Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型混合制冷剂及其加工方法,包括气体混合,其特征在于:所述的气体混合是将R410和R290按照一定比例混合得到的混合气体,再将混合气体通过管道注入到乙醇液体内得到制冷混合气体,最后通过压缩储存备用,所述的混合气体由下列重量份的原料制成:R410 13-20份,R290 6-8份,乙醇2-3份。发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,将R410和R290二种气体混合后通过99%浓度酒精液体后得到一种新的混合气体,制冷效果比单独的R410强0.5倍,解决了R290易燃的问题,同时新的混合气体稳定性高,无毒,腐蚀性小,有淡淡的酒精芳香,在泄漏的时候可以被及时发现。

本发明涉及制冷剂及其加工方法技术领域,属于一种新型混合制冷剂及其加工方法。
背景技术
制冷剂又称制冷工质,在南方一些地区俗称雪种。它是在制冷系统中不断循环并通过其本身的状态变化以实现制冷的工作物质。制冷剂在蒸发器内吸收被冷却介质(水或空气等)的热量而汽化,在冷凝器中将热量传递给周围空气或水而冷凝。。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种新型混合制冷剂及其加工方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:R410 17.5份,R290 8份,乙醇2.4份,通过将R410和R290二种不同沸点的气体混合后通过乙醇液体后得到一种新的混合气体,制冷效果比单独的R410强0.5倍,解决了R290易燃的问题,同时新的混合气体稳定性高,无毒,腐蚀性小,有淡淡的酒精芳香,在泄漏的时候可以被及时发现。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种新型混合制冷剂及其加工方法,包括气体混合,其特征在于:所述的气体混合是将R410和R290按照一定比例混合得到的混合气体,再将混合气体通过管道注入到乙醇液体内得到制冷混合气体,最后通过压缩储存备用,所述的混合气体由下列重量份的原料制成:R41013-20份,R290 6-8份,乙醇2-3份。
优选:R410 17.5份,R290 8份,乙醇2.4份。

本发明的一种新型混合制冷剂及其加工方法,新产生的制冷剂制冷效果比单独的R410强0.5倍,解决了R290易燃的问题,同时新的混合气体稳定性高,无毒,腐蚀性小,有淡淡的酒精芳香,在泄漏的时候可以被及时发现。
