The rapid increase in the number of mobile terminals brings great challenges to the existing mobile communication bandwidth. For the application of white spectrum technology, a method of querying a Database (Database) is currently generally adopted. The database is used for carrying out centralized management on white spectrum resources in a region.
The basic model of a white spectrum application system is shown in fig. 1. The geographical location information available in the LoST protocol includes a geographical coordinate form and two forms, namely a city street and a house number.
And the white spectrum database allocates available white spectrum resources for the terminal equipment through a corresponding algorithm according to the information provided by the terminal equipment and the white spectrum information stored by the white spectrum database.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the feedback information sent by the server to the white spectrum device, in addition to carrying the address information in the attribute information of the white spectrum database, more importantly, the feedback information carries first identification information for identifying a service provider of the white spectrum database. However, in the prior art, the URL list of the white spectrum database returned by the LoST server to the LoST client only includes URL information corresponding to the white spectrum database, where the URL information includes both the URL of the database matching the white spectrum device and the URL of the database not matching the white spectrum device, so that when the white spectrum device discovers the white spectrum database according to the URL list, the white spectrum device cannot determine which database corresponding to the URL is suitable for connection.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the feedback information sent by the server to the white spectrum device carries the first identification information for identifying the service provider of the white spectrum database, for example: therefore, when the white spectrum equipment receives the URL list of the white spectrum database, whether the white spectrum database corresponding to a certain URL is matched with the white spectrum equipment can be easily judged through the first identification information, and then the white spectrum equipment can directly select the matched white spectrum database to be connected.
And 203, the white spectrum equipment establishes connection with a matched white spectrum database according to the address information and the first identification information to acquire corresponding white spectrum resources.
In this step, the white spectrum device receives the feedback information returned by the server, and since the feedback information carries, in addition to the address information of the white spectrum database, first identification information for identifying a service provider of the white spectrum database, the white spectrum device may select a matched white spectrum database from the received address information of the white spectrum database according to the first identification information, thereby establishing a connection with the matched white spectrum database and obtaining a corresponding white spectrum resource.
And step 204, the white spectrum device provides access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resource.

In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving request information which is sent by white spectrum equipment and requests to access a white spectrum database, a server returns feedback information to the white spectrum equipment, the feedback information carries first identification information for identifying a service provider of the white spectrum database, and the white spectrum equipment can obtain matched white spectrum database information according to the first identification information so as to be directly connected with the matched white spectrum database. The white spectrum database which is connected by the white spectrum equipment is matched with the white spectrum database, so that the matched white spectrum database can be successfully connected, and then the white spectrum resource can be successfully obtained. Therefore, the white spectrum equipment determines the matched white spectrum database through the first identification information, and the accuracy of connection establishment between the white spectrum equipment and the white spectrum database can be greatly improved.
In the above embodiment, for the white spectrum device, whether the white spectrum database is available is influenced by whether the white spectrum device initiating the request has a subscription relationship with a manager of the white spectrum database, and only the white spectrum database having the subscription relationship can successfully establish a connection.
Since the first identification information carried in the feedback information identifies information of a service provider of the white spectrum database, the white spectrum device may determine whether a subscription relationship exists with the white spectrum database corresponding to the first identification information according to the first identification information. However, merely determining whether a subscription relationship exists is not sufficient to determine whether the current white-spectrum database is a matching white-spectrum database. There may be a plurality of white spectrum databases in which the subscription relationship exists, and further, it is further required to determine whether the white spectrum databases in which the subscription relationship exists have white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum devices. Namely: and determining at least one white spectrum database with white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device in at least one white spectrum database with a subscription relationship with the white spectrum device as a matched white spectrum database. Finally, the white spectrum device establishes a connection with one of the matching white spectrum databases.
It should be noted that the white spectrum device may select any one of the matched white spectrum databases to connect. When the white spectrum device is successfully connected with the currently selected white spectrum database, the white spectrum device can select another white spectrum database to reinitiate the connection.
In a specific implementation process, an "administeror" attribute may be added to a URL list of feedback returned by a server, and information of a service provider of a white spectrum database is explicitly identified by the attribute, for example: manager information of a white spectrum database.
In the second embodiment of the method for communication by using white spectrum provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the specific communication flow is as follows:
301, a server receives request information which is sent by a white spectrum device and requests to access a white spectrum database, wherein the server is used for storing attribute information of the white spectrum database;
step 302, the server returns feedback information to the white spectrum device, where the feedback information carries address information in attribute information of at least one white spectrum database and first identification information of a service provider for identifying the at least one white spectrum database; wherein the first identification information is used by the white spectrum device to determine at least one matching white spectrum database; the address information is used for the white spectrum equipment to establish connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquire corresponding white spectrum resources and provide access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.
This embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, and the explanation of the communication flow is from the server side. After receiving request information which is sent by the white spectrum device and requests for accessing the white spectrum database, the server returns feedback information to the white spectrum device, the feedback information carries first identification information which is used for identifying a service provider of the white spectrum database, and the white spectrum device can obtain matched white spectrum database information according to the first identification information so as to be directly connected with the matched white spectrum database. The white spectrum database which is connected by the white spectrum equipment is matched with the white spectrum database, so that the matched white spectrum database can be successfully connected, and then the white spectrum resource can be successfully obtained. Therefore, the white spectrum equipment determines the matched white spectrum database through the first identification information, and the accuracy of connection establishment between the white spectrum equipment and the white spectrum database can be greatly improved.
The invention also provides a third method embodiment for communication by utilizing the white spectrum, which can also improve the accuracy of establishing connection between the white spectrum equipment and the white spectrum database.
Referring to fig. 4, the communication flow in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 401, the white spectrum device sends request information requesting access to a white spectrum database to a server, the server is used for storing attribute information of the white spectrum database, and the request information carries second identification information for identifying the matched white spectrum database.
In the step, the white spectrum device sends request information requesting access to the white spectrum database to the server, and in order to facilitate the white spectrum device to establish connection with the corresponding white spectrum database, the white spectrum device carries second identification information for identifying the matching white spectrum database in the sent request information. Through the second identification information, the white spectrum device carries out clear identification on the white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device.
Since the request information carries the second identification information, the server can definitely acquire the information of the white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device initiating the request according to the second identification information.
Step 402, the white spectrum device receives feedback information returned by the server, where the feedback information carries address information of at least one white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device, which is determined by the server according to the second identification information.
In the step, the white spectrum device receives feedback information returned by the server, wherein the feedback information carries address information in the attribute information of the white spectrum database. It is emphasized that the white spectrum database corresponding to the address information carried in the feedback information is matched with the white spectrum device initiating the request. The server receives the request information carrying the second identification information, and then directly determines the white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device according to the second identification information, so that the address information of the matched white spectrum database is fed back to the white spectrum device initiating the request, and the white spectrum device is conveniently and directly connected with the white spectrum database.
And 403, the white spectrum device establishes connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases according to the address information to acquire corresponding white spectrum resources.
In this step, since the address information carried in the feedback information corresponds to the white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device, the white spectrum device can be successfully connected with the matched white spectrum database according to the address information.
In particular, there may be a plurality of white spectrum databases matching white spectrum devices simultaneously, in which case a white spectrum device establishes a connection with one of said matching white spectrum databases. The white spectrum device can select any one matched white spectrum database to connect. When the white spectrum device is successfully connected with the currently selected white spectrum database, the white spectrum device can select another white spectrum database to reinitiate the connection.
And step 404, the white spectrum device provides an access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resource.
In this step, the white spectrum device acquires corresponding white spectrum resources from the matched white spectrum database, and then provides access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the white spectrum device sends the request information requesting to access the white spectrum database to the server, the request information carries the second identification information for identifying the matching white spectrum database, and the server feeds back the information of the white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device to the white spectrum device according to the second identification information, so that the white spectrum device can be directly connected with the matching white spectrum database. Therefore, the accuracy of connection establishment between the white spectrum equipment and the white spectrum database can be improved by carrying the attribute information of the white spectrum database in the interactive information between the white spectrum equipment and the server.
Similar to the first embodiment, in the embodiment of the present invention, whether the white spectrum database is matched is also affected by whether the white spectrum device initiating the request has a subscription relationship with a manager of the white spectrum database, and only if the white spectrum database having the subscription relationship and white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device is the matched white spectrum database, the white spectrum database can be successfully connected with the white spectrum device.
It should be noted that, in the specific implementation process, the second identification information carried in the request information may include: service provider information of the matched white spectrum database, or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs.
An application scenario is that a new attribute is added to request information sent by a white spectrum device to a server, except for carrying geographical location information, service type information, etc. of the white spectrum device, and the new attribute is used to identify service provider information of a white spectrum database acceptable by the white spectrum device, such as: if the white spectrum device has a contract relationship with some white spectrum database managers, the white spectrum device can inform the server of the information of the white spectrum database managers having the contract relationship with the white spectrum device, and after the server receives the identification information identifying the matched white spectrum database manager information, the address of the white spectrum database having the contract relationship with the white spectrum device can be returned to the white spectrum device according to the identified contract relationship. Therefore, unnecessary connection between the white spectrum equipment and a white spectrum database without a subscription relation is omitted, and the connection efficiency of the white spectrum equipment and the white spectrum database is greatly improved.
Another application scenario is that, in the prior art, the LoST server returns the URL of a server capable of providing a corresponding service to the LoST client according to the Location information, however, the geographical Location coordinate form generally used by the Location information has an inherent defect of insufficient precision, so that when the LoST server returns the server capable of providing a service according to the Location information, some irrelevant servers may be returned to the LoST client. For example: if the white spectrum device is used in a border, when the white spectrum device reports the geographical location coordinate information to the LoST server, the LoST server may erroneously determine the country in which the white spectrum device is located. Aiming at the problem that due to the fact that the accuracy of the position information in the geographic coordinate form is not enough, the LoST server returns too much inappropriate white spectrum database information, the embodiment of the invention provides the following corresponding solutions.
Because the white spectrum database maintains white spectrum information within a country range, in order to avoid the server from judging the country of the white spectrum device by mistake, the embodiment of the invention adds an attribute element representing country code information in the request information for requesting access to the white spectrum database initiated by the white spectrum information, and uses the attribute element to clearly identify the country of the white spectrum device at present.
Therefore, the server feeds back the address information of the white spectrum database in the country range corresponding to the country code to the white spectrum device according to the country code information, and the connection efficiency of the white spectrum device and the white spectrum database can be greatly improved.
In correspondence with the third method embodiment for communicating using the white spectrum, the present invention provides a fourth method embodiment for communicating using the white spectrum. As shown in fig. 5, the specific communication flow is as follows:
step 501, a server receives request information which is sent by a white spectrum device and requests to access a white spectrum database, wherein the server is used for storing attribute information of the white spectrum database, and the request information carries second identification information for identifying the matched white spectrum database;
step 502, the server determines at least one white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device according to the second identification information;
step 503, the server returns feedback information to the white spectrum device, where the feedback information carries address information of at least one white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device; the address information is used for the white spectrum equipment to establish connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquire corresponding white spectrum resources and provide access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the white spectrum device sends the request information requesting to access the white spectrum database to the server, the request information carries the second identification information for identifying the matching white spectrum database, and the server feeds back the information of the white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device to the white spectrum device according to the second identification information, so that the white spectrum device can be directly connected with the matching white spectrum database. Therefore, the accuracy of connection establishment between the white spectrum equipment and the white spectrum database can be improved by carrying the attribute information of the white spectrum database in the interactive information between the white spectrum equipment and the server.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the white spectrum database is matched is also influenced by the fact that whether the white spectrum equipment initiating the request has a subscription relationship with a manager of the white spectrum database, and the white spectrum database which has the subscription relationship and white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum equipment is the matched white spectrum database, so that the white spectrum database can be successfully connected with the white spectrum equipment.
In addition, in the specific implementation process, the second identification information carried in the request information may include: service provider information of the matched white spectrum database, or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs.
Correspondingly to the first method embodiment, the present invention provides an embodiment of a white spectrum device, as shown in fig. 6, where the white spectrum device specifically includes:
a first request module 601, configured to send request information requesting access to a white spectrum database to a server, where the server is configured to store attribute information of the white spectrum database;
a first feedback receiving module 602, configured to receive feedback information returned by the server according to the request information sent by the first request module, where the feedback information carries address information in attribute information of at least one white spectrum database, and first identification information used to identify a service provider of the at least one white spectrum database;
a first connection module 603, configured to establish a connection with a matched white spectrum database according to the address information and the first identification information received by the first feedback receiving module, and obtain a corresponding white spectrum resource;
a first service providing module 604, configured to provide an access service for a terminal by using the white spectrum resource obtained by the first connection module.
In the foregoing white spectrum device embodiment, the attribute information recorded in the white spectrum database may include: geographical range, usage time period, etc. information that the spectrum may be used by white spectrum devices. When a terminal device needs to use white spectrum resources, the terminal initiates a white spectrum use request through the white spectrum device in the region to which the terminal device belongs, that is: the request information for requesting access to the white spectrum database can carry information such as the geographic position, the white spectrum use time, the required bandwidth and the transmission distance of the terminal equipment.
And the feedback information returned by the server to the white spectrum equipment initiating the request feeds back the address information of the white spectrum database to the white spectrum equipment according to the LoST protocol followed between the existing white spectrum equipment and the server.
In the feedback information sent by the server to the white spectrum device, the feedback information carries, in addition to the address information in the attribute information of the white spectrum database, more importantly, first identification information for identifying a service provider of the white spectrum database. By means of this first identification information, attribute information of the service provider of the white spectrum database is provided. Accordingly, the white spectrum device that facilitates receiving the feedback information may determine a white spectrum database that may be connected directly from the first identification information.
When the white spectrum equipment receives the feedback information returned by the server, the feedback information carries first identification information for identifying a service provider of the white spectrum database besides the address information of the white spectrum database, so that the white spectrum equipment can select a matched white spectrum database from the received address information of the white spectrum database according to the first identification information, and then establish connection with the matched white spectrum database to obtain corresponding white spectrum resources.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving request information which is sent by white spectrum equipment and requests to access a white spectrum database, a server returns feedback information to the white spectrum equipment, the feedback information carries first identification information for identifying a service provider of the white spectrum database, and the white spectrum equipment can obtain matched white spectrum database information according to the first identification information so as to be directly connected with the matched white spectrum database. The white spectrum database which is connected by the white spectrum equipment is matched with the white spectrum database, so that the matched white spectrum database can be successfully connected, and then the white spectrum resource can be successfully obtained. Therefore, the white spectrum equipment determines the matched white spectrum database through the first identification information, and the accuracy of connection establishment between the white spectrum equipment and the white spectrum database can be greatly improved.
In a specific implementation process, the first connection module may specifically include:
the first subscription determining unit is used for determining at least one white spectrum database which has a subscription relationship with the white spectrum device according to the first identification information;
a first matching determination unit, configured to determine, as a matched white spectrum database, at least one white spectrum database in which white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device exist among the at least one white spectrum database having the subscription relationship with the white spectrum device;
a first connection unit for establishing a connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases.
In the implementation mode, at least one white spectrum database which has a contract relationship with white spectrum equipment and has white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum equipment is determined as a matched white spectrum database. Finally, the white spectrum device establishes a connection with one of the matching white spectrum databases.
Specifically, the white spectrum device may select any one of the matched white spectrum databases to connect. When the white spectrum device is successfully connected with the currently selected white spectrum database, the white spectrum device can select another white spectrum database to reinitiate the connection.
Corresponding to the second method embodiment, the present invention further provides a server embodiment, and as shown in fig. 7, the server may specifically include:
a first request receiving module 701, configured to receive request information, which is sent by a white spectrum device and requests to access a white spectrum database;
a first feedback module 702, configured to return feedback information to the white spectrum device according to the request information received by the first request receiving module, where the feedback information carries address information in attribute information of at least one white spectrum database, and first identification information used to identify a service provider of the at least one white spectrum database; wherein the first identification information is used by the white spectrum device to determine at least one matching white spectrum database; the address information is used for the white spectrum equipment to establish connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquire corresponding white spectrum resources and provide access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.

Therefore, the white spectrum equipment determines the matched white spectrum database through the first identification information, and the accuracy of connection establishment between the white spectrum equipment and the white spectrum database can be greatly improved.
Correspondingly to the third method embodiment, the present invention provides an embodiment of a white spectrum device, as shown in fig. 8, where the white spectrum device specifically includes:

a second connection module 803, configured to establish a connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases according to the address information received by the feedback receiving module, so as to obtain a corresponding white spectrum resource;
a second service providing module 804, configured to provide an access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resource obtained by the connection module.
In the embodiment of the white spectrum device, the white spectrum device sends request information requesting access to a white spectrum database to a server, and in order to facilitate the white spectrum device to establish connection with a corresponding white spectrum database, the white spectrum device carries second identification information for identifying and matching the white spectrum database in the sent request information through a second request module 801. Through the second identification information, the white spectrum device carries out clear identification on the white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device. Since the request information carries the second identification information, the server can definitely acquire the information of the white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device initiating the request according to the second identification information.
The white spectrum device receives the feedback information returned by the server,
and carrying address information in the attribute information of the white spectrum database. It is emphasized that the white spectrum database corresponding to the address information carried in the feedback information is matched with the white spectrum device initiating the request. The server receives the request information carrying the second identification information, and then directly determines the white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device according to the second identification information, so that the address information of the matched white spectrum database is fed back to the white spectrum device initiating the request, and the white spectrum device is conveniently and directly connected with the white spectrum database.
The address information carried in the feedback information corresponds to the white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum equipment, so the white spectrum equipment can be successfully connected with the matched white spectrum database according to the address information. In particular, there may be a plurality of white spectrum databases matching white spectrum devices simultaneously, in which case a white spectrum device establishes a connection with one of said matching white spectrum databases. The white spectrum device can select any one matched white spectrum database to connect. When the white spectrum device is successfully connected with the currently selected white spectrum database, the white spectrum device can select another white spectrum database to reinitiate the connection.

Similarly, only the white spectrum database which has the subscription relationship and white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device is the matched white spectrum database, the connection can be successfully established with the white spectrum device.
In a specific implementation process, the second identification information carried in the request information may include: service provider information of the matched white spectrum database, or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs.
The white spectrum device may notify the server of the service provider information of the matched white spectrum database, and after the server receives the service provider information identifying the matched white spectrum database, may return only the address of the white spectrum database having a subscription relationship with the white spectrum device to the white spectrum device according to the identified subscription relationship. Therefore, unnecessary connection between the white spectrum equipment and a white spectrum database without a subscription relation is omitted, and the connection efficiency of the white spectrum equipment and the white spectrum database is greatly improved.
In addition, by adding an attribute element representing country code information to the request information for requesting access to the white spectrum database initiated by the white spectrum information, the country in which the white spectrum device is currently located is explicitly identified using the attribute element. Therefore, the server feeds back the address information of the white spectrum database in the country range corresponding to the country code to the white spectrum device according to the country code information, and the connection efficiency of the white spectrum device and the white spectrum database can be greatly improved.
Corresponding to the fourth method embodiment, the present invention provides an embodiment of a server, and as shown in fig. 9, the server may specifically include:
a second request receiving module 901, configured to receive request information, which is sent by a white spectrum device and requests to access a white spectrum database, where the server is configured to store attribute information of the white spectrum database, and the request information carries second identification information used for identifying a matched white spectrum database;
a matching database determining module 902, configured to determine, according to the second identification information received by the second request receiving module, at least one white spectrum database matching the white spectrum device;
a second feedback module 903, configured to return feedback information to the white spectrum device, where the feedback information carries address information of at least one white spectrum database that is matched with the white spectrum device and is determined by the matching database determination module; the address information is used for the white spectrum equipment to establish connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquire corresponding white spectrum resources and provide access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.
In the embodiment of the server, when the white spectrum device sends request information requesting access to the white spectrum database to the server, the request information carries second identification information for identifying the matching white spectrum database, and the server feeds back the information of the white spectrum database matching with the white spectrum device to the white spectrum device according to the second identification information, so that the white spectrum device can be directly connected with the matching white spectrum database. Therefore, the accuracy of connection establishment between the white spectrum equipment and the white spectrum database can be improved by carrying the attribute information of the white spectrum database in the interactive information between the white spectrum equipment and the server.
In a specific implementation, the matching database determining module may specifically include:
a second subscription determining unit, configured to determine, according to the second identification information, at least one white spectrum database that has a subscription relationship with the white spectrum device;
and a second matching determination unit, configured to determine, as the matched white spectrum database, at least one white spectrum database in which the white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device exist in the at least one white spectrum database having the subscription relationship with the white spectrum device, which is determined by the second subscription determination unit.
In the implementation manner, only the white spectrum database which has the subscription relationship and the white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device is the matched white spectrum database, the connection with the white spectrum device can be successfully established.
Specifically, the second identification information includes: service provider information of a matched white spectrum database or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs.
As shown in fig. 10, the present invention further provides a white spectrum device implemented based on a computer system, and in a specific implementation, the white spectrum device of the embodiment of the present invention may include: a first processor 1001, a first receiver 1002, a first transmitter 1003, and a bus 1004; wherein,
the first processor 1001, the first receiver 1002 and the first transmitter 1003 are connected by the bus;
the first transmitter 1003 is configured to send request information requesting access to a white spectrum database to a server, where the server is configured to store attribute information of the white spectrum database;

the second processor 1101, the second receiver 1102 and the second transmitter 1103 are connected by the bus 1104;
the second receiver 1102 is configured to receive request information, which is sent by a white spectrum device and requests to access a white spectrum database;
the second processor 1101 is configured to return feedback information to the white spectrum device according to the request information received by the second receiver 1102, where the feedback information carries address information in attribute information of at least one white spectrum database and first identification information used to identify a service provider of the at least one white spectrum database; wherein the first identification information is used by the white spectrum device to determine at least one matching white spectrum database; the address information is used for establishing connection between the white spectrum equipment and one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquiring corresponding white spectrum resources, and providing access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources;
the second transmitter 1103 is configured to return the feedback information returned by the second processor 1101 to the white spectrum device.
As shown in fig. 12, the present invention further provides a white spectrum device implemented based on a computer system, and in a specific implementation, the white spectrum device of the embodiment of the present invention may include: a third processor 1201, a third receiver 1202, a third transmitter 1203 and a bus 1204; wherein,
the third processor 1201, the third receiver 1202 and the third transmitter 1203 are connected by the bus 1204;
the third transmitter 1203 is configured to send request information requesting access to a white spectrum database to a server, where the server is configured to store attribute information of the white spectrum database, and the request information carries second identification information used for identifying a matched white spectrum database;
the third receiver 1202 is configured to receive feedback information returned by the server according to the request information sent by the third transmitter 1203, where the feedback information carries address information of at least one white spectrum database that is determined by the server according to the second identification information and matches the white spectrum device;
the third processor 1201 is configured to establish a connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases according to the address information received by the third receiver 1202, acquire a corresponding white spectrum resource, and provide an access service for a terminal by using the white spectrum resource acquired by the connection module.
The second identification information includes: service provider information of a matched white spectrum database or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs.
As shown in fig. 13, the present invention also provides a server implemented based on a computer system, including: a fourth processor 1301, a fourth receiver 1302, a fourth transmitter 1303, and a bus 1304; wherein,
the fourth processor 1301, the fourth receiver 1302 and the fourth transmitter 1303 are connected through the bus 1304;
a fourth receiver 1302, configured to receive request information, which is sent by a white spectrum device and requests to access a white spectrum database, where the server is configured to store attribute information of the white spectrum database, and the request information carries second identification information for identifying a matched white spectrum database;
a fourth processor 1301, configured to determine at least one white spectrum database matching the white spectrum device according to the second identification information received by the fourth receiver 1302;
a fourth transmitter 1303, configured to return feedback information to the white spectrum device, where the feedback information carries address information of at least one white spectrum database that is matched with the white spectrum device and is determined by the fourth processor 1301; the address information is used for the white spectrum equipment to establish connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquire corresponding white spectrum resources and provide access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.
The fourth processor determines, according to the second identification information received by the fourth receiver, at least one white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device, and specifically includes:
the fourth processor determines at least one white spectrum database which has a subscription relationship with the white spectrum device according to the second identification information;
and the fourth processor determines at least one white spectrum database with white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device from the at least one white spectrum database with the subscription relationship with the white spectrum device as the matched white spectrum database.
The second identification information includes: service provider information of a matched white spectrum database or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs.
In a specific implementation, the processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), or the like. The computer storage medium may store a program that, when executed, may include some or all of the steps of the method of data transmission provided by embodiments of the present invention. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (18)
1. A method for communicating using white spectrum, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that white spectrum equipment sends request information for requesting access to a white spectrum database to a server, and the server is used for storing attribute information of the white spectrum database;
the white spectrum equipment receives feedback information returned by the server, wherein the feedback information carries address information in attribute information of at least one white spectrum database and first identification information of a service provider for identifying the at least one white spectrum database;
the white spectrum equipment establishes connection with a matched white spectrum database according to the address information and the first identification information to obtain corresponding white spectrum resources;
and the white spectrum equipment provides access service for the terminal by utilizing the white spectrum resource.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the white spectrum device establishing a connection with a matching white spectrum database based on the address information and the first identification information comprises:
the white spectrum equipment determines at least one white spectrum database which has a subscription relationship with the white spectrum equipment according to the first identification information;
the white spectrum device determines at least one white spectrum database which has white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device from the at least one white spectrum database which has a subscription relationship with the white spectrum device as a matched white spectrum database;
the white spectrum device establishes a connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases.
3. A method for communicating using white spectrum, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a server receives request information which is sent by a white spectrum device and requests for accessing a white spectrum database, and the server is used for storing attribute information of the white spectrum database;
the server returns feedback information to the white spectrum equipment, wherein the feedback information carries address information in attribute information of at least one white spectrum database and first identification information of a service provider for identifying the at least one white spectrum database; wherein the first identification information is used by the white spectrum device to determine at least one matching white spectrum database; the address information is used for the white spectrum equipment to establish connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquire corresponding white spectrum resources and provide access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.
4. A method for communicating using white spectrum, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a white spectrum device sends request information for requesting access to a white spectrum database to a server, the server is used for storing attribute information of the white spectrum database, and the request information carries second identification information for identifying the matched white spectrum database;
the white spectrum equipment receives feedback information returned by the server, wherein the feedback information carries address information of at least one white spectrum database which is determined by the server according to the second identification information and is matched with the white spectrum equipment;
the white spectrum equipment establishes connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases according to the address information to acquire corresponding white spectrum resources;
the white spectrum equipment provides access service for the terminal by utilizing the white spectrum resource;
wherein the second identification information includes: service provider information of a matched white spectrum database or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs.
5. A method for communicating using white spectrum, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a server receives request information which is sent by white spectrum equipment and requests for accessing a white spectrum database, the server is used for storing attribute information of the white spectrum database, and the request information carries second identification information used for identifying the matched white spectrum database, wherein the second identification information comprises: service provider information of the matched white spectrum database or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs;
the server determines at least one white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum equipment according to the second identification information;
the server returns feedback information to the white spectrum equipment, wherein the feedback information carries address information of at least one white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum equipment; the address information is used for the white spectrum equipment to establish connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquire corresponding white spectrum resources and provide access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the server determines at least one white spectrum database matching the white spectrum device according to the second identification information, comprising:
the server determines at least one white spectrum database which has a subscription relationship with the white spectrum equipment according to the second identification information;
and the server determines at least one white spectrum database with white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum equipment in the at least one white spectrum database with the subscription relationship with the white spectrum equipment as the matched white spectrum database.
7. A white spectrum device, comprising:
the system comprises a first request module, a second request module and a third request module, wherein the first request module is used for sending request information for requesting to access a white spectrum database to a server, and the server is used for storing attribute information of the white spectrum database;
the first feedback receiving module is used for receiving feedback information returned by the server according to the request information sent by the first request module, wherein the feedback information carries address information in attribute information of at least one white spectrum database and first identification information used for identifying a service provider of the at least one white spectrum database;
the first connection module is used for establishing connection with a matched white spectrum database according to the address information and the first identification information received by the first feedback receiving module to obtain corresponding white spectrum resources;
and the first service providing module is used for providing access service for the terminal by utilizing the white spectrum resource acquired by the first connecting module.
8. The white spectrum device of claim 7, wherein the first connection module comprises:
the first subscription determining unit is used for determining at least one white spectrum database which has a subscription relationship with the white spectrum device according to the first identification information;
a first matching determination unit, configured to determine, as a matched white spectrum database, at least one white spectrum database in which white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device exist among the at least one white spectrum database having the subscription relationship with the white spectrum device;
a first connection unit for establishing a connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases.
9. A server, wherein the server is configured to store attribute information of a white spectrum database, and wherein the server comprises:
the first request receiving module is used for receiving request information which is sent by the white spectrum equipment and requests for accessing the white spectrum database;
the first feedback module is configured to return feedback information to the white spectrum device according to the request information received by the first request receiving module, where the feedback information carries address information in attribute information of at least one white spectrum database and first identification information used to identify a service provider of the at least one white spectrum database; wherein the first identification information is used by the white spectrum device to determine at least one matching white spectrum database; the address information is used for the white spectrum equipment to establish connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquire corresponding white spectrum resources and provide access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.
10. A white spectrum device, comprising:
the second request module is used for sending request information for requesting access to the white spectrum database to a server, the server is used for storing attribute information of the white spectrum database, and the request information carries second identification information for identifying the matched white spectrum database;
a second feedback receiving module, configured to receive feedback information returned by the server according to the request information sent by the second request module, where the feedback information carries address information of at least one white spectrum database that is determined by the server according to the second identification information and matches the white spectrum device;
the second connection module is used for establishing connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases according to the address information received by the feedback receiving module to acquire corresponding white spectrum resources;
the second service providing module is used for providing access service for the terminal by utilizing the white spectrum resource acquired by the second connection module;
wherein the second identification information includes: service provider information of a matched white spectrum database or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs.
11. A server, comprising:
a second request receiving module, configured to receive request information requesting access to a white spectrum database, where the request information is sent by a white spectrum device, the server is configured to store attribute information of the white spectrum database, and the request information carries second identification information used for identifying a matched white spectrum database, where the second identification information includes: service provider information of a white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs;
the matching database determining module is used for determining at least one white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum equipment according to the second identification information received by the second request receiving module;
the second feedback module is used for returning feedback information to the white spectrum equipment, and the feedback information carries the address information of at least one white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum equipment, which is determined by the matching database determination module; the address information is used for the white spectrum equipment to establish connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquire corresponding white spectrum resources and provide access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.
12. The server according to claim 11, wherein the matching database determination module comprises:
a second subscription determining unit, configured to determine, according to the second identification information, at least one white spectrum database that has a subscription relationship with the white spectrum device;
and a second matching determination unit, configured to determine, as the matched white spectrum database, at least one white spectrum database in which the white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device exist in the at least one white spectrum database having the subscription relationship with the white spectrum device, which is determined by the second subscription determination unit.
13. A white spectrum device, comprising: a first processor, a first receiver, a first transmitter, and a bus; wherein,
the first processor, first receiver and first transmitter are connected by the bus;
the first transmitter is used for transmitting request information for requesting access to a white spectrum database to a server, and the server is used for storing attribute information of the white spectrum database;
the first receiver is configured to receive feedback information returned by the server according to the request information sent by the first transmitter, where the feedback information carries address information in attribute information of at least one white spectrum database, and first identification information used to identify a service provider of the at least one white spectrum database;
and the first processor is used for establishing connection with a matched white spectrum database according to the address information and the first identification information received by the first receiver, acquiring corresponding white spectrum resources and providing access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.
14. The white spectrum device of claim 13, wherein the first processor establishes a connection with a matching white spectrum database based on the address information and the first identification information received by the receiver, and specifically comprises:
the first processor determines at least one white spectrum database which has a subscription relationship with the white spectrum device according to the first identification information;
the first processor determines at least one white spectrum database with white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device in the at least one white spectrum database with the subscription relationship with the white spectrum device as a matched white spectrum database;
the first processor establishes a connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases.
15. A server, comprising: a second processor, a second receiver, a second transmitter, and a bus; wherein,
the second processor, the second receiver and the second transmitter are connected through the bus;
the second receiver is used for receiving request information which is sent by the white spectrum equipment and requests to access the white spectrum database;
the second processor is configured to return feedback information to the white spectrum device according to the request information received by the second receiver, where the feedback information carries address information in attribute information of at least one white spectrum database and first identification information used to identify a service provider of the at least one white spectrum database; wherein the first identification information is used by the white spectrum device to determine at least one matching white spectrum database; the address information is used for establishing connection between the white spectrum equipment and one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquiring corresponding white spectrum resources, and providing access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources;
the second transmitter is configured to return the feedback information returned by the second processor to the white spectrum device.
16. A white spectrum device, comprising: a third processor, a third receiver, a third transmitter, and a bus; wherein,
the third processor, the third receiver and the third transmitter are connected through the bus;
the third transmitter is configured to send request information requesting access to a white spectrum database to a server, the server is configured to store attribute information of the white spectrum database, and the request information carries second identification information for identifying the matched white spectrum database;
the third receiver is configured to receive feedback information returned by the server according to the request information sent by the third transmitter, where the feedback information carries address information of at least one white spectrum database that is determined by the server according to the second identification information and matches the white spectrum device;
the third processor is configured to establish a connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases according to the address information received by the third receiver, acquire a corresponding white spectrum resource, and provide an access service for a terminal by using the white spectrum resource acquired by the connection module;
wherein the second identification information includes: service provider information of a matched white spectrum database or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs.
17. A server, comprising: a fourth processor, a fourth receiver, a fourth transmitter, and a bus; wherein,
the fourth processor, the fourth receiver and the fourth transmitter are connected through the bus;
a fourth receiver, configured to receive request information requesting access to a white spectrum database from a white spectrum device, where the server is configured to store attribute information of the white spectrum database, and the request information carries second identification information for identifying a matched white spectrum database, where the second identification information includes: service provider information of a white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device or country code information of a country to which the white spectrum device belongs;
a fourth processor for determining at least one white spectrum database matched with the white spectrum device according to the second identification information received by the fourth receiver;
the fourth transmitter is configured to return feedback information to the white spectrum device, where the feedback information carries address information of at least one white spectrum database that is matched with the white spectrum device and is determined by the fourth processor; the address information is used for the white spectrum equipment to establish connection with one of the matched white spectrum databases, acquire corresponding white spectrum resources and provide access service for the terminal by using the white spectrum resources.
18. The server according to claim 17, wherein the fourth processor determines at least one white spectrum database matching the white spectrum device according to the second identification information received by the fourth receiver, and specifically comprises:
the fourth processor determines at least one white spectrum database which has a subscription relationship with the white spectrum device according to the second identification information;
and the fourth processor determines at least one white spectrum database with white spectrum resources required by the white spectrum device from the at least one white spectrum database with the subscription relationship with the white spectrum device as the matched white spectrum database.
