Abstract
本发明公开了一种增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂,其特征是由下述重量份的原料制得:聚乙烯醇30-40,五加皮3-5,茯苓2-4,白芷2-4,椰子油1-2,十二烷基硫酸钠0.05-0.1,玉米淀粉5-10,海藻酸钠3-5,硅烷偶联剂A-151 0.3-0.5,改性无机粉体5-10。本发明的香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂既能高效过滤和吸附烟气中的有害物质,达到降焦、降毒的效果,同时保持烟气的口感,还具有抗疲劳、增强免疫力的功效,具有良好的保健功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及香烟过滤嘴材料领域,具体涉及一种增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着吸烟导致的有关疾病越来越频繁,吸烟对人体的损害已成为共识。香烟烟气中的主要成分焦油、烟碱和CO等全都对人体有毒有害,其中焦油对人有致癌作用,CO导致缺氧,烟碱容易使人产生依赖性,还能麻痹人的呼吸中枢,引发心血管疾病等。滤嘴不仅能滤除烟气中的部分有害成分,而且可以有效截留卷烟主流烟气中的总粒相物,降低焦油含量,减少烟气对人体健康及环境的危害,因此对香烟过滤嘴材料的改进是香烟降焦、降害处理最常用的手段。
目前,普遍使用的过滤材料有二醋酸纤维丝束、聚丙烯丝束、活性炭、无机矿物纤维等。合适的滤嘴材料不仅需要选择性地过滤和吸附烟气中的有害物质,减少烟气对口腔的刺激及对人体健康的伤害,还应该能保持烟气的口感,保留无害的香气成分,滤嘴材料的发展也具有较大的市场前景和实用价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂,能高效过滤和吸附烟气中的有害物质,达到降焦、降毒的效果。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚乙烯醇30-40,五加皮3-5,茯苓2-4,白芷2-4,椰子油1-2,十二烷基硫酸钠0.05-0.1,玉米淀粉5-10,海藻酸钠3-5,硅烷偶联剂A-151 0.3-0.5,改性无机粉体5-10;
所述的改性无机粉体由下述重量份的原料制得:钠基蒙脱土20-30,沸石粉4-6,柠檬酸1-2,壳聚糖0.1-0.2;所述改性无机粉体的制备方法是将柠檬酸和壳聚糖加入适量水中,60-80℃搅拌直至完全溶解,再加入钠基蒙脱土和沸石粉同样温度下超声处理20-30min,过滤后将滤饼干燥完全,研磨均匀,即得。
一种增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将五加皮、茯苓、白芷和十二烷基硫酸钠加入适量水中先70-80℃搅拌6-8h,再超声处理10-20min,冷却后过滤除去滤渣,将得到的滤液充分浓缩后与改性无机粉体混合并常温搅拌4-6h,过滤后于70-80℃干燥完全,研磨均匀后得活性粉体;
(2)先按固液重量比1:15-1:20将聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠与水混合,85-95℃搅拌直至完全溶解,然后加入玉米淀粉和(1)中的活性粉体于同样温度下搅拌2-4h,再加入硅烷偶联剂A-151和椰子油同样温度下搅拌10-15min,最后加入适量氯化钙的硼酸溶液固化处理12-24h,得吸附剂基质,所述氯化钙的硼酸溶液每100mL含4g硼酸,5g氯化钙;
(3)将(2)中的吸附剂基质用水清洗数次后冷冻干燥,粉碎并研磨均匀后即得增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂。
本发明的优点是:
以聚乙烯醇、玉米淀粉和海藻酸钠作为基材,与载有活性成分的无机粉体复合,先通过固化处理得到具有网格交联结构的凝胶,并以硅烷偶联剂A-151和椰子油改性提高凝胶与油类的相容性,改善其对烟气中焦油成分的吸附能力;再通过冷冻干燥得到高孔隙吸附基质,最后通过粉碎研磨处理得到具有高比表面积、高吸附性能的复合吸附剂,同时通过活性成分的复配,使该复合吸附剂既能高效过滤和吸附烟气中的有害物质,达到降焦、降毒的效果,同时保持烟气的口感,还具有抗疲劳、增强免疫力的功效,具有良好的保健功效。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
一种增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
聚乙烯醇35,五加皮4,茯苓3,白芷3,椰子油1.5,十二烷基硫酸钠0.08,玉米淀粉8,海藻酸钠4,硅烷偶联剂A-151 0.4,改性无机粉体8;
所述的改性无机粉体由下述重量份的原料制得:钠基蒙脱土25,沸石粉5,柠檬酸1.5,壳聚糖0.15;所述改性无机粉体的制备方法是将柠檬酸和壳聚糖加入适量水中,80℃搅拌直至完全溶解,再加入钠基蒙脱土和沸石粉同样温度下超声处理20min,过滤后将滤饼干燥完全,研磨均匀,即得。
增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将五加皮、茯苓、白芷和十二烷基硫酸钠加入适量水中先80℃搅拌6h,再超声处理10min,冷却后过滤除去滤渣,将得到的滤液充分浓缩后与改性无机粉体混合并常温搅拌4h,过滤后于80℃干燥完全,研磨均匀后得活性粉体;
(2)先按固液重量比1:15将聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠与水混合,95℃搅拌直至完全溶解,然后加入玉米淀粉和(1)中的活性粉体于同样温度下搅拌2h,再加入硅烷偶联剂A-151和椰子油同样温度下搅拌10min,最后加入适量氯化钙的硼酸溶液固化处理12h,得吸附剂基质,其中氯化钙的硼酸溶液每100mL含4g硼酸,5g氯化钙;
(3)将(2)中的吸附剂基质用水清洗数次后冷冻干燥,粉碎并研磨均匀后即得增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂。
在过滤嘴醋酸纤维丝束成型前,将上述制得的吸附剂按纤维重量的20% 的添加量均匀撒在过滤嘴棒的束丝上,制备成香烟过滤嘴棒。评吸结果表明,吸附材料未导致原有的吸味风格发生变化,同时烟气焦油降低54%、亚硝胺降低63%、CO降低29%。
Claims (2)
1.一种增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚乙烯醇30-40,五加皮3-5,茯苓2-4,白芷2-4,椰子油1-2,十二烷基硫酸钠0.05-0.1,玉米淀粉5-10,海藻酸钠3-5,硅烷偶联剂A-151 0.3-0.5,改性无机粉体5-10;
所述的改性无机粉体由下述重量份的原料制得:钠基蒙脱土20-30,沸石粉4-6,柠檬酸1-2,壳聚糖0.1-0.2;所述改性无机粉体的制备方法是将柠檬酸和壳聚糖加入适量水中,60-80℃搅拌直至完全溶解,再加入钠基蒙脱土和沸石粉同样温度下超声处理20-30min,过滤后将滤饼干燥完全,研磨均匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将五加皮、茯苓、白芷和十二烷基硫酸钠加入适量水中先70-80℃搅拌6-8h,再超声处理10-20min,冷却后过滤除去滤渣,将得到的滤液充分浓缩后与改性无机粉体混合并常温搅拌4-6h,过滤后于70-80℃干燥完全,研磨均匀后得活性粉体;
(2)先按固液重量比1:15-1:20将聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠与水混合,85-95℃搅拌直至完全溶解,然后加入玉米淀粉和(1)中的活性粉体于同样温度下搅拌2-4h,再加入硅烷偶联剂A-151和椰子油同样温度下搅拌10-15min,最后加入适量氯化钙的硼酸溶液固化处理12-24h,得吸附剂基质,所述氯化钙的硼酸溶液每100mL含4g硼酸,5g氯化钙;
(3)将(2)中的吸附剂基质用水清洗数次后冷冻干燥,粉碎并研磨均匀后即得增强免疫香烟过滤嘴复合吸附剂。
