本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一，层次感差，满足不了人们的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种层次感强的带有复合面料层的绒条抗菌防皱面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有复合面料层的绒条抗菌防皱面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体的上表面设有绒毛层、下表面设有提花层，所述绒毛层上设有绒毛条，所述绒毛条与绒毛层连接为一整体，并用线固定在面料本体上，所述提花层固定在面料本体的下表面，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由正层防皱层、中间粘合层和背面抗菌层组成，所述防皱层为一种带有记忆功能的聚氨酯材料，粘合层为热固型粘胶层，抗菌层为含有纳米竹炭纤维的织物层。织物下设置复合面料层，复合面料层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、凸起的绒条、绒毛层和提花层增强了带有复合面料层的绒条抗菌防皱面料的层次感，同时手感柔软舒适。
2、本发明防皱层能保证织物在长时间使用或洗涤过后仍能保持直挺、不起皱，并且具有一定的防水功效；而其内部的抗菌层能保证织物良好的透气性和吸汗性，同时其内部的竹炭纤维还能有效的防止织物滋生细菌，并能拦截一定波段的紫外线辐射。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种带有复合面料层的绒条抗菌防皱面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1的上表面设有绒毛层2、下表面设有提花层4。所述绒毛层2上设有绒毛条3，所述绒毛条3与绒毛层2连接为一整体，并用线5固定在面料本体1上。图2实施例中的绒毛条3等距、平行排列。所述提花层4固定在面料本体1的下表面。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由正层防皱层、中间粘合层和背面抗菌层组成，所述防皱层为一种带有记忆功能的聚氨酯材料，粘合层为热固型粘胶层，抗菌层为含有纳米竹炭纤维的织物层。织物下设置复合面料层，复合面料层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。

1.一种带有复合面料层的绒条抗菌防皱面料，包括面料本体（1），其特征在于：所述面料本体（1）的上表面设有绒毛层（2）、下表面设有提花层（4），所述绒毛层（2）上设有绒毛条（3），所述绒毛条（3）与绒毛层（2）连接为一整体，并用线（5）固定在面料本体（1）上，所述提花层（4）固定在面料本体（1）的下表面，所述面料本体（1）由织物制成，所述织物由正层防皱层、中间粘合层和背面抗菌层组成，所述防皱层为一种带有记忆功能的聚氨酯材料，粘合层为热固型粘胶层，抗菌层为含有纳米竹炭纤维的织物层，织物下设置复合面料层，复合面料层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。
