Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of automated testing technologies, and in particular, to a testing method and system for testing an online product.
Background
In an industrial production process, particularly in a test process of an industrial product, a plurality of different functional test points exist for the same product, and different test points may adjust firmware or parameters of the product to be tested, and the adjustment of such firmware or parameters is very frequent. Due to such frequent parameter adjustment, in order to ensure the reproducibility of the test result and the quality of the product, many companies require that the same product must be tested by using the same version of the test program, but the same product is not allowed to be tested by using different versions of the test program at different test points. Thus, a version of a test program can only be used to test the corresponding product, and not all products on a production line can be tested with the latest test program, because some of the products may have been partially tested before the latest test program is applied.
The existing conventional testing method is to sequentially execute information for identifying a plurality of different products, call a corresponding test program from a database, determine whether the called test program is of the same version, start testing if the result is yes, and stop testing if the result is no. The method is very complicated, and the efficiency of product testing is reduced.
In addition, the production line is operated, analyzed, regulated and counted according to the work order. If the management is convenient, the efficiency is improved, and the test program can establish a connection relation with the work order. Products in the same work order can only use a certain version of test program, thus ensuring that the test of the products meets the requirements and realizing the production line operation. The architecture of the current production line test method is implemented based on this strategy.
The above architecture and testing method create new problems, and when using new testing programs, because the products on the new and old work orders are mixed together, and the products on the same work order must be tested by using the testing programs of the same version, the staff on the production line has to select products which can be tested or can not be tested according to the testing programs of different versions at each testing point, or select the testing programs of different versions for the products on the new and old work orders. This greatly reduces the efficiency of testing on the production line, and deleting a historical work order before a new version of the test program is applied is cumbersome and clearly not supported by the customer or marketing department, as this reduces the shipment rate and thus affects the sales volume of the product.
In order to improve the testing efficiency, the prior art is a method that multiple control devices (or multiple computers) are integrated on the same testing platform, and different computers execute different testing programs. However, this method greatly wastes computational resources and increases the burden on the maintenance of the production line.

Detailed Description
In view of the fact that in the prior art, one testing machine can only execute one set of testing programs to test the same product to be tested, the invention provides a new product testing method.
In order to make the objects and features of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a testing method according to an embodiment of the invention is shown.
The testing method is used for testing an online product and comprises the following steps:
step S110, a main test channel is established.
First, a main test channel is established before testing a product to be tested by using a testing machine, such as a PC, and the main test channel may be a specific data channel for testing the product to be tested, or a general channel for information transmission, such as a main process called by a program in a general computer operating system, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the main test channel includes: graphical user interfaces, computer-operated user interfaces that are graphically displayed, are visually more acceptable to a user than command line interfaces used by computers.
And step S120, identifying the information of the product to be detected.
When testing the product, firstly, the information of the product to be tested is captured, and then the corresponding test is performed according to the information of the product to be tested, so that the reliable and accurate test result can be finally obtained.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the information of the product to be tested includes work order information, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any information that can effectively distinguish the product to be tested according to the test requirement is included in the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the testing method is mainly used for testing electronic online products, such as a solid state disk or a mechanical hard disk, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step S130, establishing a sub-test channel under the main test channel.
Specifically, the main test channel is further divided on the basis of the previously established main test channel to form a plurality of mutually divided, independent and mutually unaffected sub-test channels, which may be specific data channels for testing specific products to be tested, or general channels for information transmission, such as sub-processes called by programs in a general computer operating system, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sub-test channels are mainly configured to call the test programs corresponding to the different products to be tested for the different products to be tested, so that the number of the sub-test channels in this embodiment is two or more, and thus the two or more sub-test channels can be used to test the different products to be tested by using the different test programs, thereby greatly improving the test efficiency.
And step S140, matching the sub-test channels with the product to be tested according to the information of the product to be tested.
When a product is tested, a general test program aiming at most products can test unspecific products to be tested, and many times, a set of test program matched with the general test program can be selected aiming at specific products to be tested to test, so that when different test programs required by different products to be tested are tested, the test program corresponds to the information of the products to be tested, the information of the products to be tested needs to be matched with the sub-test channels, then different test programs are called through the sub-test channels according to the information of the products to be tested to perform corresponding tests, and due to mutual independence among the sub-test channels, reliable and accurate test results can be obtained, and test efficiency is improved.
And S150, calling a test program corresponding to the product to be tested through the sub-test channel to test the product to be tested.
In this way, the test method provided by the embodiment of the invention can utilize the plurality of sub-test channels established under the main test channel to respectively call the test programs corresponding to different products to be tested to test different products to be tested, thereby greatly improving the test efficiency.
In order to explain the present invention in more detail, the following description is given in conjunction with specific examples.

In step S204, different SSDs are tested by the corresponding sub-process.
In another embodiment, the products to be tested are 3 mechanical hard disks, as shown in fig. 3, in step S301, the processor establishes a main process; in step S302, the field information integration device (SFIS) recognizes that the information of the work orders to which the 3 mechanical hard disks belong is WO #1, WO #2, and WO #3, respectively; in step S303, the processor establishes sub-processes 1, 2 and 3 corresponding to the identified number of products to be tested under the main process, and calls test programs Version1, Version2 and Version3 corresponding to WO #1, WO #2 and WO #3, respectively, according to the identified information through the sub-processes; in step S304, different mechanical hard disks are tested by the corresponding sub-process.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a test system according to another embodiment of the present invention.
