrust wheel of the harvester is a technical problem to be solved urgently.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a thrust wheel sealing structure, which is used for sealing a full-feeding harvester crawler thrust wheel, and the sealing structure includes a bolt 1, a shaft end retainer 2, a thrust shaft sleeve 3, a thrust shaft 4, a guide end cover 5, a guide wheel oil seal 6, a bearing 7, and a thrust wheel 8; the guide end cover 5 consists of a large-outer-diameter disc and a small-outer-diameter round neck with the same inner bore diameter, the guide end cover 5, a guide wheel oil seal 6 and a thrust shaft sleeve 3 are axially arranged on a thrust wheel shaft 4, the guide wheel oil seal 6 is sleeved on the small-outer-diameter round neck of the guide end cover 5, and one end of the thrust shaft sleeve 3 is connected with the bottom of the large-outer-diameter disc of the guide end cover 5; the shaft end retainer ring 2 is fastened on the thrust wheel shaft 4 through a bolt 1; and a layer of elastic sealing ring 51 is arranged on the inner hole wall of the guide end cover 5, and the material of the elastic sealing ring 51 is any one or more rubber materials selected from silicon rubber, fluororubber and nitrile vulcanized rubber. The material of the guide end cover 5 is any one or more rigid materials selected from aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper and iron. By controlling the tolerance fit of the size M of the bogie shaft 4 and the guide end cover 5 and adding the elastic sealing ring 51 on the inner side of the guide end cover 5, the sealing performance of the guide end cover 5 and the bogie shaft 4 is ensured.
The guide wheel oil seal 6 is an annular elastic sealing material, and is provided with six layers of sealing including two main lips 61 and 62, two auxiliary lips 63 and 64 and two annular bulges 65 and 66 from inside to outside. During assembly, the axial clearance X between the guide end cover 5 and the guide wheel oil seal 6 is controlled not to exceed 2mm through the bolt 1 and the shaft end retainer ring 2, so that two annular bulges 65 and 66 of the guide wheel oil seal 6 are flattened, and the sealing performance of the guide wheel oil seal and the guide end cover 5 is ensured. The guide wheel oil seal 6 is injected with lubricating oil before assembly as necessary. In addition, the tolerance fit of the outer diameter H size of the small outer diameter round neck of the guide end cover 5 is controlled through part requirements, two main lips 61 and 62 arranged on the guide wheel oil seal 6 are guaranteed to abut against the small outer diameter round neck of the guide end cover 5, and a good sealing effect is achieved.
The thrust wheel sealing structure provided by the invention is used for carrying out multiple sealing on the thrust wheel, when a harvester is used for harvesting, muddy water is not easy to enter a thrust wheel bearing, and the fault rate of the thrust wheel is reduced; meanwhile, the axial clearance between the guide end cover 5 and the guide wheel oil seal 6 is controlled through the tightening degree of the bolt 1, so that high sealing is ensured; and simple structure, low cost, sealed effectual.

A thrust wheel sealing structure is used for sealing a track thrust wheel of a harvester and is characterized by comprising a bolt (1), a shaft end retainer ring (2), a thrust shaft sleeve (3), a thrust shaft (4), a guide end cover (5), a guide wheel oil seal (6), a bearing (7) and a thrust wheel (8); wherein,
the guide end cover (5) consists of a large-outer-diameter disc and a small-outer-diameter round neck with the same inner aperture, the guide end cover (5), a guide wheel oil seal (6) and a thrust shaft sleeve (3) are coaxially arranged on the thrust wheel shaft (4), the guide wheel oil seal (6) is sleeved on the small-outer-diameter round neck of the guide end cover (5), and one end of the thrust shaft sleeve (3) is connected with the bottom of the large-outer-diameter disc of the guide end cover (5); the shaft end retainer ring (2) is fastened on the thrust wheel shaft (4) through a bolt (1); and the number of the first and second groups,

2. The thrust wheel seal structure according to claim 1, wherein the elastic seal ring (51) is made of one or more rubber materials selected from silicone rubber, fluororubber, and nitrile vulcanized rubber.
3. The seal structure of a track roller according to claim 1, wherein the guide wheel oil seal (6) is an annular elastic sealing material, and has six layers of seals, from the inside to the outside, of two main lips (61, 62), two auxiliary lips (63, 64), and two annular protrusions (65, 66).
4. The bogie wheel seal arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the axial clearance between the guide end cap (5) and the guide wheel oil seal (6) is no more than 2 mm.
5. The thrust wheel seal structure according to claim 1, wherein the material of the guide end cover (5) is one or more rigid materials selected from aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper and iron.
