Abstract

背景技术
本发明大体上涉及喷雾装置,且更明确地说,涉及适用于多种容器的喷雾装置。
施加肥料、杀虫剂或其它化学制品的典型草坪和花园罐式喷雾器(tank sprayer)需要固定的稀释比例,通过向其添加水来提供流体喷雾混合物。要提供足以雾化流体混合物并促使其成喷雾的压力,必然需要大量的能量。这需要将空气手动抽到压力腔室中,并将压力增大到产生足够用于施加的喷雾样式的量级,这对用户的人力要求过高。用户还将周期性地将压力抽回到其操作压力,以重新建立适当的喷雾样式,从而中断了喷雾过程,延长了完成喷雾施加所需要的时间。
并入有抽气单元(aspirating unit)的当前可用花园软管端(hose-end)喷雾器利用一系列口来计量系统的浓缩物侧(concentrate side),以达到预设的混合比例。举例来说,可从斯科茨奇迹格罗公司(Scotts Miracle-Gro Company)购得的常用的Dial N SprayTM单元在旋转的圆盘中使用带刻度且带标签的各种口,使得用户仅需要将刻度盘设定到正确的设置来达到所要的混合比例。下游压力波动(可调整喷嘴有时候会出现这种波动)可能影响这些抽气单元的计量准确性。另外,当喷雾器喷嘴中产生反压力时,文氏管在低于大气压时将无法起作用,从而导致流量改变或实际上停止。混合比例也会受到影响。混合比例的这些变化又将影响喷雾施加的功效。
此外,市场上的许多喷雾器需要预混合化学制品和水,从而使用户暴露于化学制品和在混合期间化学制品溢出的可能性。浓缩物瓶盖的最初开口和典型的箔封口可能会难以弄破。用户通常使用尖锐的工具来弄破封口。工具在刺破箔时,上面极有可能会沾到浓缩物。工具和打开箔封口的过程使用户暴露于意外的浓缩物溢出。有时使用传送容器来测量浓缩物的量,所述浓缩物接着被传送到喷雾器。在此过程中存在与传送容器的清洗和储存相关联的暴露风险。用户需要用勺、盖或其它测量装置来手动地测量出推荐数量的浓缩物。接着添加浓缩物,并用已知体积的水在喷雾器罐中稀释浓缩物以供施加。预混合和传送过程可能会使浓缩物沉积在喷雾器的不当表面上,从而导致在更大程度上暴露于化学制品。
本发明的实施例的主要目的是提供一种能消除或减少用户受到浓缩物和稀释的化学制品伤害的可能性的喷雾器系统。本发明的实施例的另一目的是提供一种不需要预混合浓缩物和水的喷雾器系统。本发明的实施例的另一目的是提供一种喷雾器系统,其减少或消除与喷射化学制品、储存化学制品、正确弃置化学制品和清除化学制品相关联的环境问题和其它问题。本发明的实施例的又一目的是提供一种适用于任何类型的容器的喷雾器系统。本发明的实施例的另一目的是提供一种具有准确和可靠的计量组件的喷雾器系统。本发明的实施例的另一目的是提供一种易于清洗的喷雾器系统。本发明的实施例的另一目的是提供一种对流体的移动、混合和过滤过程的透明的和视觉上的指示。本发明的实施例的又一目的是提供一种按照人机工程学设计且操作起来不太费力或不费力的喷雾器系统。本发明的实施例的另一目的是仅允许加压的喷雾器罐中有干净的水。
发明内容
这些和其它目的和优点是通过具有喷雾器组合件的喷雾器系统来实现的,所述喷雾器组合件适用于多种大小和形状的容器。在本发明的实施例的一个方面中,喷雾器组合件包含位于液流导管中的双文氏管,用以提供喷雾体积中的均匀的压力和一致的流量。在本发明的实施例的另一方面中,喷雾器组合件包含用于准确和可靠地调节混合比例的计量盘。在本发明的实施例的又一方面中,喷雾器组合件包含适用于多种容器口的汲取管。除了充当用于使浓缩物进入到喷雾器组合件中的导管以外,所述汲取管还可用作刺穿装置(cutting device),用以打开其中将插入汲取管的容器。因为汲取管能适用于多种容器口,所以汲取管允许喷雾器组合件配合到多种容器口。喷雾器组合件容易耦合到汲取管,从而可适用于不同类型的容器。

具体实施方式
如将理解,本发明的实施例提供如图1中所绘示的具有喷雾组合件12的喷雾系统10,所述喷雾组合件12用于便利地适用于容器14以用于撤回、混合和分配来自容器14的成分。容器14通常保存例如化学制品或肥料成分等的添加剂,其必须与另一流体(例如水)混合。喷雾组合件12包含用于附接到流体源(例如水罐18)的柔性软管16。应了解,流体源可具有多种结构(包含背包式罐、手提便携式罐乃至拖拉机运输的罐)中的任一结构。

如图1中所绘示,出口38可连接到长轴40,长轴40进一步连接到喷雾嘴尖端42。通路34还连接到通路44,通路44垂直于通路34而定位。通路44进一步连接到通路46,通路46垂直于通路44且平行于通路34而延伸。通路46连接到通路48,通路48连接到通路34,从而形成环状。通路46还经由通路50连接到通路34。止回阀35位于通路50的上方,保护容器14免受流体的任何回流。一个文氏管52位于通路34内,另一文氏管54位于通路46内。双文氏管产生文氏管效应,从容器14牵引浓缩物,使其与流体导管29中的水混合。双文氏管布置提供高压喷雾,从而使喷雾体积均匀且连续。

参看图6,其绘示本发明的双文氏管线路60,并清楚地说明了混合物(浓缩物和水)在喷雾系统10中的流动样式。主文氏管54位于通路46中,次级文氏管52位于通路34中。来自容器14的浓缩物通过汲取管20而被向上牵引到通路56。截流阀58位于通路50中。如果截流阀58打开,浓缩物便可通过两个路径流动。也就是说,浓缩物可通过通路46流动到喷雾嘴42,也可通过通路50流动到通路34再到喷雾嘴42。
水在进口36处进入柔性软管16,且在点37处被引导到两个不同路径中。水如箭头62所示沿通路44向下流动。水从通路44移动进入并通过通路54并通过主文氏管54,从而与文氏管54处的浓缩物混合,所述混合物继续通过通路34沿通路48向上到喷雾嘴42。水流沿着的第二路径是在通路34中。如果截流阀58打开,浓缩物便沿通路50向上移动,并在第二文氏管52处与通路34中的水混合。此水/浓缩物流在点62处遇到第一水/浓缩物混合物,且混合物通过喷嘴42一起流出。如果截流阀58关闭,那么仅水流动通过通路34,从而在点62处添加到水/浓缩物混合物中,并通过喷雾嘴42流出。因此,根据混合物中所必需的水的体积,如果需要更多的水,截流阀便关闭,如果需要较少的水,截流阀便保持打开。截流阀58由计量装置28控制。
参看图7和图8,其绘示处于通路34中的文氏管52。浓缩物沿通路50向上移动并进入文氏管喉部(throat),在此点其与通路34中的水混合。此文氏管设计具有针对此喷雾组合件12中所使用的流动速率和混合比例的范围的最佳喉部直径。此文氏管允许以较高能效来混合水与浓缩物,因为两者都在在同一方向上流动。
对喷雾嘴和文氏管的大小和流动特性的调整对于实现针对草坪和花园应用的适当雾化和喷雾样式非常关键。花园喷雾器中所使用的喷雾嘴经设计成在其典型的操作压力内工作。在文氏管设计中,在文氏管喉部下游存在压力损耗,起因是由流动路径几何形状的改变和喉部中不同速度的流的混合造成的摩擦损耗。喷雾嘴经设计成流量系数介于约0.2加仑每分钟到约0.4加仑每分钟的范围中,并以适当的样式形状和分配提供介于约200微米到600微米范围中的微滴大小。喷雾嘴设计还具有流量系数相同的不同喷雾模式。此喷嘴设计提供正确的流体压力分配和流动速率,从而在操作压力范围内和不同喷嘴设置时可获得正确的混合比例。
在本发明的另一方面中,参看图9,其说明外壳30的细节。外壳30可由对将被喷射的化学制品流体具有抵抗性并与其相容的任何合适材料制成。实例包含(但不限于)不同类型的聚合材料(例如,聚乙烯和聚丙烯)和金属(例如,不锈钢)。在优选实施例中,外壳30和其它流体组分由澄清的聚丙烯制成,这样用户便可在化学制品流体穿过系统时查看化学制品流体,以确定何时流体混合。位于外壳30上的区段66是透明或半透明的,这样用户便可查看正穿过系统的流体。如图9中所绘示,外壳30全部是透明的,或仅有特定区段是透明的。在外壳30上还可包含流量指示器68,指示系统是否按要求运行。
在本发明的另一方面中,喷雾器组合件12可包含作为计量装置28上的喷雾选项的自清洗循环。如图10中所说明,“清洗”循环70包含在计量装置28上。此自清洗选项使水在喷雾器组合件12中冲洗,从而去除流体导管29、轴40和喷雾嘴42中化学制品的所有痕迹。这样可防止喷嘴42和流体导管29中颗粒聚积和堵塞,且让用户能清洗喷雾器组合件12,并且无需在清洗之前去除喷雾组合件。这进一步消除或减少用户暴露于化学制品的可能性。
作为另一选项,可容易拆卸喷雾组合件12进行清洗。图11将喷雾器11和计量装置28绘示成单独的组件,所述组件在必需进行进一步清洗的情况下易于拆开。
尽管已参考示范性实施例描述了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员将了解,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可作出各种改变且可用等效物替代本发明的元件。另外,在不脱离本发明的基本范围的情况下,可作出许多修改以使具体情况或材料适应于本发明的教示。因此,希望本发明不限于作为预期用于执行本发明的最佳模式而揭示的具体实施例,本发明将包含属于所附实施例的范围内的所有实施例。
Claims (12)
1.一种喷雾器组合件,其用于啮合添加剂源,所述喷雾器组合件包括:
汲取管,其用于插入在添加剂源中,借此所述汲取管经配置以啮合所述添加剂源;
外壳,其经配置以啮合所述汲取管;以及
流体导管,其安置在所述外壳中,用于耦合到所述汲取管,其中所述流体导管包含平行的双文氏管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷雾器组合件,其中所述外壳包括计量装置,所述计量装置耦合到所述流体导管,用以调节混合比例。
3.根据权利要求2所述的喷雾器组合件,其中所述计量装置包括刻度盘。
4.根据权利要求3所述的喷雾器组合件,其中所述计量装置包括多个混合口,且其中所述多个混合口与一个或一个以上路径相关联。
5.根据权利要求4所述的喷雾器组合件,其中所述多个混合口起动所述双文氏管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的喷雾器组合件,其中所述汲取管包括用于啮合所述添加剂源的盖。
7.根据权利要求6所述的喷雾器组合件,其中所述汲取管配合多个不同大小的盖。
8.根据权利要求6所述的喷雾器组合件,其中所述汲取管配合多个不同大小的瓶颈。
9.根据权利要求1所述的喷雾器组合件,其中所述汲取管包括刺穿组件。
10.根据权利要求6所述的喷雾器组合件,其中所述汲取管包括安置在所述盖的下侧上的刺穿组件。
11.根据权利要求1所述的喷雾器组合件,其中所述流体导管包括用于保护所述添加剂源的一个或一个以上止回阀。
12.一种喷雾器系统,其包括:
容器,其中具有添加剂源;
计量装置,其耦合到所述添加剂源;
流体导管,其具有流体输入端、流体输出端和双文氏管系统,其中所述双文氏管系统耦合到所述流体输入端和所述添加剂源,并且所述双文氏管是平行的;以及
喷嘴,其耦合到所述流体输出端。
