Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合弹性无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将聚氨酯弹性体、聚酯类弹性体、聚酰胺类弹性体、A2B2A型嵌段共聚物、聚醚酯、乙烯和Α—烯烃共聚物混合挤出纤维,采用熔喷法成网法制得无纺布,S2、将上述的无纺布通过压辊与树脂膜结合,再进行边缘加固,制得所需的弹性无纺布。本发明采用多种弹性比较强的化纤纤维进行粘结混合,并使用塑料薄膜和树脂膜,进一步加强了所制成的无纺布的弹性,增加了无纺布的应用范围。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体属于一种复合弹性无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
由于无纺布制品色彩丰富、鲜艳明快、时尚环保、用途广泛、美观大方,图案和款式都多样,且质轻、环保、可循环再用,被国际公认为保护地球生态的环保产品;已广泛应用于农用薄膜、制鞋、制革、床垫、子母被、装饰、化工、印刷、汽车、建材,家具等行业;但是普通无纺布耐磨性能较差,在用作鞋头内衬时其坚挺度达不到要求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种复合弹性无纺布的制备方法,采用多种弹性性比较强的化纤纤维进行粘结混合,并使用塑料薄膜和树脂膜,进一步加强了所制成的无纺布的弹性,增加了无纺布的应用范围。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种复合弹性无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将聚氨酯弹性体、聚酯类弹性体、聚酰胺类弹性体、A2B2A型嵌段共聚物、聚醚酯、乙烯和Α—烯烃共聚物混合挤出纤维,采用熔喷法成网法制得无纺布;
S2、将上述的无纺布通过压辊与树脂膜结合,再进行边缘加固,制得所需的弹性无纺布。
所述的Α—烯烃共聚物为1—辛烯,密度小于0.9g\cm3,熔点小于100℃,后期再用射线做交联处理,其断裂伸长率不低于400%,微纤直径小于75Λm,有改进过的熔喷加工性能、较好的力学和弹性性能,具有多种用途。
所述A2B2A型嵌段共聚物中B为弹性段。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用多种弹性性比较强的化纤纤维进行粘结混合,Α—烯烃共聚物为1—辛烯,密度小于0.9g\cm3,熔点小于100℃,后期再用射线做交联处理,其断裂伸长率不低于400%,微纤直径小于75Λm,有改进过的熔喷加工性能、较好的力学和弹性性能,具有多种用途,所得熔喷弹性无纺布具有特殊的强度和良好的弹性,并使用塑料薄膜和树脂膜,进一步加强了所制成的无纺布的弹性,增加了无纺布的应用范围。
具体实施方式
一种复合弹性无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将聚氨酯弹性体、聚酯类弹性体、聚酰胺类弹性体、A2B2A型嵌段共聚物、聚醚酯、乙烯和Α—烯烃共聚物混合挤出纤维,采用熔喷法成网法制得无纺布;A2B2A型嵌段共聚物中B为弹性段;S2、将上述的无纺布通过压辊与树脂膜结合,再进行边缘加固,制得所需的弹性无纺布,所述的Α—烯烃共聚物为1—辛烯,密度小于0.9g\cm3,熔点小于100℃,后期再用射线做交联处理,其断裂伸长率不低于400%,微纤直径小于75Λm,有改进过的熔喷加工性能、较好的力学和弹性性能,具有多种用途,所得熔喷弹性无纺布具有特殊的强度和良好的弹性,并使用塑料薄膜和树脂膜,进一步加强了所制成的无纺布的弹性,增加了无纺布的应用范围。

1.一种复合弹性无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1、将聚氨酯弹性体、聚酯类弹性体、聚酰胺类弹性体、A2B2A型嵌段共聚物、聚醚酯、乙烯和Α—烯烃共聚物混合挤出纤维,采用熔喷法成网法制得无纺布;
S2、将上述的无纺布通过压辊与树脂膜结合,再进行边缘加固,制得所需的弹性无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合弹性无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的Α—烯烃共聚物为1—辛烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合弹性无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述A2B2A型嵌段共聚物中B为弹性段。
