本发明公开了一种安全卫生的抗菌性离型纸,包括防油纸层,所述防油纸层的下端面涂有第一硅油层,所述防油纸层的上端面涂有第二硅油层,所述防油纸层上设有若干个孔洞,每个孔洞的直径为0.15mm,所述第二硅油层上涂有抗菌层,且抗菌层上设置有防尘层,所述防油纸层的厚度为1mm,第一硅油层的厚度为0.2mm,第二硅油层的厚度为0.15mm,抗菌层的厚度为0.25mm,防尘层的厚度为0.1mm。通过采用上述技术方案,结构设计合理,结构简单,耐高低温、抗氧化能力强,且具有抗菌功能,使用寿命长。

一种安全卫生的抗菌性离型纸
技术领域
本发明涉及用于制作饭盒的纸张技术领域,具体涉及一种安全卫生的抗菌性离型纸。
背景技术
饭盒是当下使用频率非常高的一种食品包装容器,使用方便且成本较低,其制造用纸也大有讲究。现有技术的饭盒一般由普通的防油纸制成,但是使用时人们往往发现现有的防油纸结构设置不合理,用防油纸制成的饭盒耐高低温、抗氧化能力不强,适用范围不大,且饭盒长时间放着不用容易沾染灰尘,滋生细菌,当食物放入饭盒,容易将细菌混在一起食用,非常不卫生。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构设计合理,结构简单,耐高低温、抗氧化能力强,且具有抗菌功能的安全卫生的抗菌性离型纸。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种安全卫生的抗菌性离型纸,包括防油纸层,所述防油纸层的下端面涂有第一硅油层,所述防油纸层的上端面涂有第二硅油层,所述防油纸层上设有若干个孔洞,每个孔洞的直径为0.15mm,所述第二硅油层上涂有抗菌层,且抗菌层上设置有防尘层,所述防油纸层的厚度为1mm,第一硅油层的厚度为0.2mm,第二硅油层的厚度为0.15mm,抗菌层的厚度为0.25mm,防尘层的厚度为0.1mm。
通过采用上述技术方案,在防油纸层的双面涂有的第一硅油层和第二硅油层具有较好的耐高低温、抗氧化性能,适用范围就相对较大,而且使用寿命较长;防油纸层上设置孔洞后透气性好,不易滋生细菌,并可减轻重量;抗菌层对抗菌层本身及食物起到抗菌、杀菌的作用;防尘层可隔绝长期放置而堆积的灰尘和细菌。
本发明进一步设置为:所述抗菌层中部设置有一层加强层,所述加强层由尼龙线组成。通过本设置,加强层设置合理,可延长使用寿命。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述防尘层与抗菌层可分离设置,且防尘层是由聚偏二氯乙烯材料制成的薄膜。通过本设置,防尘层可隔绝长期放置而堆积的灰尘和细菌,使用时,撕开防尘层,将食物放置在抗菌层上,干净卫生。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述抗菌层是由生物抗菌素喷涂而成。通过本设置,抗菌层无污染,更加干净卫生。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述防油纸层上均匀设置有N个孔洞,且N≥12。通过本设置,防油纸层结构设置更加合理。
本发明的优点是:与现有技术相比,本发明结构设置合理,结构简单,在防油纸层的双面涂有的第一硅油层和第二硅油层具有较好的耐高低温、抗氧化性能,适用范围就相对较大,而且使用寿命较长;防油纸层上设置孔洞后透气性好,不易滋生细菌,并可减轻重量;抗菌层对抗菌层本身及食物起到抗菌、杀菌的作用;加强层可延长使用寿命;防尘层可隔绝长期放置而堆积的灰尘和细菌,使用时,撕开防尘层,将食物放置在抗菌层上,干净卫生。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明公开的一种安全卫生的抗菌性离型纸,包括防油纸层1,所述防油纸层1的下端面涂有第一硅油层2,所述防油纸层1的上端面涂有第二硅油层3,所述防油纸层1上设有若干个孔洞11,每个孔洞11的直径为0.15mm,所述第二硅油层3上涂有抗菌层4,且抗菌层4上设置有防尘层5,所述防油纸层1的厚度为1mm,第一硅油层2的厚度为0.2mm,第二硅油层3的厚度为0.15mm,抗菌层4的厚度为0.25mm,防尘层5的厚度为0.1mm。
所述抗菌层4中部嵌入式设置有一层加强层6,所述加强层6由尼龙线组成。尼龙线为市场上常用制作鱼线的材料,尼龙线织成网状后设置在抗菌层4中部。尼龙线具有强度高、耐磨和回弹性好的特点,可延长使用寿命。
为使本发明结构更加合理,作为优选的,本实施例所述防尘层5与抗菌层4可分离设置,且防尘层5是由聚偏二氯乙烯材料制成的薄膜。聚偏二氯乙烯材料简称PVDC,是市场上常用的制作保鲜膜的材料,防尘层5与市场上的保鲜膜相同,具有粘性,与抗菌层4粘接固定,使用时,撕开防尘层5,将食物放置在抗菌层4上,干净卫生。
所述抗菌层4是由无污染、无残留的生物抗菌素喷涂而成。生物抗菌素是现有的药物。
所述防油纸层1上均匀设置有N个孔洞11,且N≥12。
本发明结构设置合理,结构简单,结构简单,在防油纸层的双面涂有的第一硅油层和第二硅油层具有较好的耐高低温、抗氧化性能,适用范围就相对较大,而且使用寿命较长;防油纸层上设置孔洞后透气性好,不易滋生细菌,并可减轻重量;抗菌层对抗菌层本身及食物起到抗菌、杀菌的作用;加强层可延长使用寿命;防尘层可隔绝长期放置而堆积的灰尘和细菌,使用时,撕开防尘层,将食物放置在抗菌层上,干净卫生。

1.一种安全卫生的抗菌性离型纸,包括防油纸层(1),其特征在于:所述防油纸层(1)的下端面涂有第一硅油层(2),所述防油纸层(1)的上端面涂有第二硅油层(3),所述防油纸层(1)上设有若干个孔洞(11),每个孔洞(11)的直径为0.15mm,所述第二硅油层(3)上涂有抗菌层(4),且抗菌层(4)上设置有防尘层(5),所述防油纸层(1)的厚度为1mm,第一硅油层(2)的厚度为0.2mm,第二硅油层(3)的厚度为0.15mm,抗菌层(4)的厚度为0.25mm,防尘层(5)的厚度为0.1mm;所述抗菌层(4)中部设置有一层加强层(6),所述加强层(6)由尼龙线组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全卫生的抗菌性离型纸,其特征在于:所述防尘层(5)与抗菌层(4)可分离设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种安全卫生的抗菌性离型纸,其特征在于:所述防尘层(5)是由聚偏二氯乙烯材料制成的薄膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种安全卫生的抗菌性离型纸,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(4)是由生物抗菌素喷涂而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种安全卫生的抗菌性离型纸,其特征在于:所述防油纸层(1)上均匀设置有N个孔洞(11),且N≥12。
