Abstract

本发明公开一种记忆合金缝合钉,包括钉梁和钉脚,钉脚有两个,分别同向连接在钉梁的两端,缝合钉的记忆形状为B形或O形或C形;本发明还公开了适用于上述记忆合金缝合钉的缝合器。本发明可在腔镜下快速地完成组织或内植入物的缝合、固定操作,操作简单,对周围组织刺激小,缝合、固定的效果好。

一种记忆合金缝合钉及缝合器
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种记忆合金缝合钉及缝合器。
背景技术
微创手术因其手术创面小、出血量少、患者恢复快的特点,越来越多地被临床采用。但微创手术因需要在一个狭窄的手术空间,借助各种手术器械,完成一系列复杂的手术操作,对手术医师提出了更高的要求,临床也更迫切地需要开发适宜微创手术的器械。
腔镜手术是临床最常见的微创手术,在各种腔镜手术中,针对管状器官,如胃肠、气管、食道已经开发出相应的管状吻合器;针对肺、肝等开发出直线缝合器。但诸如各种补片的固定、手术分离后的腹膜等组织的固定目前常用的缝合技术还是采用传统的针线缝合,但是因腔镜下视野差,操作空间小,操作距离远,缝合困难、耗时是手术医师常常遇到的问题。临床中有一种螺旋钉被用于补片或组织的缝合、固定,但是这种螺旋钉在完成缝合和固定后,钉帽明显突出于组织外,可能对周边组织造成刺激、不适,特别的象肠道这样不断蠕动的器官,并且如果引起螺旋钉反向旋转还有可能造成螺旋钉松动、脱落。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种记忆合金缝合钉及缝合器,可快速完成组织或内植入物的缝合、固定操作,操作简单,对周围组织刺激小,缝合、固定的效果好。
为达到上述目的,本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
本发明公开一种记忆合金缝合钉,包括钉梁和钉脚,所述钉脚有两个,分别同向连接在钉梁的两端,所述缝合钉的记忆形状为B形或O形或C形。
进一步的,所述钉脚的端部为针状或刃状。
优选的,所述钉梁两端的宽度小于钉脚最宽处的宽度。
优选的,所述缝合钉的形变温度为30~37℃。
优选的,所述钉梁、钉脚的截面为矩形、、梯形、圆形、椭圆形中的任意一种或几种的组合。
进一步的,所述缝合钉表面覆盖有抗菌涂层,所述涂层为银、锌和/或铜,涂层厚度为0.05~1μm。抗菌涂层有抗感染作用,锌还有促进创面愈合的作用。.
本发明还公开了一种适用于所述记忆合金缝合钉的缝合器,包括钉筒和推杆,所述钉筒的端面设有贯通钉筒的轴向槽,所述轴向槽与缝合钉相适配,所述推杆与轴向槽相适配。
优选的,所述缝合器还包括贯通钉筒的穿刺针,所述穿刺针有两根,两根穿刺针均固定在轴向槽中并分别位于轴向槽的两端,穿刺针为空心管状,穿刺针的前端位于钉筒之外,两根穿刺针的相对侧面开设有轴向缝隙。
进一步的,所述钉筒的后端设有握柄,所述推杆的后端设有推柄。
优选的,所述穿刺针的前端为斜口,两根穿刺针的斜口相对。
本发明公开的记忆合金缝合钉和缝合器可以配套使用,使用时,缝合钉置于轴向槽中,将器身前端顶住要缝合或固定的组织,推动顶杆向前,将缝合钉从轴向槽内顶出,刺入待缝合组织,缝合钉钉脚发生变形,恢复到记忆形状,完成组织缝合或固定。
当轴向槽中装有穿刺针时,使用时,将器身前端顶住要缝合或固定的组织,穿刺针刺入待缝合组织,推动顶杆向前,将缝合钉从轴向槽内顶出,缝合钉钉脚发生变形,恢复到记忆形状,完成组织缝合或固定。穿刺针制成的钉槽对缝合钉刺入组织起到一个导向作用,增加了缝合钉刺入组织的稳定性。
根据本发明的技术方案,在使用前缝合钉可以是处于未发生相转变的状态,也可以是处于已经发生相转变的超弹态。
当缝合钉处于已经发生相转变的超弹态时,钉脚有回复到记忆形状的趋势,但由于钉槽对钉脚施加的外力使其保持平直状态,待被推出钉槽,刺入组织后,外力约束被解除,缝合钉恢复到记忆形状,完成组织缝合或固定。
当缝合钉处于未发生相转变的状态时,缝合钉的形变温度被设定为低于人体温度,缝合钉从轴向槽内被顶出,刺入组织,温度升高到人体温度,缝合钉钉脚发生变形,恢复到记忆形状,完成组织缝合或固定。在产品运输、储存过程中,当缝合钉温度高于形变温度时,缝合钉从未发生相转变的状态转化为已经发生相转变的超弹态。此种情况下,如果采用钉脚和钉梁等宽设计,钉脚槽与钉梁槽等宽设计,则会出现缝合钉在未刺入组织前,就已经提前恢复到记忆形状,无法实现组织缝合与固定。采用本发明的技术方案,遇到上述情况时产品仍然可以正常使用。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明可快速地完成组织或内植入物的缝合、固定操作,操作简单,并且易于学习和掌握,对医生的操作技能要求不高。完成缝合、固定后,缝合钉对周围组织刺激小,缝合、固定的效果好。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,本发明公开一种记忆合金缝合钉,包括钉梁1和钉脚2,钉脚2有两个,分别同向连接在钉梁1的两端,缝合钉的记忆形状为B形或O形或C形;缝合钉的形变温度为30~37℃;钉脚2的端部为针状或刃状,钉梁1两端的宽度小于钉脚2最宽处的宽度,通常情况下,钉梁1的宽度大于钉脚2的宽度;钉梁1、钉脚2的截面为矩形、、梯形、圆形、椭圆形中的任意一种或几种的组合;缝合钉表面覆盖有抗菌涂层,涂层为银、锌和/或铜,涂层厚度为0.05~1μm。
本发明还公开了适用于上述记忆合金缝合钉的缝合器,如图5、图6所示为第一种缝合器,包括钉筒3和推杆7,钉筒3的端面设有贯通钉筒的轴向槽4,轴向槽4与缝合钉相适配,推杆7与轴向槽4相适配,钉筒3的后端设有握柄5,推杆的后端设有推柄6。
如图7、图8所示为第二种缝合器,第二种缝合器与第一种缝合器的区别在于:还包括贯通钉筒3的穿刺针8,穿刺针8有两根,两根穿刺针8均固定在轴向槽4中并分别位于轴向槽4的两端,穿刺针8为空心管状,穿刺针8的前端位于钉筒3之外,两根穿刺针8的相对侧面开设有轴向缝隙;穿刺针8的前端为斜口,两根穿刺针8的斜口相对;其他部分与第一种缝合器相同,故不赘述。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种缝合器,其特征在于:包括钉筒和推杆,所述钉筒的端面设有贯通钉筒的轴向槽,所述轴向槽与缝合钉相适配,所述推杆与轴向槽相适配;还包括记忆合金缝合钉,所述记忆合金缝合钉包括钉梁和钉脚,所述钉脚有两个,分别同向连接在钉梁的两端,所述缝合钉的记忆形状为B形或O形或C形;所述钉梁两端的宽度小于钉脚最宽处的宽度;所述钉脚的端部为针状;所述缝合钉的形变温度为30~37℃;所述钉梁、钉脚的截面为椭圆形;还包括贯通钉筒的穿刺针,所述穿刺针有两根,两根穿刺针均固定在轴向槽中并分别位于轴向槽的两端,穿刺针为空心管状,穿刺针的前端位于钉筒之外,两根穿刺针的相对侧面开设有轴向缝隙;所述穿刺针的前端为斜口,两根穿刺针的斜口相对;所述缝合钉表面覆盖有抗菌涂层,所述涂层为银、锌和/或铜,涂层厚度为0.05~1μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缝合器,其特征在于:所述钉筒的后端设有握柄,所述推杆的后端设有推柄。
