Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide technology for stably emulsifying a liquid composition containing a terpenoid while said liquid composition is in a transparent state. Provided is an O/W microemulsion that comprises (A) an essential oil containing a terpenoid, (B) ethanol, (C) a polyglycerin fatty acid ester, and (D) a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, and in which (A):(B) = 1:2.5-40 in terms of mass.
Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to O/W micro emulsion composition.
Background technology
Usually by being mixed with tensio-active agent by lipid-soluble substance in advance, interpolation water or warm water, and emulsifying mixt equably, make lipid-soluble substance be dissolved in aqueous solvent. But, the emulsion that a lot of oil-soluble substance is stable and transparent in formation is had any problem, even if when use has the tensio-active agent of emulsifying capacity.Devise the combination of numerous emulsifiers to address this problem and to improve emulsifying stability.
Such as, patent documentation (PTL) 1 proposes O/W emulsifying composition, and wherein lipid-soluble substance such as salad oil is dissolved by the combination of Quillaia saponaria (Quillaja) saponin(e, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and ethanol. And PTL 2 discloses and comprises fat-soluble medicine (such as, VITAMIN), polyglycerol fatty acid ester, emulsifying composition based on polyoxyethylated nonionic surface active agent, water-soluble polyol and water.
But even if by technology disclosed in PTL 1 and PTL 2, stably emulsification is difficult with the composition comprised containing the essential oil of terpenes of transparent state. And quillaja-saponin required in technology disclosed in PTL 1 is relatively expensive; Therefore, under nearest economic situation, expect the use reducing this type of material. In addition, required in technology disclosed in PTL 2 polyvalent alcohol causes the taste of wondering when using in foodstuff applications. For these reasons, expect the exploitation of alternative technology.
