本发明公开了双膜恒温大棚,属于农、畜牧业种植、养殖用温室大棚,包括后墙、支柱、鼓风机、鼓风管、尼龙线网和塑料薄膜层,所述支柱总共有三种长度,与后墙组成一个斜面,所述尼龙线网由纵向铺设和横向铺设的尼龙线构成,连接后墙和支柱顶端,其上铺有塑料薄膜层,所述塑料薄膜层由两层聚乙烯塑料薄膜组成,之间用Z型塑料薄膜连接,其下方设有真空机,所述鼓风管分为上风管和下风管,上风管设置在后墙上,与塑料薄膜层上端连接,连接处设有开口,下风管设置在大棚前端,利用鼓风机吹动管道内空气流动,在下风管一侧设有造冰机。本发明设计合理,操作非常方便,冬夏都可使用,大棚造价成本大大降低。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农、畜牧业种植、养殖用温室大棚领域,特别涉及双膜恒温大棚。
背景技术
我国是农业种植和畜牧业养殖大国,十八界三中全会以来,在党的土地流转政策扶持下,农业种植和畜牧业得到了快速的发展。在气温较低的秋末、冬季和初春,农业种植或者畜牧业养殖需要利用温室大棚。传统的温室大棚,利用竹竿作为骨架,附上一层塑料薄膜,用铁丝勒住,上面再覆盖草帘,上午的时候将草帘卷起来,下午再放开用于保温。由于竹竿非常容易损坏,长时间接触潮气后容易腐烂,一般每使用2年左右,就需要更换,这样大棚的造价就显的比较高,并且草帘无论是卷起还是放下,都比较的费时费力,并且不防水,遇到雨水天气,吸水后非常的沉重,极容易压坏大棚架体。另外,现在新型的电动卷帘机大棚,虽然进行了改进,但大大增加了建棚的成本,每亩成本要60000元以上,种植三年都收不回成本,并且在夏天时,日照强度大,大棚内温度很高,但是没有降温措施,大棚处于荒废状态。此外,因资金短缺而临时搭建的工业用简易厂房、车间和困难居民用房,冬凉夏热,在里面苦不堪言。因此,急需一种造价低、省时省力,防水耐用,在冬季和夏季都可使用的大棚。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对以上现有技术不足而提供了双膜恒温大棚,适用于农副业种植、养殖,亦可以用作工业简易厂房、居民用阳光房等。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:双膜恒温大棚,包括后墙、支柱、鼓风机、鼓风管、尼龙线网和塑料薄膜层,所述支柱总共有三种长度,与后墙一起构成一个斜面,所述尼龙线网由纵向铺设和横向铺设的尼龙线构成,其中纵向铺设的尼龙线连接后墙和支柱顶端,横向铺设的尼龙线置于上部,其上铺有塑料薄膜层,并且在塑料薄膜层的下方设有真空机,所述鼓风管分为上风管和下风管,上风管设置在后墙上,与塑料薄膜层上端连接,连接处设有开口,下风管设置在大棚前端,利用鼓风机吹动管道内空气流动。
进一步,所述塑料薄膜层由两层聚乙烯塑料薄膜组成,之间用Z型塑料薄膜连接,中间可填充保温颗粒,其上端连接上风管,下端与下风管连接并设有粘扣。
再进一步,所述下风管一侧设有造冰机,可向鼓风管制造冰粒,在夏天时使用,可以大棚进行降温,防止里面的农作物或者牲畜因棚内温度过高而中暑。
本发明设计合理,使用方便,利用尼龙线网代替竹竿,增加了大棚的牢固度和耐用性,并且保温材料利用塑料薄膜包住,不会接触水分,采用鼓风机替代人工,增加了操作的方便性和效率,每天节省两个工时,足不出户就可以控制一个或多个大棚,将农民从日复一日拉草帘的繁重劳动中解救出来,并且在夏天可以利用造冰机进行降温,提高的大棚的使用范围。如果用于工业简易厂房、居民用阳光房,则可以舒适宜人,冬暖夏凉,样式新颖。

具体实施方式
参照说明书附图对本发明的工作原理做以下详细说明:
如图1所示,双膜恒温大棚,包括后墙1、支柱7、鼓风机2、鼓风管、尼龙线网5和塑料薄膜层6,所述支柱7总共有三种长度,与后墙组成一个斜面,所述尼龙线网5由纵向铺设和横向铺设的尼龙线构成,其中纵向铺设的尼龙线连接后墙1和支柱7顶端,横向铺设的尼龙线置于上部构成网状,其上铺有塑料薄膜层6,塑料薄膜层6的下方设有真空机12。
如图2所示,所述鼓风管分为上风管3和下风管4,上风管3设置在后墙上,与塑料薄膜层6上端连接,连接处设有开口,下风管4设置在大棚前端,利用鼓风机2吹动管道内空气流动。
如图3和图4所示,所述塑料薄膜层由两层聚乙烯塑料薄膜组成,之间用Z型塑料薄膜10连接,中间可填充保温颗粒8,其上端连接上风管3,下端与下风管4连接并设有粘扣11。白天时,打开塑料薄膜层6下端的粘扣11,此时保温颗粒8就会下滚进入下风管4,此时打开真空机12,上层的聚乙烯塑料薄膜就会下落与下层的聚乙烯塑料薄膜贴合,这样不会影响大棚白天的采光。夜晚时,关闭粘扣11,打开鼓风机2,通过鼓风机2风力将下风管4内保温颗粒8吹向上风管3,渐由下往上填满塑料薄膜层6,此时大棚就会处于保温状态。
进一步,在鼓风管的一侧设有造冰机9。在夏天时,由于光照强烈,大棚内的温度很高,不适于农作物和畜牧的生长。此时将保温颗粒去掉,利用造冰机制造冰粒,冰粒通过鼓风机飞鼓风管道进入大棚上部,经过塑料薄膜层后逐渐融化,带走大棚的热量,起到降温的作用,溶化后的水流入大棚灌溉农作物。
本发明设计合理,使用方便,不仅用于农,畜牧业领域,亦可用作建设工业用简易厂房、居民用阳光房等,能达到舒适宜人,冬暖夏凉的效果。

1.双膜恒温大棚,包括后墙(1)、支柱(7)、鼓风机(2)、鼓风管、尼龙线网(5)和塑料薄膜层(6),所述支柱(7)总共有三种长度,与后墙(1)组成一个斜面,所述尼龙线网(5)由纵向铺设和横向铺设的尼龙线构成,其中纵向铺设的尼龙线连接后墙和支柱顶端,横向铺设的尼龙线置于上部构成网状,其上铺有塑料薄膜层(6),所述鼓风管分为上风管(3)和下风管(4),上风管(3)设置在后墙(1)上,与塑料薄膜层(6)上端连接,连接处设有开口,下风管(4)设置在大棚前端,利用鼓风机(2)吹动管道内空气流动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双膜恒温大棚,其特征在于:所述塑料薄膜层(6)由两层聚乙烯塑料薄膜组成,之间用Z型塑料薄膜(10)连接,中间可填充保温颗粒(8),其上端连接上风管(3),下端与下风管(4)连接并设有粘扣(11)。
