本发明公开了反射角度式接近觉传感器,涉及接近觉传感器领域。为了方便对移动的物体进行距离感应,本发明包括发射腔、LED阵、发射孔、光敏元件、接收腔、接收孔,LED阵位于发射腔底部,发射孔位于发射腔的顶部,光敏元件位于接收腔的底部,接收孔位于接收腔的顶部,接收腔与发射腔紧连接。本发明采用了LED阵与光敏传感的反射式配合,可以更加方便的对移动的物体进行距离感应。

技术领域
    本发明涉及接近觉传感器领域,尤其涉及反射角度式接近觉传感器。
背景技术
接近觉传感器是检测对象物体与传感器距离信息的一种传感器。利用距离信息探测出对象物体的表面状态。接近觉传感器是视觉传感器功能的一部分。对于移动的物体,需要借助发射方式进行接近觉探测。
发明内容
本发明要解决以上的技术问题,提供反射角度式接近觉传感器,来方便对移动的物体进行距离感应。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
反射角度式接近觉传感器,包括发射腔、LED阵、发射孔、光敏元件、接收腔、接收孔,LED阵位于发射腔底部,发射孔位于发射腔的顶部,光敏元件位于接收腔的底部,接收孔位于接收腔的顶部,接收腔与发射腔紧连接。
其中,LED阵发射的光线信号与光敏元件的性质相同。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用了LED阵与光敏传感的反射式配合,可以更加方便的对移动的物体进行距离感应。

本发明提供反射角度式接近觉传感器,包括发射腔、LED阵、发射孔、光敏元件、接收腔、接收孔,其特征在于,LED阵位于发射腔底部,发射孔位于发射腔的顶部,光敏元件位于接收腔的底部,接收孔位于接收腔的顶部,接收腔与发射腔紧连接。
其中,LED阵发射的光线信号与光敏元件的性质相同。
