本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一，层次感差，满足不了人们的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种层次感强的带有防火面料层的盘花植绒发光面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有防火面料层的盘花植绒发光面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体呈网状，并且在所述面料本体的上表面设有盘花层，下表面设有植绒层，所述盘花层、植绒层和面料本体连接为一整体，所述盘花层上设有盘花，所述植绒层上设有绒花，所述盘花和绒花对称分布，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物包括织物本体和发光线材，所述发光线经针织或刺绣方式固定设置于织物本体上，并于织物本体上形成造型体。织物下设置防火面料层，防火面料层的原料包括：酚醛纤维、氯纶纤维和阻燃剂，所述的酚醛纤维所占的重量百分比为65%~70%，所述的氯纶纤维所占的重量百分比为15%~20%，所述的阻燃剂所占的重量百分比为10%~15%。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、凸起的盘花和绒花增强了带有防火面料层的盘花植绒发光面料的层次感，并且手感柔软舒适。
2、本发明采用一种经过发光处理过的发光线材，即这种发光线材可以在黑暗中产生光亮，采用上述结构后，发光线材穿插在织物之中，其结构稳固，不会脱落，使用寿命长。

参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种带有防火面料层的盘花植绒发光面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1呈网状，并且在所述面料本体1的上表面设有盘花层2，下表面设有植绒层3，所述盘花层2、植绒层3和面料本体1连接为一整体。所述盘花层2上设有盘花，所述植绒层3上设有绒花，所述盘花和绒花对称分布。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物包括织物本体和发光线材，所述发光线经针织或刺绣方式固定设置于织物本体上，并于织物本体上形成造型体。织物下设置防火面料层，防火面料层的原料包括：酚醛纤维、氯纶纤维和阻燃剂，所述的酚醛纤维所占的重量百分比为65%~70%，所述的氯纶纤维所占的重量百分比为15%~20%，所述的阻燃剂所占的重量百分比为10%~15%。
