本发明公开了LED台灯扩散板的固定结构,该结构将中框去除,在下框设计凸台,扩散板设计凸台过孔,直接将扩散板卡进下框的凸台中,省去了中框的开模成本,而且可以极大提高了生产效率及成本,采用的技术方案为:LED台灯扩散板的固定结构,包括下框本体以及与下框本体匹配固定的扩散板,所述下框本体上设置有一个水平的台面,所述台面上设置有多个凸起,所述扩散板上对应凸起设置有多个通孔,所述扩散板通过凸起与通孔的对应插装固定在下框本体上;本发明可广泛应用于LED台灯领域。

本发明LED台灯扩散板的固定结构,属于LED台灯技术领域。
背景技术
LED台灯现已不单单用于普通照明使用,已然发展为居家情景照明的一部分,其优点更节能、寿命长、更健康、更环保、外观新颖;但现有的LED台灯在产品设计上,扩散板的固定结构需要设计一个中框对扩散板进行压入固定。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种LED台灯扩散板的固定结构,该结构将中框去除,在下框设计凸台,扩散板设计凸台过孔,直接将扩散板卡进下框的凸台中,省去了中框的开模成本,而且可以极大提高了生产效率及成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:LED台灯扩散板的固定结构,包括下框本体以及与下框本体匹配固定的扩散板,所述下框本体上设置有一个水平的台面,所述台面上设置有多个凸起,所述扩散板上对应凸起设置有多个通孔,所述扩散板通过凸起与通孔的对应插装固定在下框本体上。
优选地,所述下框本体上设置有一个或多个定位块,所述扩散板上对应定位块设置有一个或多个定位槽,所述定位块和定位槽匹配安装。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:本发明由于省去中框,可实现快速装配台灯,直接节省装配单件台灯时间2分钟至4分钟,同时由于省去中框模具费用,极大节约成本,整灯原物料减少,便于物料管理,装配明显简单便捷,从而节省生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明LED台灯扩散板的固定结构,包括下框本体1以及与下框本体1匹配固定的扩散板4,所述下框本体1上设置有一个水平的台面2,所述台面2上设置有多个凸起3,所述扩散板4上对应凸起3设置有多个通孔5,所述扩散板4通过凸起3与通孔5的对应插装固定在下框本体1上。
所述下框本体1上设置有一个或多个定位块6,所述扩散板4上对应定位块6设置有一个或多个定位槽7,所述定位块6和定位槽7匹配安装。
本发明中将传统的中框去除,在下框本体1设计凸起3,扩散板设计通孔5,直接将扩散板卡进下框本体1的凸起3上,凸起3的张力将扩散板定位并固定。

1.LED台灯扩散板的固定结构,其特征在于:包括下框本体(1)以及与下框本体(1)匹配固定的扩散板(4),所述下框本体(1)上设置有一个水平的台面(2),所述台面(2)上设置有多个凸起(3),所述扩散板(4)上对应凸起(3)设置有多个通孔(5),所述扩散板(4)通过凸起(3)与通孔(5)的对应插装固定在下框本体(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED台灯扩散板的固定结构,其特征在于:所述下框本体(1)上设置有一个或多个定位块(6),所述扩散板(4)上对应定位块(6)设置有一个或多个定位槽(7),所述定位块(6)和定位槽(7)匹配安装。
